Just been to Tesco - all their vitamins are 3 for 2 so stocked up now for a few months. According to my calcs AF should be here Tuesday, Thursday I have OPKs arriving so I am definitely prepared for cycle 3 as I'm pretty convinced AF will be arriving. Can't say we aren't giving it our all eh?! Xxx

Morning ladies,
Had a couple of days away to just get my head right after how I was feeling. Feeling back to normal now.
Had my 2nd TV scan this morning, the original cyst on my endometrium lining has gone but a 2nd cyst has appeared. However she's not too concerned by it as I'm a cysty and lumpy person.

Going to ring this week for the AMH results and then just waiting for the IVF appointment which hopefully will only be a couple of months.

Can I join too guys? 3 cycle ttc and in the tww window just now! Drags on and it’s only 2dpo lol!

Right @Annny27?! I always thought: oh, I've always had regular periods, no hormonal contraceptives, make an effort to eat healthy and exercise, this will be fine... ... I really had no idea! Now that we're practically a year in, I almost feel like I want to tell everyone I meet how hard it really is! I won't, but I'm struggling with how it feels like such a taboo...

Morning :) 12dpo and had some spotting yesterday so that's me out probably! Although @kiza @orangeloo I asked on a post yesterday did any women who usually get spotting still get their spotting when they had their bfp and a few said yes! So guess we aren't always out when spotting shows

@Peach1204 my husband takes those :) they are quite big tablets compared to my tiny pre conception ones haha

@beachbum85 totally! I don't drink or smoke, neither does DH, we are both thin,young, healthy..not fair haha

A little question for everyone. Those using OPKs, how long after your period starts/stops do you start testing? Got the CB digital so don't want to be wasting a lot. Was thinking about 7-10 days after my period started?
I did them last month for the first time and got low, flashing, flashing, static.

@AlisonLew15 I always use internet cheapies and start cd10, when your new to this it could be helpful to start early until you know your cycle- hence why the internet cheapies are good and maybe save the more expensive ones when you're closer to O?

Thanks @beachbum85 it's just a bummer as it's coming up to 2 years of TTC for me. I'm normally very positive but just had a down few days.

Well AF arrived today at 12dpo. Is 11 days too short for a luteal phase??? Getting really concerned now

I am possibly ovulating now, had a positive OPK yesterday. Do I keep testing OPKs?
@AlisonLew15 I started testing day 10 after period, and just got ones off Amazon. I'm now CD15.

That's 10 days after my period started I meant @AlisonLew15 xx

@Annny27 sorry about AF lovely. I think anything over 10 days is okay. You should be fine with 11. Do what you need to do the next couple of days x

Yes I've heard a few ladies this month get their BFP even with spotting from 5DPO in two of the cases so this is heartening!

@AlisonLew15 there is a guide in the instructions when u should start depending on your cycle length.

I had a relatives fiance tell me about getting pregnant at the weekend. She fell pregnant first month off the pill. She said we need to 'relax' and it's just missing a 'connection'!? Wow of course I politely nodded and didn't say what I really wanted to which was that's a load of rubbish and just count yourself lucky but don't give advice! I don't think you are a fertility expert after falling pregnant so quickly. She meant no harm but my god, when will people learn to just keep their mouths shut.

Thanks all. I am CD6 today and got a flashing smiley after a low yesterday, seems I ovulate early. Wonder how many days of flashing before my peak this month.

@AlisonLew15 flashing smileys only mean your oestrogen is rising so it's possible to get a lot of days of them before peak. What day do you usually ovulate?

@orangeloo only last month I tracked properly and I ovulated on CD12. I'm fully expecting days of flashing.

@mrsbecs I use the app Femometer to interpret my IC as I used to think a high was a peak. I also continue to use them until my LH has come right down as there's been some months I've geared up to almost peak but didn't actually ovulate so a few days later my highs increased again and then I got a peak.

@Annny27 I agree with orangeloo, I always take 10 days as my cut off point. If it's happening regularly could be worth looking into those tests orangeloo took to asses your progesterone cd8 onwards?

@orangeloo it's awful isn't it as you just want to shout at them as they have no idea what we've been through. My mum used to tell me to relax and to change jobs as I have a stressful job, I snapped at her one day and said her comments were causing me more stress than my job!

@AlisonLew15 some of us starting building up LH early on (I sometimes get ewcm from cd 5) but it may still be a while before your peak. Do you know roughly when you usually peak?

Thanks @Kiza thats really useful to know. I got a negative that day, so I'm really not sure. My CM isn't really a good indicator, I had been taking prescribed antihistamines every night and just read that they dry up CM.
I think I'm on day 1 of the tww....

@orangeloo good on you for just taking it on the chin and not biting back! I know she meant no harm, but still annoying lol!

Guys! AF hasn't come so I did a test this morning. I think it's a BFP?! Shit! Attached test. When can I do another one?! I'm shaking! DH doesn't have a clue right now. What happens next?! What am I doing?! It's very much wanted but I don't believe it! Help! Xxx

@Peach1204 that looks like a BFP to me! Congratulations! Maybe take another in 2 days or so. When was AF due?

@Nazz10 it should have started yesterday according to FLO and premom apps. It's so weird because I thought I'd had what was an implantation bleed but then had 2 negative tests. I don't know how to occupy myself for 2 days now 😂😂😂 xxx
