Looks like I might be out too, I was doing my own daily fishing mission for CM & there was some pink blood 😥so I guess AF is here, nothing properly showing but we know pink ain’t good

@Amy00 sorry for your AF, we’ve done a big house project for our dream barn conversion, we were looking for one to go ourselves for 2 years, got outbid on one at auction 3 days after our wedding then found the perfect barn not converted in 1 of our fave villages was in the process of being sold to a local builder who hires a lot of stuff from us (DH runs a plant hire company) with planning permission already in place. So we agreed to buy it from builder “done” & work with him to design & choose all interior (We also changed 2 windows, one to a big sliding gable end). It was v stressful, spreadsheets coming out my ears, we didn’t know if everything would look ok together, we massively fell out with the builder, but had to be careful Cos he’s a top customer of DH & it was when I was ill. We love it. 3 years later we’d like one with a bigger garden & we are next to a much bigger barn who overlook us but that’s what we could afford 🤷‍♀️Itchy feet. 😂

Having a catch up since my son has went to play in his aunties garden with his cousins so got a couple hours peace & quiet yay 🙌🏼 does anybody else with kids plan loads when they go out for a bit but end up doing absolutely nothing cause that's so me 😂

Sorry for who's had AF arrived but I agree with whoever it was who says would rather AF than a BFN. Probably why I'm holding out testing 🙈

11DPO for me & absolutely no early symptoms STILL, although one thing that's unusual is I normally get AF cramps for about a week before AF due but none this time & I'm due Saturday, although I'd be more to say Monday as that's 4 weeks from my last AF (normal 28 day cycle) apps have just put me as Saturday as ovulated a bit earlier. Going shopping on Friday so gonna pick up a FRER & test Saturday with FMU would be 14DPO so if its BFN then I'm getting drunk on Saturday night 😂

@Newbie0818 at least it's not just me! Ahh let us know how it goes! I have exactly the same worries too - I'm in for mine next month so would love to hear from you the process / what they say!

@KRK05 Er yeah my DS LOVES playing in other ppls gardens (as do my dogs) so DH went to his parents on Sunday when I met my nephew, his sister lives on their land so the cousins all run round & play together & they had BBQ & I dropped something off at MILs best mates house down the round the other day so he could run round her MASSIVE garden & see her chickens

We had someone else from the village over yesterday & her little one 😂so they could entertain each other!

Sooooo... Just done today's OPK (I have started doing it around midday after I've peed out my morning coffee and can hold my wee for a bit 😂)

Femometer read today as low (9) and yesterday as high (16). Picture attached shows today at the top, and yesterday at the bottom. I also have EWCM today as I mentioned earlier, and 3rd day of blank face on CB.

So my question, for those that are more pro at OPKs than me (I've decided I am offcialy rubbish, I can't even aim to pee in the pot and end up peeing on my hand) is... Did I miss my surge yesterday by only testing once, or am I still building up to it (excruciatingly slowly)?

I just want an eggy to pop out please!

@mococo1 I tried SW but found ww works better for me and being able to earn points via exercise gives me more motivation to exercise more even if I dont use the points. Ive actually been exercising a tonne more during lockdown one of the perks of having extra time ..... but it also means extra time for snacking which takes away all my hard work oops!

@LV1987 I know mine usually go much darker than that so you may still be building up to peak. If you've got EWCM that's a good sign, get BD have those wee swimmers sitting in there waiting to jump on the egg the minute it's released 😂

@LV1987 thats an example of how dark mine goes at peak but everyone will be different. After a few cycles you'll be able to look back and see what your high looks like to compare yours but as I said if you see it start to rise get and you're in your fertile get to it as you can have the swimmers ready and waiting so you dont miss it, dont just wait for the peak day x

@LV1987 I don't think you've missed it! I usually get EWCM a couple of days before peak. If I were you I'd be testing a few times a day from now on though!

@Franklydear genius. I didn't fancy sitting on a July bus all alone so your rolling bus idea relieves my severe FOMO 😂

@Skip86 I've been trying to test a couple of times a day, but I really struggle with getting my wee concentrated enough without being absolutely dying for a wee... And then no doubt one of the kids will be on in there having a poo 🙈
I will try to try again in a couple of hours though 🤞

@LV1987 this is typically how mine go from very very low to high then a peak! Before this month I'd stop testing when I got my high one thinking that was a peak (as didn't have fermometer) but kept going this month a few days longer than normal and ended up with a proper 'peak' so I'd say keep going! I try to test about 11am ish and then 6/7pm xx

Quick question ladies, when I eventually get a static smiley, does that mean I have ovulated or I am about to? I know I read somewhere to do it 3 days in a row from the static, is that cause the egg can survive awhile?

@Minster2012 Its good for them cause my son been stuck with me for months now so was needing company so off to play with his big cousins then next week his little friends from nursery coming over to our garden. Plus gives the adults a break 😂 I have totally wasted my free time though just sat on my arse eating 🤷🏼‍♀️

@TTCgee thanks! It was fine although surreal seeing the nurse in full on PPE. she said the results should be ready by next week but that hormone ones can take longer. I’ll keep you updated x

@sydgal22 I believe your positive opk signifies the lh surge that happens just before you actually ovulate, and it can take anywhere between 12-48 hours before the egg comes out, so the 3 day thing is to catch it.
