Little bit of background -
Cycle #3 TTC after MC in December
This month doing SMEP, tracking BBT and OV (CB advanced and Femometer strips), also drowning myself in grapefruit juice 😂 and will take Calc Fluor in TWW.

Wowser I finish work and try and catch up and you're all nearly on a new bus... been reading through everyone's messages and sending so much love to those that have their BFPs, have received BFNs and where the witch has showed.

I'm currently CD4 and AF appeared to leave the building yesterday, although she does seem to show up on day 5 for a final hurrah the last couple months 🤔will be starting cheapie opks tonight for fun and then CB at the weekend. Already on the GF juice and EPO so here's hoping for loads of that EWCM like you ladies. I've looked back at my Fitbit for when we had sex the month I conceived (even though we weren't trying and pulled out) and we had sex every day by choice the 4 days before ovulation and ov day 🤯 so going to attempt that this month 🤷🏾‍♀️

@AR52 I didn't have a period either. I just used CB ovulation tests to figure out when I was ovulating. I MC at 5 weeks and took my first day of bleeding as CD1

@AR52 as the girls say, no need to wait if you feel ready ☺️ Just remember it takes a while for your hormones to settle so be kind to yourself and don’t worry if you don’t get sure fire signs of things when you expect. Good luck 🤞🏼

@SmileyT a busy month for you! Me and OH have had a good run this month too so hoping we are nice and covered. Love how we are all working hard for the EWCM 😂

Sorry for TMI here ladies, but I think I have loads of it now. I can feel it, BUT, it could be leftovers from DTD if you catch my drift. How do you distinguish? And is it all falling out if it comes away a few hours later? I don’t want to feel around too much to see if it is EWCM in case I take some slow swimmers out 😂

@DontStandSoClose I would 100% pee in a pot go and buy a test and come back to dip it. Haha, once I want to test nothing stops me 😂😂

@AR52 welcome, sorry you have had a loss. Like the others said track anyway because some don't have a period before ovulating. Completely depends xx

@SmileyT ooh, how did you get on with your cup in the end? Let me know how you get on with the EPO. Looking into soy isoflavones for next cycle to bring O forward if I'm not lucky.

Ooh lots of DTD this month!! Did you make a final decision on the insemination? Xx

@MichT4 I wondered this too, but EWCM has a different texture. Seminal fluid won't be stretchy.

@VP91x phew, so I’m not losing valuable swimmers? 😂

@MichT4 yeah we'll see how we get on, I'm normally gagging for it after my period leaves so have loads before fertile week but going to try and hold off so I'm not fed up by the time we HAVE to 😂 also with EWCM it should be much stretchier, I find semen to be much more watery... so definitely doesn't stretch an inch but that may just be my OH 🙈 Also somebody told me (so no idea if it's factual) but the good swimmers will be up in your tubes after like an hour so if there are still some hanging around like 2hrs later they are probably the dopey ones 🤷🏾‍♀️

@VP91x yes so we've decided to do 23rd to the 27th (unless my cycle throws me a curve ball 27th will be ovulation day) we'll just have sex 23rd, 25th, 27th and try the insemination 24th and 26th - no idea if it'll make any difference but he wants to try so got to let him feel involved 😂 when are you expecting ovulation? Must be soon now, you still doing SMEP this month? I'll definitely let you know if EPO makes a difference only had one evening of EWCM last month so let's see if I can up that 👌🏾

@VP91x oh the cup was all fun and games until I went to work and really couldn't spend 15minutes in the toilet trying to arrange it, it's pretty messy and just gave up and then my Period stopped so no more chance to practice until next month 😂

Hi ladies! Hope you are all well... I just have a question about how long you waited before ttc after miscarriage. Did you wait until you had your first period at least? I am really keen to start trying again but my body isn’t there yet as I only miscarried very recently (had mva procedure done last Monday). I’m just not sure when to start trying to track ovulation etc - I know obviously it would be a lot easier to do if I waited until after my period. I’m just curious about what other ladies decided to do, I think it’s probably a very individual decision I’m just trying to listen to my body as best I can 🤞🏼

Also forgot to add... is it only possible to ovulate once HCG levels have reached 0 or an undetectable level? I’m presuming I won’t ovulate at least until I have had a negative pregnancy test?

I waited a couple of months to feel ready emotionally and because of financial worries in the middle of C-19, but there's a real mix in the group - some ladies started straight away before getting a period and others took a bit of time.
