Hi guys ❤

I think this is the one I'm supposed to be on lol. Was in another thread but af due this month (2morro going by apps)

Came off the pill 2nd May and had withdrawal bleed fairly quickly so if period is still regular I would be due af 2morro but who knows? 🤷‍♀️

Had a few symptoms, vomiting etc but bfn so far. Had a test with a pink dot on it yesterday but bfn this morning

Hope u are all well xx

OnNaturesCourse · 02/06/2020 10:57

Hey Catherine.

It took me two cycles after my withdrawal bleed to fall PG with my first. The first cycle was quite long, I think about 35-40 days, and the next cycle I fell PG. Good luck 😁

The tests are driving me crazy. I think I'm going FR shopping today, as I hate this yes/no limbo.

lucyrp · 02/06/2020 11:03

@OnNaturesCourse there's definitely a line but did you mention that those tests were known for false positives ??

LittleRa · 02/06/2020 11:06

Hi @Catherinettc You’re similar to me- first month off the pill and AF due tomorrow, but not 100% sure what with only just coming off pill! I haven’t had any symptoms yet though.

Runnergirl1 · 02/06/2020 11:06

@TTCgee - normally I go sticky and then just dry up before af but it’s quite white and abit clumpy but then it dries up and leaves an awful white lotion like stain on my pants (sorry if tmi). I keep thinking it’s af as it feels very wet when it happens. Hope that helps x

Mococo1 · 02/06/2020 11:11

@onnaturescourse I see a line! Do you have any other tests you can take for comparison? X

Catherinettc · 02/06/2020 11:11

@OnNaturesCourse yeah I'm just hoping out and seeing what happens

Fell 1st cycle with my 3 children but im a LOT older now 🤦‍♀️🤣

Littlera ooh cycle buddies ❤

Newbie0818 · 02/06/2020 11:23

What’s all this about profiling?! 🤣

blodyn91 · 02/06/2020 11:31

@lucyrp I might have been predicting my wrong ovulation dates 😳 we have DTD to cover that slight dip this month. Maybe we should start again tonight incase my cycle is playing tricks on me! Definitely going to track better next month with all the gadgets.

Franklydear · 02/06/2020 11:32

X-ray done, it is for my lungs, asthma has been playing up for a bit too long, so doc wanted to have a look

lucyrp · 02/06/2020 11:36

@oh no I wasn't implying yours was wrong ! I was just saying what mine did !🙈

watermelonwizard · 02/06/2020 11:36

hope it went well @Franklydear and that they sort the problem. My DS is asthmatic and it’s horrible.

Juno231 · 02/06/2020 11:43

@OnNaturesCourse that looks like a line! Congrats!! How many DPO are you again and what cycle was this? They do the inverts/contrasts to more easily spot the faint line :)

@lucyrp what tests do you get in that case? 2 FRERs are £10.49 whereas I could probably get 25 ICs for that price!

lucyrp · 02/06/2020 11:54

@Juno231 the FRERS I buy are £7.50 for 2?? And I sometimes use co op ones which are £4 for 2. Opposed to clear blue which are in region of £10-12. I never use ICs as I like to get my BFP on an actual test I can keep 🙈

Mococo1 · 02/06/2020 11:58

@juno321 I paid £2.99 for 25 IC hcg 10ul tests!!

🤭 where is the best place to buy FR tests feel like everyone is using them so I should just jump on the bandwagon at testing time lol x I also have 2xclearblue digital tests to confirm positive- going a bit overboard aren't I lol

OnNaturesCourse · 02/06/2020 12:00

Yeh the reviews say they are bad for evap lines etc. But I just tried one with DDs pee (was emptying the potty lol) and there was zilch there whereas mine have always had a line or a hint of a line. Today's was the strongest. I'm 12dpo. Going for a branded test today to try... Im sick of the limbo.

Sydgal22 · 02/06/2020 12:03

@OnNaturesCourse that looks supeer positive to me! And in line with being 12DPO! Keep us updated!

notyetamumbuttrying · 02/06/2020 12:09

@Mococo1 amazon are good for FRER that's where I get mine. Got 4 waiting for next week! 😬
Glad all well at the X-ray @Franklydear. My sister has asthma. They always said she would "grow out of" it but she's 37 now and still has it quite badly at times!

sle0911 · 02/06/2020 12:10

@OnNaturesCourse oo defo looks positive to me 🤞🏼 will keep my fingers crossed for a BFP on a branded test! Good luck!

Minster2012 · 02/06/2020 12:13

@LKSF if you get 3 tries of IVF then you are in a golden ticket postcode! I’m afraid it’s a postcode lottery, our postcode is one area, which made it one NHS try for us (& we only got half of that funded as it was freeze all & then to my friend as surrogate which NHS don’t support) but our ‘local’ clinic is in a postcode where we would have got 3 goes 🤷‍♀️We were v fortunate it worked so it didn’t matter you don’t get to use the other goes if successful so that’s what everyone wants anyway 🤞🏻🤞🏻On the no trying naturally they don’t want multiple births either & need it all managed as it costs so much as well as infection risks

@Catherinettc we clime to the fastest bus in history 😂 hopefully we all get our positives soon 🤞🏻

@OnNaturesCourse I can see a line!! Go get those FRER, I’d get a couple one for now & one so you can SAVE ONE FOR TOMORROW FMU I know saving it seems v weird for you!!

@Runnergirl1 I always used to get the weird staining CM on my pants too!! I hated it & have only just realised what it was!! The things you learn! Had this stopped for you now with BFP? 🤔I haven’t had any this cycle but I’m def not moister than an oyster

Bet I said both dryer than the Sahara & moister than an oyster earlier to my parents when they came over to pick up garden furniture... there were no eyelids even batted. I was so disappointed

lucyrp · 02/06/2020 12:13

@Mococo1 I think amazon seems the cheapest place to buy the FRERs from. I haven't had good experience with the digitals so I haven't got any of them

@OnNaturesCourse sounds promising!

@Franklydear OH has quite mad asthma too, he's suffering with hay fever alongside it at the moment so its bad and he's working outside which is even worse!

Minster2012 · 02/06/2020 12:14

@Franklydear glad you’ve done the X-ray, one step closer to getting answers xx

Hogrider · 02/06/2020 12:15

Can I be a June bus bitch too?? I recognise a couple of you from a previous group so hope I can join in.

7th month of trying currently 10DPO and holding out for a missed af on Friday before I test.

Had the most awkward experience yesterday morning as I was having my smear test done at our local GP surgery, and my OH's close friend turned out to be the doctor of the day...! Anyone else had a close friend push their fingers up you?! 😆 Looked at the ceiling and talked about upcoming house move and tried to forget we regularly see him and his wife at dinner parties.... 😂 Awkward!

Had some spotting yesterday, which I suspect is just the cervix recovering from the test, but a small part of me is hoping for an implementation bleed... fingers crossed.

Congratulations on all the BFP xx

Franklydear · 02/06/2020 12:17

Thanks all the well wishes, @notyetamumbuttrying, only small children can grow out of asthma, if you have it on your teens, it is here to stay, I have good years and others I am terribly sick, this one is not too bad, but it should have passed already, also the doctors are going beeserk with covid (nice to share symptoms) so it isn't stone unturned when normally they would let me to sort myself out

Runnergirl1 · 02/06/2020 12:26

@Minster2012 no I’ve usually dried up by now if af was on her way but it’s a lot wetter and more of it now. I’ve looked it up and it’s fine and pretty normal to stay damp if you get a bfp. I’m going to test again Thursday/Friday as that’s when af is due just to make sure it’s still positive 🤞🏻 Xx
