@lucyrp hmm maybe see if you can wait and if not test! Yeah I’ve been using them but I thought ovulation was 12-24 hours after peak but when I used opk day after my peak it was low again! I covered all days but I was just wondering! I’ll attach a pic of my Opks!x

Think I'm defo out this month ladies ☹️ usually get a period spot ten days before AF is due. AF is due in ten days and bam the spots here ... atleast I can enjoy myself in the TWW now x

@Vil10 I think it can be anywhere between 12-48 hours. Some people have very short peaks so it may have been between those times and then gone again xx

Yeah only month I didn't have it was when I was pregnant so I defo know AF is on its way ☹️ DH just said hey you got your period spot only for my face to look horrified☹️

@vil10 I just read on google that your fertile window is over 3days after you get your peak. 10.16 looks very nearly near positive!

@lucyrp I must just have a short peak then! Just been researching seed cycling too and this is what I’m going to use

@Minster2012 nah I haven't found drinking makes a difference but I haven't been going mad, guess if I was drinking loads and had limited sleep it would make a difference. Definitely nice to see the parents but now hiding in my room after an hour of being beaten up by my little nephews 😂

@KateColx definitely do a test if AF isn't there in the morning 🤞

@Mococo1 just remember that our bodies are very positive even if our heads aren't and there is no difference in how it will react to the progesterone in the 1st 6-10dpo, so the signs you get in the first week of TWW will be exactly the same whether you're pregnant or period will show up. Stay positive xx

@Vil10 I didn't know they needed to be ground. This makes life 100 times harder 😭 I always thought evening primrose oil was only in the follicular phase too and not the luteal but that says different?! 🙈

@SmileyT glad you've had a nice evening, I just realised it's the weekend and I've got OH at home for two days now which made things a bit better. It honestly doesn't feel like the weekend to me! I think this last week has actually gone so quick but slow at the same time! 🙈

@vil10 I think somewhere in there must've been your peak? You may have just missed peeing at the right time! You've DTD so your covered i would say. In terms of testing just take the latest one to calculate dpo so you won't test too early and if you're really worried every other day to cover lol! x

@vil10 @lucyrp flaxseed and linseed are the same, just american and british names, just incase that confused you. Can get crushed linseed in Aldi, ive been putting it on my porridge. Same rapeseed/rape oil is the same as canola oil/seed. Also be doing it if tomorrow is a bad testing day 😬

I ordered my new CB sticks today, as someone else said earlier, about the thermometer, with a pregnancy test or 2, some preseed & I got 2 packs of sticks that £65 gone. Thanks for that Flo. But it would be better than £3500 for IVF again I guess 🤷‍♀️

I had what felt like ovulation pains today so I was like shit we haven't had any sex over the last few days so fertile window missed (I'm only supposed to be in day 2 of fertile window), I can't seem to get OPKs to work with me so I gave up haha.

We've made the most of the time we have 😂 and now the pains have changed and I don't think they're ovulation at all 😂 ah well

@SmileyT no idea, we keep getting asked loads of stuff about how comfortable we are about re opening and what measures will need to be put in place etc but no rough timescale even eithrt it's rubbish. although i am probbsly feeling more anxious about going back to work how things are at the moment than i am at home 😂😂 i don't think i could sleep in a single bed anymore saying thag DS always gets me in his for a cuddle 😂🙈
