Just downloaded the fermometer to have a look! What’s the app people were saying they paid for? Also what’s the deal with baths when TTC or preg I think I can remember it’s not meant to be too hot? X

@Sydgal22 static is meant to mean that you are going to ov in the next 2 days, but there would be a slight chance you could have already ovulated depending on when you last tested? The static is picking up that you LH has increased a reasonable amount compared with your previous week or so of testing (I think).

@Sydgal22 It means u are about to, I think can be anything up to 12-36 hours after & egg survives for about 12-24 hours. I'm not sure the exact hours for all I just says but it's something like that. I think the 3 days is to cover it all. I take it your doing SMEP? We done that this cycle too

@Cocoblue22 you can pay extra to get all the extra wording with fermometer which is what I was reading this morning. You get a 7 day free trial with it tho x

Thanks gals! Pretty much confirmed what I thought. Ye @krk05 we are trying smeg this cycle, although supposed to go today but OH had a rough day. Judging by how I’m feeling and my EWCM I think I’ll get my static tomorrow and then we’ll smash it out 😂 hopefully will be enough 🤞 how you finding it? Not sure I like the sex being on a schedule, might relax it a bit next month if not success this cycle!

Hi ladies, thanks for all the welcomes! I’ve had to skip a few pages as I can’t keep up lol.
So erm update from me... just taken a digital test and got a BFP... it says I’m 1-2 weeks pregnant!!! Ahhhhhhh
I am in total shock it has worked this quick, I look like I’ve seen a bloody ghost 🙈🙈 Im happy but my god I’m freaking out a bit about the thought of actually being someone’s mum haha, any advice from anyone who’s felt this way on previous pregnancies please shoot it my way! Can’t even drink which is my normal way of calming me down 🙈 My DP is at work so not even told him yet, literally just found out so you wonderful lot are the first to know ☺️😂

@Sydgal22 We found it ok actually, but we spoke about it before & then just made it fun. Our little boy ended up hurting himself & in hospital so from then we says we will not be TTC this cycle as that's the last thing we could focus on, but ended up basically following SMEP kind of anyway without it being a schedule (we missed CD10) & I had missed 3 days doing CB & tested randomly & had a static which resulted in us DTD anyway so it kind of worked out this month unintentionally.

@Cocoblue22 when TTC baths absolutely fine I think it’s early pregnancy they carry a slight infection risk? For IVF during TWW I wasn’t allowed a bath due to infection risk not the heat, then after BFP they said leave bath couple of weeks but I could swim but no hot tubs as it’s a bacterial thing? I had a blazing hot bath with a g&t the night before our embryo was put in for IVF in Feb 😂as my “last drink before acting pregnant”

Ladies I feel I’ve hit the bat shit crazy level I literally can’t think or talk about anything other than TTC today 🙄 help me x

I’ve got twinges in my left side again but I struggle to know which pains are intestinal and which are reproductive related x

So here’s my current issue....meant to be going on hol this aug now postponed to next aug and rebooked (in laws treating us). However..... do new babies need to have had injections to go on hol I assume so so worked back from new hol date to account for 16 week injections then worked back from that another 40 weeks for pregnancy. Turns out I’d have one more FW in June and one in July before the cut off. Just been talking to DH about it so I don’t know what we will do if it doesn’t happen before end of July. If we cancelled the holiday it would mean losing deposit which is about £1000 I think but obvs would rather that than not have a baby. Not sure if we would be covered by insurance. Anyone else have similar things to consider. All I know is I want another baby!!! And I don’t want to wait another year xx

@Piccalily19 congratulations. I’d like to here these stories too as I’m so scared after my bfp. Everytime a sneeze I think I’m going to dislodge the little bean. It’s driving me crazy, I can’t fully be happy and celebrate until after my scheduled af arrival which should be tomorrow. I know things could still happen after that but atm all I can think about is af appearing x
