I think we burnt out too soon this month 😂😂. Ovulated today cd14. Dtd 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13. No chance for today I don’t think haha. At least yesterday should be good timing! This hot weather is not fun!!

Hope you don't mind if I join in, I've been reading and catching up with a lot on this thread, and you all seem a very supportive bunch 😊

I'm 29 and This is cycle #2 for me so still relatively new to all this and getting used to everything. I'm currently on CD8 and think my FW will begin next Tuesday going by apps.
I did use Some cheap OPKS last month but have invested in clear blue to also use this month.
I have also been tracking my BBT which I find really interesting!!
So many thing I've learnt about my body that I didn't even know. Crazzyyyy.

People keep saying try to relax but it's so hard when I just keep thinking about it 🙈🙈

Also in my TWW now, I am 2 or 3DPO. DTD every other day in the lead up to my peak but didn't do it the day after. Hope we have done enough! Eek.

Hahaha I feel the same! TWW too but I promised myself I won’t test so waiting from my period 😭😭😭 it’s so hard

@Annny27 see I have never had any of these initial tests so not sure if I should request them? Might check with the nurse when I'm back in.

@XjustagirlX I dont temp so cant offer any advice on that but I have had implantation bleeding twice before. Once was a hint of pink cm and the other time was more brown.

@Kiza oh thats awful, what a tragedy, hope you are holding up ok!

@Lottiepink thanks! No we aren't going to find out, DP wants to keep it a surprise and I'm finding it so hard - I really want to know 😂

@Lozzlepop is your DF wanting to hold off trying until more investigations? It must be really hard if you're on different pages, also not knowing if you should continue trying with the risk of another mc given the 3 you've already had. But then also thinking the next time could be fine?
I recall when I was a teenager and one of my Aunties had 4 mc (1 was a forced termination around 5 months pregnant due to the babies skull not developing). It was back in the 90's so they didn't do all the investigations they do now, she continued trying and fell pregnant twice more with no further complications. What are your thoughts on it?

@XjustagirlX it's impressive that you DTD 3 times in a row multiple times! The 3 days in a row at the end of SMEP always wipes me!

@whatsthecraic91 do you have a gut feeling of whether boy or girl?

@kiza yes this month was particularly difficult. I usually ovulate around CD17 and I generally get a peak quite quickly but this time I got so many peaks we just had to power on through. It’s like my body kept trying to ovulate and then it couldn’t be bothered.

Update today. My bbt is still high but there is watery brown when I wipe.

@Kiza he is just unsure if he wants to continue trying if we dont get any answers. We have had the 4 so it is quite a high number, we obviously aren't trying now until after the wedding (which I have just booked) It will depend on the test results for me but I am willing to give it a couple more tries and see how we get on!

So I caved and did a cheap test this morning. It looked negative so I left it. I came back after the allotted time and there was the faintest of lines. It did look like it had a pink colour to it. But I’m so unsure now.

Has anyone had twinges in their left side for a few days that stopped and went on to get a BFP? I am due AF on Tuesday did a frer yesterday and today both are negative. Have had twinges and pulling on my left side, which started in my back for around 3 days. Today they have stopped . I'm hoping it's implantation but would have thought if it was that I would have got a positive. I am between 8 to 11 dpo but didn't track ovulation this month so no idea exactly what date I ovulated.

@Lozzlepop yeah its worth getting the basic blood tests e.g. thyroid and other hormonal things as that's what they usually do with infertility but perhaps recurrent miscarriage investigations are different! thats such a difficult decision:( would you look into adopting or something similar?

@timswifey i did temping for about 6 months but given up now as I got stressed waking up waiting to see my temps haha! I used femometer app though so not had any experience with natural cycles

@kiza some people dtd twice on the day of ovulation and then every day throughout the cycle and I just don't know how they do it 🤣

@Lottiepink no we won't be trying anything different - just every other day haha!

@1992EM not had experience of that sorry! When I got a bfp I just had cramps on 5dpo and then thats it

@Annny27 I did a cheap test this morning but it was completely negative. I’m so confused. AF is 2 days late now. I really expected to get a positive this morning. My bbt is still high. My nipples are a bit bigger. I haven’t been sick or anything.

@Anny27 Thank you , going to test tomorrow. Symptoms have stopped other than heartburn this morning so will see what the test says tomorrow x

Morning all 12 DPO, tested today BFN. I’m usually abit if a POAS addict. This cycle I really didnt want to. I didn’t want to lose that hope and see that 1 line again. The past few days I've had bouts of feeling terrified and great dread that I'm never going to be a mum. Seeing that bfn this morning has me terrified again. All I’ve ever wanted is to be a mum. I’m not crying yet, I’m sure it will come I just feel a bit numb. I can’t imagine ever seeing a BFP 😔 I’ve got to a point I can’t even bear the sight of pregnancy tests.

@Lozzlepop that's really tough. You've both been through a lot. Maybe after time passes after the wedding he may feel differently.

I also tested today . I am between 10 to 13 dpo and I got a BFN too. I am due AF tomorrow and now just going to wait till she does or doesn't arrive before testing.

Lots of people don't get a positive until after AF is late so there is still hope if AF hasn't started .

Think it maybe hitting me even harder because we won't be in with a chance next month. DP's work abroad is resuming and he'll be away during FW. On the bright side it may be good mentally for me to have a cycle off and at least I'm having my tubes tested in That cycle so will be one thing checked off the list.

Haven't been on here for a while but just pooped on to say @orangeloo you are not alone and you are allowed to feel sad and angry as this is so shit. I haven't tested in over 6 months now as I just can't bare to see the test and that single line. I think it actually traumatises you when you have been trying for so long. I'm sure we will
all be mummies one day and this awful journey will make us the best and strongest mummies as we never gave up hope. X

@orangeloo it could be good to have a cycle you won't be symptom spotting etc and then be ready to go again in August . In some ways I think it would be good to do that as I didn't pay any attention to symptoms until I ttc and now have no idea what is normal symptoms and what could be pregnancy ones. When is AF due for you? 12 dpo is still early. I did lots of research yesterday and there is about 10 % of people get a BFP by 10 dpo and only 99% of people get a positive on the day after their period is late. It could be implantation was later.

I used a frer this morning and it’s a very very faint positive. I can’t get excited yet. I’m worried it could be a chemical or another ectopic.

My bbt dropped a bit this morning not below the line but from 98.1 yesterday to 97.7 today so I’m worried that’s a bad sign. I also don’t feel nauseous and nipples look back to normal.

I keep getting twinges on one side and I’ve had brown blood the last 3 days.

I’m going to keep testing every morning and see if the line gets darker or lighter.

If the bleeding continues then I’m going to phone EPU and request a scan and blood tests.

@XjustagirlX tentative Congratulations lovely 💗 but given your history I would definitely call the EPU and they can advise whether you would need a scan or not xx

@orangeloo sorry about BFN lovely :( its such a heartbreaking journey isn't it! As @narwhal88 says, we will all be mummies one day and I can't wait for that moment 💗

@orangeloo sorry to hear your feeling so down, it's completely understandable and those of us that have been on this journey a while know exactly how you feel and have had dark days or even dark months. Take care of yourself and try to do something nice for yourself for the next couple of days.

@XjustagirlX how unusual? Have you tested again today? I suppose if it gets to a week late you could go to the GP for a blood test?

@Lozzlepop sorry I thought it was 3 rather than 4, either way still bloody awful! I see what you mean and so hard when you are both having differing feelings on it. Have you both spoken about it again since it just agreed to not try until after the wedding?

So ladies I'm super confused and now wondering if I haven't O? After a peak on cd9, I then got another super strong peak CD 17 (I think it was that day) mixed with a few days of ewcm.
Out of curiosity I began temping Thursday and despite opk and CM saying I ovulate fri/sat ive not had a temp rise... I know the temping isn't accurate as I didn't start at cd1 but I'd have thought there would be a rise still after O? I've also still got a bit of wet CM and CP is still high and soft but OPK have come right down?? Grrr this guessing game is doing my nut!!
