@LT103 it's a new one on me too! Apparently there's a canine scale for the Silver Foxes too! 😹

Although I've just realised both scales go to 0 years of age - wtf! Think someone wasn't thinking about what they were typing!? 😳

Here's for the Foxes:
Age 18-21: Dingo
Age 22-29: Jackal
Age 30-39: Coyote
Age 40-49: Husky
Age 50-59: Silver Fox
Age 60-68: Wolf
Age 69: Pooch / Bush Dog
Age 70-79: Arctic Wolf
Age 80-89: Hyena
Age 90-99: Badger
Age 100+: Old Dog

I’m not prepared unless it’s in Google Sheets/Excel! I even found an AF Tracker template online as I didn’t fancy an app!

Right ladies... this morning I plucked up the courage to take the test that I very nervously brought from Asda yesterday. My oh left for work at 5.30 so I did as soon as he left. He has absolutely no idea, haven't mentioned to him that AF is due or that ive had pg symptoms very similar to last time this past week. I can't believe it! Im sitting here crying with all the emotions. For those of you who don't know, I had a miscarriage at Easter at 11 weeks pregnant. Im so so happy and grateful but so worried at the thought of something going wrong again.
CD 28 and in total shock. My poor oh doesn't even know, you lot have become my best friends this last month and made me smile when I didn't feel like smiling so its only fair you know first. Love to you all xxx

I think it’s natural to have some worries but acknowledge that thought and then try to put it down to one side so you can focus on the excitement! ( can you tell I had a counselling session last night!?)

@lucieloos thanks lovely! I still can't quite believe it. Im 36 next month, I have 2 children. Was ttc for 5 months then got pg but sadly miscarried in April. This was my first proper cycle after miscarriage. X
