@Minster2012 I did try my best to get involved - we went for a walk along the beach (first day of winter but still a nice enough day), but the whole time I just wanted to get back into bed and hide away feeling sorry for myself!
But yes, would be due AF again on about 28/6 so I could be a June straggler still!

@Cocoblue22 I have fistulating Crohn's disease, and because of that for the last 8 years have a permanent drain out ma bum 😬 I've been having a lot of problems with it lately and my surgeon wants to examine me under anaesthetic before making a decision on the next steps. I had an appointment with him last week where he basically said the best way to try and fix it was to get an ileostomy and have a colostomy bag. So I've had quite a rough week trying to deal with all of that emotionally etc etc. He would not want to do the bag until after I have a baby, if that's what we decide to do. However if I don't do it I'll likely be in a lot of pain through pregnancy. So I'm just a bit scared and confused.
Sorry for the essay 🙈 I realise now I actually haven't really talked to anyone except OH about it! X

Thanks @SmileyT, they were pretty hyped us yesterday so they snuggled in with us until they got drowsy... I had anticipated that hence the morning sex yesterday 😂

@Minster2012 not quite... The eldest is 8 but he's not a grown up enough 8 year old to reliably keep an eye on the 4 year old. They've already requested a living sleep over on Saturday (predicted OV day, of course 😂) which would be fine, if I had the confidence in their dad staying awake long enough to sneak upstairs for a shag, but he'll be snoring before them 😅

Does anyone have any suggestions for hay fever meds that will not make my bits as dry as the Sahara?! I need to preserve all that glorious CM, but I could do with a lot less snot and sneezing! It's hit me like a bus this morning, and has made me feel really crap - I'm also asthmatic, so it will settle on my chest soon 😫

I had second day of flashing smiley, and I started to get ovulation pain about lunchtime, did another opk at about 3pm and still flashing. I’m very curious to see when/if I get a peak now as I always associated the ov pain with ovulating but maybe I’ll actually ovulate tomorrow?

@Skip86 totally understand this. I’ve not had the fistulating atoms & drain but as I’ve said I had an emergency illeostomy & colostomy bag & mine was at age 26 when I was at my height of my city career, in a relationship I thought was leading to engagement & I thought I was hot! I knew it MAY happen as I got worse but just had ulcerative colitis but it happened within a month & one day exploded so I can totally understand It’s a VERY big emotional /physical deal. Quite a lot to get your head round. But it also prob will make you feel A SHITE LOAD BETTER & yeah, it’s big internal surgery (albeit “relatively easy”) so they won’t want you having a baby after. Could they give you anything to increase your chances of conceiving quicker (I’m just brain farting???) Before they do the op? If you want to talk feel free to pm me.

@lucyrp I know it's easier said then done but keep your head up, I'd be inclined to go with CB over temping anyway especially in your first month post CP so I reckon it's way too early but you've got it out of your system and you can test again in a few days, sending you virtual socially distanced hugs xx

@LV1987 OMG I was in bed with hayfever yesterday after going to the park with a friend (apparently it was high pollen only in the grass in London 😡) I take ceterizine and didn't notice it drying me up over fertile period but I was also drinking a shit tonne of water 🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm fortunate to also have a good friend who has crohns and had an ileostomy and then reversal a few years ago, so I often talk to her about it knowing full well that it'll happen to me some day and I might as well get clued up! That must've been so hard on you as a 26yo ❤️ I was 27 when I had a shocking flare and came unbelievably close to having an emergency full bowel removal and permanent bag. It was a friggin miracle that I avoided it at that time.
But you're right, I think would beat being in pain all the time 💕 I will definitely msg you if/when shit gets real and I have to make the hard decisions 😘

Are clear blues known for evap lines? I tend to just use the Internet cheapies but I'd ran out and had a CB in the drawer supposed to be waiting as my 'confirmation' when the Internet cheapie went positive. I tried it yesterday afternoon (so not FMU) as I'd no cheapies left and a POAS itch to scratch and it seemed negative to me. Had a glance at it this morn and there seems to be a faint line but I think its more grey than blue. I can tell an evap line on the cheapies but don't have much experience of CB, anyone else?
Not holding much hope even if it is positive as I'm about 5/6days late now so would be expecting by now a line to be screaming out blue as they come hey youre pregnant not a faint squinter so even if it is a positive im not holding much hope it'll stay.

I've no tests left to double check with FMU this morn have some arriving tomorrow. Id gotten my head around the fact I probably hadn't ovulated successfully this month and was out and now this is messing with my head that there's a slight chance I could be wrong. The road to conception, what a mind fuck indeed.

@Skip86 well that is literally shit! I feel like I can say that as I know what you are going through. I have ulcerative colitis and although it’s slightly different it’s similar in terms of treatments and symptoms. Luckily for me during pregnancy my symptoms are better that when I’m not PG consulatant wven joked I’d have to be PG constantly to prevent flares!! I’m on a lots of meds (had to switch some around before TTC. Feel bad for you and completely understand about holding off until after you have another baby I don’t know how a colostomy would even work with pregnancy tbf. Big hugs 🤗 hope you feel a bit happier in next few days xx

@SmileyT I’ve got new FR already and some CB digital on the way it’s just the ovulation sticks that I had a full box of and at £30 a pop I thought I’d give them a go but could of been an error it seems!! X

Definitely evap lines on the tests this morning. Got the same tonight, and took the test apart to have a nose and there is no colour in it. ONE STEP Cassettes from amazon, I'd definitely avoid them x

Joining the new bus 😁. FINALLY got my opk peak yesterday on CD25 (!!) so will hopefully ovulate today 🤞🏻. I'll be due to test on the 15th June

I'm 5 days late but had two negative tests on internet cheapies. However, I'm still having symptoms such as slight sickness, vomited twice, loss of appetite, slight cramping, breast are tingling and headaches. This do confusing could the test be wrong? They worked with my DD at DPO 9 (7 years ago - not the same test lol).

@countingup are you 100% sure about when you ovulated? you could have ovulated late this month and therefore it might be too early for your tests to detect hcg. Also - how sensitive are the tests? Try a FRER or an IC that has

Hi @Countingup we're on bus 7 now if you can believe that! It's called "pussies galore" sounds like you need to test on a first response early response. You can get them on amazon prime on next day delivery!
