Thou will not get stressed.

Thou will symptom spot casually and not obsessively.

Thou will not test before 12dpo.

@LeopardLover they have! I ordered from the main website as they are doing 10% off and free delivery so not too bad at all. You can start them anytime in the cycle x

Hello again everyone! Officially moving into this thread as AF showed up today. My RHR is still on the up though which is strange.

I'm going to track RHR and temp this month but I promise I will stay away from the tests! It totally took over my life this month. I have promised OH that I will not buy any pregnancy tests until I'm late with my AF. Help me stay strong!

I am going to try to track ovulation with the strips this month as I don't think I did it properly last month. I never got a clear positive result for LH surge. Anyone got any tips?

My plan is to just really track my cycle/what my body is doing next month and get to know my cycle well as I've been on the pill so long I've forgotten!

claireb707 · 19/06/2020 19:58

I've been taking magnesium supplement for about 4 months, though mine are just big standard magnesium not anything special

Babyyno2 · 19/06/2020 20:52

Hi everyone 😊
Just reading below messages about the CB ovulation tests - thinking of purchasing these. Does anyone have any feedback?
When would you start testing? Is it the 1st day after your period has ended?

elliew818 · 19/06/2020 20:55

Hi, hope you don't mind if I join you ladies. I had a bit of a lurk on the other thread as AF was due around 16th and showed up a few days early. I'm CD6 and just wanting to feel a bit more chilled out this month because my symptom spotting was ridiculous on my last cycle!

krj2608 · 19/06/2020 21:05

@claireb707 do you think they have helped your with monthly cycles at all? The magnesium ok ones seem to regulate af better for me.

@elliew818 hello! Welcome x

Hi and welcome, I've been using them for a while and it's definitely helped pinpoint ovulation for me

I buy them via the Amazon subscribe and save program works out much cheaper

It depends how long your cycle is and when you estimate ovulation to be. I have a 28 day cycle and ovulate day 14 or 15 so I start testing at around day 7

Not a clue 😂😂 I was taking them to help my sleep rather than fertility, today was the first I'd heard of it being able to help that lol

claireb707 · 19/06/2020 21:10

Loving the new quote facility on the app 😁😁

Babyyno2 · 19/06/2020 21:26

@claireb707 amazing thank you. I also have a 28 day cycle so we must be on a similar cycle 😊 I think I'm going to buy some and see if I can pinpoint the most fertile days a bit better!

I caved and bought the digital kit @Babyyno2 I went to boots and sort of begrudged paying nearly £50 for our first cycle.

They pinpointed exactly when we needed go bd and we got our bfp on first attempt. I’m 33, & have never been pregnant so was so shocked. I think it also took that part of the stress away. If we didn’t get pregnant, it wasn’t because we didn’t do all we could.

I really recommend them.

Mcbee26 · 19/06/2020 23:10

Hi everyone currently CD 14 due to test 6th July if I can wait that long lol

Fingers crossed it’s a positive month for us all xx

whambam89 · 20/06/2020 07:28

Morning everyone, officially CD1 as AF has finally shown up this morning on CD34

ALew15 · 20/06/2020 08:27

Update. CD10 today and 5th day of flashing smileys. Predict I'll ovulate in the next day or two (CD12 last month)
Been DTD every other day at the moment and Tried the Preseed out last night!

Boc86 · 20/06/2020 10:10

@LeopardLover thank you
Officially cd1 now x

marykay124 · 20/06/2020 10:14

Hi. Cycle 8 was a dud so onto number 9! I am going to try grapefruit juice this cycle in an effort to increase my EWCM.

I know we haven't been trying as long as some but I have this worry that something isn't quite right (after 8 months of unprotected sex) so I have booked fertility tests for myself and my partner. I'm sick of feeling rubbish every month so hopefully this can reassure us that nothing is wrong (and we need to be more patient) or we can address the problem if there is one.

SS123456 · 20/06/2020 11:00

@marykay124 I have also just moved onto cycle 9 😔. I'm getting a bit worried about it all now as I am 36. I do have a child already from a previous relationship but he is 8 so it's been a while since I managed to fall pregnant

kirinm · 20/06/2020 11:17

@SS123456 I was pregnant with my DD when I was 39 and was 40 when I had her.

Alyosha · 20/06/2020 12:15

Back again, tested negative this AM and period in full flow now. Not even sure if it counts as a chemical pregnancy if you take about 20 tests and get a few squinters :p

This time I am going to force myself not to test until I'm a week late. Watch me fail to stick to my guns......

SS123456 · 20/06/2020 12:17

@kirinm thank you, that is good to know! I wanted until I met the right person to have another child but there is always that nagging feeling I've left it too late!

claireb707 · 20/06/2020 16:45

How random, period appears to have come back today after being almost negligible yesterday.

Am so knackered now, been helping partner build our patio today, he's been doing most of it during the weeks whilst he's been furloughed but hasn't managed to do much this week cos of the weather so I've been helping him out today.
I've shovelled sooooo much sand and made God knows how many mixes of concrete 😂😂but we've laid 16 slabs today

The July Pact....
ALew15 · 20/06/2020 18:07

Looking great @claireb707 so nice to have some outside space to enjoy the nice weather!

I've got a question about CB OPKs, I've come to the end of a packet and I was wondering if I can use the new sticks with my old reader? Or do I need to use the new one?

claireb707 · 20/06/2020 18:26

Yep it's actually better (although they don't say this on the pack) to use the same device for as long as the battery will allow.

kirinm · 20/06/2020 18:32

I'm CD5 I think and I'm feeling bloated and crampy. It feels a bit like ovulation pains. 😬
