Anyone starting their TWW now?

Hi Ladies,

Just wondering if anyone is starting their TWW now? I got my peak on OPK yesterday around 2pm, another peak this morning but not as dark as yesterday! Think I have ovulated today (had some weird pains and cramps!) so now it’s a waiting game!

AF should be due on 19th/20th June but this is my first proper cycle since a MC back in April so not 100% sure if I’m going back to 28 days.

Anyway some TWW buddies would be lovely to keep ourselves sane

Ahh @Jaym78 that makes sense! Awesome you can get bloods taken I do think you are a tad too early though for anything to show so try not to be disheartened. If you ovulated on 8th then you are only 9DPO today, the average day for implantation is 9 days so you could only just be implanting. I would take a test on Monday if I were you, although I wasn’t meant to be testing until Friday but I did one today so I’m not one for giving advice

So DP just came down after his shower asked him if the test still looked the same and he said yeah then proceeded to want an explanation of how these things work, wanted to know if there is always a mark there. No DP last month I peed on bloody loads of them and even with shining my phone torch on it there wasn’t even an indent so the fact we can see something must be good news! He’s sceptical bless him, fingers crossed for a decent FRER tomorrow.

Feeling much more positive this time around though, when I had my MC didn’t get a faint positive until a week after AF was due and my lines never really progressed much then it was all over. Getting a line, albeit a squinted, at 10/11DPO feels good 🤞🏻

Morning ladies! I can’t believe it I’m actually in shock here’s my FRER this morning! Compared it to an IC which is still super faint, considering the ICs say they are 10ml and FRER are 6ml I think they deffo aren’t as accurate as they think!!!
I can’t believe it after my MC in March I thought my body was broken 😭
Cautiously optimistic for this little one ❤️

Last month I had loads of 'symptoms' but then af arrived. This month I had nothing major, a sharp stabbing pain at 6dpo that lasted 20 seconds. Unlike any cramps I usually get and some thick globby cloudy ewcm last couple of days. I'm 10dpo today. Noticed an extremely faint line last night (but could easily have been indent). Then a proper faint pink line today. Xxx

I'm super groggy this morning and waves of nausea but my temp was 36.17 so I'm pretty sure it's just AF working 😔 though I'm not sure how reliable the temping is with me as I have a terrible sleep patten and waken almost every hour. Anyone else the same and found temping relatively okay?

I think I'm day 10dpo. I tested with a cheap strio at 5 this morning and got negative. I spent yhe night burning up and my boobs were agony.

Will try again in a few days.

But I'm loving seeing all these positives for you all well done xxx

I’m 10 dpo and tested yesterday and today - Bfn for me. It is still early though. Period due on 24th.

My temp dropped yesterday but is up again today. Hot tender boobs, cramping basically since dtd, tugging in uterus, teary, bloated, mildly more hungry and more sensitive to smells. But maybe it’s very strange pms! First cycle and I’m 37/8 so not getting hopes up.

So lovely to hear of all your bfps! Gives me hope

@mistymonday that's me I'm day 10 dpo and due 22nd. Negative today I couldn't sleep last night with boobs on fire n painful nipples. I feel more cm today. I'm nauseous too. I've been like this days. Had cramps day 8 and 9 x

@Jaym78 Yes, the burning boobs thing is really strange! I had to sleep with the covers off.

Thank you so much everyone, I’m between 11 and 13DPO today depending on which app I look at! Based on that line I’m inclined to believe I’m 13DPO, AF due tomorrow.

Congrats @Kangaroo77 get yourself a proper test, those ICs are rubbish you can see the difference in the lines in my pic! So lovely to get our 🌈 after the heartbreak of MC.

@SVC11 yes to symptoms! I’ve been feeling so nauseous but to be fair I do get that a few days before AF anyway. Also had back pain and weird cramping but not AF type cramps more localised stabby pains. Extremely tired to the point I was asleep at 8pm the last 2 nights. When I was pregnant before I also got 2 brown marks on my face which I noticed the other day had got darker. Oh and the vivid dreams, the last 3 nights about an hour after I’ve gone to sleep I’ve woken up convinced there’s a giant spider on DPs pillow (he’s been working nights!) very sore boobs and they just felt heavier although today they don’t really feel much but guessing that’s due to hormones switching up their roles! Quite a few things actually now I’ve written them down!

@Mistymonday that all sounds positive, temp drop yesterday could be implantation!

@Stabal I haven’t quite decided on temping yet I think it can be tricky if you don’t have 3/4 hours of uninterrupted sleep before taking it. What’s your baseline temperature been before ovulation?

@jaym78 still very early for you! I would also get a first response early response test as they are much better than the internet cheap ones!

Only 4dpo. This TWW is dragging! No symptoms yet but I guess that's normal?!

Noooo af turned up early for me... Only 9 days after my lh surge. But I've just noticed its exactly 4 weeks from coming off the pill. Hmmmm any ideas peeps? X

You’re welcome @Jaym78 we’ve all been in that position of overthinking things and worrying! It is the worst waiting game in the world but what I will say is I’ve now got 8 weeks to wait until first scan so the TWW is nothing really I will go for some early scans though.

@Stabal sounds good from a temp perspective- have you been charting them in an app at all? Here’s my chart if it helps at all. It’s classed as triphasic because there’s been 3 noticeable changes in temps, that’s a good sign of pregnancy apparently. It looks like I ovulated on 5th June and then implanted 6DPO as that was the biggest drop in temperature. So annoying as I would’ve got a faint positive a few days ago I think. 5th June puts me at 13DPO today which makes sense for the line I have!

@Hopesandrainbows deffo too early for any symptoms another few days! I don’t mind the first week of the TWW it’s the second one that kills me off!

Oh no @SVC11 sorry to hear that. I would say it’s your first proper bleed after coming off the pill, sounds like you are on a nice easy 28 day cycle! Get those OPKs ready for once AF is gone!

@yoomoo oh wow that's actually really interesting to see. I'm using Femometer and my chart looks similar to yours. I'll see what tomorrow says!
