@blodyn91 oooo that does sound intense! Have to remember that one. OH and I use to be very alfresco but don't know what's happened 😂

@Kate890 you might not even have had implantation yet so test once AF is due! Implantation occurs between 6-12dpo and it can take another two days for hcg levels to be high enough for a test to pick up on it. Avg implantation is at 9dpo so even by that standard you wouldn't get a BFP until 11dpo!

Also double check your IC - lots of them are not sensitive at all and only detect hcg once it reaches 25miu so that's most likely to be once AF is late.

@Vil10 very intense that!! Haven't had alfresco yet this year- will have to plan something for the weekend 😏

@WildButterfly I’m sure it’s quality not quantity! So don’t worry because like all good sex Ed classes you CAN get pregnant from pre ejaculate! If you wanted to make the quality a bit better you ask him to take vitamins & do it every other day Cos our IVF clinic do ask for men to do their sample after sex then 3 days of abstinence but obs for catching we want every other day near FW so balancing act!

We’ve done it on dog walks too! No way we could do it in our garden, our lovely neighbours who we get on with v well have CCTV which does cover us a bit

Hi all, just catching up on the thread. So I am 8dpo and I have zero symptoms. AF due 3rd June. Boobs feel normal, no cramping. If I was clutching at straws I would say I’ve had a couple of headaches (nothing major) and a bit of insomnia/not sleeping well. I just don’t know. It’s my first month off the pill and I didn’t use OPKs or anything so don’t even know if I ovulated. I did get spotting and a cramp around O time. All this lack of symptoms is making me not want to test- I feel like if I had symptoms I’d be desperate to test but instead I don’t want to and will be fine waiting until after AF due (if doesn’t arrive).

Those talking about alfresco sex- secluded car park at night is one of our favourites 🙈

I feel like it isn’t going to happen for us this month since I’ve had no peak yet feel quite rubbish about it today. Ordered a box of muffins so may just have to eat my feelings today :( we have DTD every day for over a week and was doing every other day before that. DH has asked for Saturday off 🤣 really thought I’d get peak today boo x

@LittleRa love car sex, I remember when me and the OH first started seeing each other and we went to Blackpool for a day at the beach and ended up stopping half way there, pulling over to a side street and getting at it, and since then we love to do that when we’re in an excited mood!

Also don’t know if I’m just being way too keen and eagerly symptom spotting, but I have a little bit of left pelvic twinge and just had a sudden surge of tingle in my left nipple, and if I just gently squeeze my nipples between my fingers they’re bloody sore!!

Thanks @Minster2012! We usually do it every other day, sometimes daily over weekends. Just wondering as I had not experienced it with previous partners. It’s not always though, some days it can get quite messy 😂.

I used to me more adventurous in the past, now not so much. My OH can be quite shy at times, so I don’t see us doing it outside any time soon.

Just saw that to be a true June bus-er then it must be June, so hold on I will!!! Need to get going on DTD again if this af shows up, got a bit lazy towards the end of this month

@WildButterfly my OH fluid quantity depends on how much he's released in the preceding days. If it's been a few days between it's a soggy mess, but if we're having sex often (or let's face it, if he's having shower wanks) there's definitely less, to the point where sometimes it feels like nothing at all!

@lucyrp oh god I can relate with the being caught out by your child. Mine heard us one night and asked me why I was ‘huffing and puffing’ I still die hearing that phrase, and even worse, my father in law took him out the following day where my DS decided to do a little impression of what he heard in the night and said I must have been having a scary dream. And the reason I know this is my father in law got drunk and told the whole room the story AND did the impression. MORTIFIED.

Could I jump on please? AF due 10th June, so I'm 2 dpo I think. Well according to ov sticks. I got a static smiley on Monday.
I'm on cycle 4 ttc number 4.
I have been on previous buses, but decided to take a wee break from MN after a very unexpected mammoth long cycle last month (for me) @37 days.
Anyway have picked myself back up.
Really hoping for lots of lovely positives on this bus this month 🤞🏻

@watermelonwizard LOOL I'm dying!! You poor thing that's hilarious! We still have friends from uni that heard us DTD very loudly one night when we thought no one else was in the flat - I just hope they don't remember it now that it's been 10 years since it happened!

@littleRa Im the same as you. Had what felt like ovulation, but not been testing. AF due 7th of June, not even bought a test yet, and wont until AF has passed, so will test around 12 June if AF hasn't started 😬 Also just off the pill, though I was mega lucky and got preggers last month as AF was a day late and had some cramps and felt it- obviously was just in my head. So far no symptoms, but think its also too early, but no symptoms doesn't mean a BFN so Im still hopeful

Can I join? I am ttc baby no.2 I think i can test with a FRER on 1st June but AF due 6th June!
