Thou will not get stressed.

Thou will symptom spot casually and not obsessively.

Thou will not test before 12dpo.

CD3 and my period is also still really heavy, it isn't usually heavy like this for more than a day. I hope my cycle isn't too messed up.

For those who use clear blue OPKs, I've read that some people get better results later in the day instead of first thing in the morning. What are your thoughts?

SS123456 · 18/06/2020 10:15

Hi Ladies! Jumping in with you as I am now on CD1 😊

AlisonLew15 · 18/06/2020 10:36

@kirinm I'm using the clearblue OPKs and I just take them in the morning with my first wee. Results seem to be fine? I did consider doing an early evening on now I've had a couple of days flashing but they're so expensive I think I've you make sure you DTD regular then that's enough?

whambam89 · 18/06/2020 10:36

@kirinm interested to know that as well as I'm going to order one once AF decides to turn up! Can't afford to be testing twice a day with them like the cheapies haha

kirinm · 18/06/2020 10:43

@AlisonLew15 yeah I mean we would be DTD during fertile week anyway and I've got a pretty good indication of when I ovulate. I don't want to buy the cheapie tests as well because 100% I'll end trying to use them as pregnancy tests because I'm not buying any of them!

AlisonLew15 · 18/06/2020 10:55

@kirinm I couldnt get anywhere with the cheapy OPKs. I was going out of my mind trying to judge the lines so the digital is worth the extra money in my opinion. Won't be saying that if we carry on months down the line mind! I'll need a bank loan 😂

Rotagilla · 18/06/2020 11:43

@claireb707 it was the same for me!
Symptoms were much much stronger, cramps were so painful and AF was horrendous...very different to usual.

@kirinm I hope you are ok, hard to not be sad x

@SS123456 Sorry to see you pop up but welcome - this will hopefully be all of our months!

OH thinks the digital CB OPKs will be totally worth the cost. Yet I'm the one paying so no wonder haha. Keen to get to CD8!

@claireb707 @kirinm Sorry you guys have such heavy periods this month. Sounds tough!

SS123456 · 18/06/2020 13:44

@LeopardLover thanks for the welcome! 😊. I was 17dpo today with a high bbt still but af is now here as of this morning so no doubt the bbt will drop down in the morning. I'm relieved though as my boobs are so sore and I can now concentrate on a new month. I'm giving CB digital opks a go for the first time this month as I used the cheapies previously. We did use pre-seed 3 times last month but as I ended up ovulating so late we completely missed using in my actual fertile window 🤦🏻‍♀️. I've got a medicheck fertility blood testing kit coming tomorrow to use on CD3 as I'm getting a bit worried as it's now cycle 9 and I'll be 37 later this year

PabsyPops · 18/06/2020 15:41

It's officially CD1 for me... ☺️ sending positive vibes for everyone this month!!! 🤞🏽🤞🏽

gypsywater · 18/06/2020 15:48

Hey guys, can I join? I'm 35, TTC #1, about to start cycle 7 (AF due in a few days but got BFN today). Also tried a bit last year but very casually. I havent been tracking ovulation yet, just using FF app, so have ordered the Clearblue Advanced tests and will also contact GP to arrange some bloods and sperm test for DP as over 6 months now at my age. Also had cystitis last month so only managed DTD x 2 so this month that needs to be upped too!

FoxtrotOscarPoppet · 18/06/2020 17:25

It’s CD 8 for me..... cycle appears to be a bit “ahead of itself”. I had a much shorter and lighter AF than usual. Had a sharp spasm today which I thought was weird so did a CB OPK and got a flashing smiley. Most odd - I normally ovulate between day 12-14. 🤷🏼‍♀️

krj2608 · 18/06/2020 19:42

Joining you lovely ladies again! Think I had a chemical pregnancy. Cd1 x

LeopardLover · 18/06/2020 22:54

@PabsyPops We're here for you! July us THE month.

@SS123456 Oooh, do those tests have a good rep? What do they show? We're using Conceive Plus so I'd be interested in the differences between this and Preseed!

@gypsywater Welcome. :) It's great a bunch of us will be using the CB tests this month. Can you get tests ordered at 35? Im 34! 😊

@FoxtrotOscarPoppet Oh that is interesting! I'm looking forward to working out when I ovulate.

@krj2608 So sorry to hear that. 😔 Looking forward to supporting each other during July.

SS123456 · 18/06/2020 23:16

@LeopardLover this is the one I've ordered. I'm not sure how good it will be but it was £40 so thought I'd give it a shot medichecks.com/products/day-3-fertility-check-blood-test

LeopardLover · 18/06/2020 23:29

@SS123456 Would love to know your feedback, might try it next month as I'll miss my window this month!

ohsotrying · 19/06/2020 00:34

can i join! my cycle decided to take a 2 month break. i should be ovulating in about a week or two. First month of trying as its a bit more co plex as i have to travel for a donor to give sperm which im very nervous about i so hope it works first time but know it proaqbly wont

Boc86 · 19/06/2020 08:29

I’m in here now. AF due tomorrow and im wiping brown today as I always do the day before. Had hints of lines on ICs but I guess just shadows, definitely not what you’d say was a faint line
Onto cycle 2!

kirinm · 19/06/2020 09:24

CD4 today and looking forward to being able to push on with trying this month. Days are dragging although that is mainly work related. My clear blue OPKs have arrived. I think as I have a 26 day cycle usually, I'll start testing around CD7?

LeopardLover · 19/06/2020 10:13

@ohsotrying You never know! As long as you time it right.😊

@Boc86 Welcome!

@kirinm I hear you with the dragging days. Yes, CD7 sounds right! I'm CD3 and waiting for CD8. Zzzz 😉

SS123456 · 19/06/2020 10:19

@LeopardLover I'll keep you posted 😊

gypsywater · 19/06/2020 10:53

I was wondering when to start my Clearblue OPKs too! Quite excited/nervous to start them. My cycles are 26-27 days ish so CD7 to start?

kirinm · 19/06/2020 11:09

I've signed up to an online PT to help force me to lose some weight. I'm sure being healthy and not overweight helped me maintain my pregnancy last time so 🤞🏻🤞🏻

claireb707 · 19/06/2020 11:27

I'm now cd3 and generally have 28 day cycles I'm going to start testing at cd7/8
