Setting up this new thread for all the lovely ladies who have been on the ttc after miscarriage journey. And also all the ladies who have had their bfps but still want to stay in touch:)

Not online at all so good to have a break of feeling sorry for myself reading pregnancy threads 😅
Everybody here knows we are ttc so they are all routing for us which kind of feels good actually 😁

I had some very heavy bleeding for the last 4 days of AF so i contacted my doctor and she said to come see her but obviously i am not there..
But it sorted itself out and now it's good. I am just taking the iron with more vit C.
So we had a little scare as the bleeding was just scary... like MC scary.

We'd like to think it was a good flush out and maybe this month 7 will be our lucky month. 🤞

@Nuggetlover27 it's on premom. I find it very handy as can be hard to compare if they're going up or down, especially on those one step ones! Femometer has a similar app but it's not as good.

@Annny27 I think today (likely this morning) is the day of ovulation so tomorrow will be 1DPO I think. Hopefully your OPKs start to darken soon and ovulation is just around the corner!

It's really good to hear your positive messages @MilsCookie and @TerribleImagination it's nice to see that there is a chance it'll all work out like you guys. I keep worrying about the worst happening again as well.

Morning Ladies

So AF arrived bang on time this morning so that me on to cycle 8 (I think or could be 9)

My poor DH DTD in so much pain with his back and it was for nothing. Really pissed off with TTC - so done with doing everything at the right time and it not happening. So will have my own little pity party for a couple of days and then dust myself off and get back to POAS in 10 days or so.

Morning ladies! Cd15 for me today and still no peak.....but am getting lots of ewcm so I am confident its on the way haha

@Leok83 maybe willl be a few days out of cycle buddies this month haha!

@ELM7 sorry lovely:( ttc is bloody awful and this journey can bugger off! Have a few down days and then back to dtd! Xxx

@SunnySideUp2020 bleeding sounds awful :( yes let's hope it was just because of your procedure and that its all reset itself now xx

Morning @Annny27 yep I tested about a million more times all BFN. AF due tomorrow but had some bleeding this morning. Hoping it’s spotting and not her arriving early as don’t need my LP to get shorter! So feeling like an absolute idiot for convincing myself yet again that I was pregnant 😫
And feeling pretty much the same as you @ELM7, pissed off and fed up! I’m going to get rid of all my tests and next month I will not test until the evil witch is late! At least we can be cycle buddies next month too!

I did manage to resist the need to test but was going full on with symptom spotting.

Had a awful pain on Sat and basically convinced myself that was implantation. Boobs weren’t as sore this month as last and when I did get pregnant last time I had zero symptoms so this month AF symptoms being less than normal made me think that this might actually be the month.

@Annny27 nippers did make me smile!

Morning girls:) cd16.....still no positive opk but have had loads of ewcm plus a very near opk so I reckon today or tomorrow I will "peak". A little later than usual ovulation but not massively late :)

@ELM7 I think all of us can admit to every month thinking "omg I actually AM pregnant"

How's everyone else doing? A quiet day yesterday!

Is anyone planning on restauranting / pubs on the weekend? We aren't, we are gonna lay low for a few more weeks before venturing out to the new world haha

Well we are fully off lockdown in france... like it never happened. Except in some places like hospitals where you have to wear a mask...

AF is finised for me so now waiting for cd15 to do an opk... will be a long 10 days 😅

@annny27 your peak should be during the night so test tomo morning definitely!!!

@ELM7 hope you're feeling better. Whenever AF comes for me I always have a few down days before I pick myself up for another month of TTC. It is exhausting.

Was it someone in this group who said they only use cheapies because they didn't want to waste FRERs?
Just wanted to say that I'm only just now getting a result on a cheapie, a week after getting a BFP on a FRER. So definitely don't rule yourself out based on cheapies. Xx

Evening all :) got my peak opk this evening at cd16 so will either ovulate tomorrow or the day after, I sometimes have short LH surges or long ones haha!

@SunnySideUp2020 I have a friend who lives in Paris and she said the same! Glad that things are getting back to normal but a bit early for my liking

@Nuggetlover27 yes I am thinking might for to b&q...how exciting haha! When do you usually ovulate?

@ELM7 sorry AF arrived, I think it gets harder with every cycle and takes longer to get out of the rut you feel in. But magically every cycle things start to look up again in the fertile week so hang on in there!

@scrumdiddly123 did your AF arrive? I hope not!

@Annny27 yay for peak!! I'm now 3 DPO so only still a few days ahead!
Ive been out to a cafe and we've organised a night out with food and friends next weekend, it's lovely to socialise again. Things moved faster here than we thought they would with reopenings as the numbers are low (covid ward is empty in nearest hospital now) but I'm worried there'll be a resurgence now a lot of people heading off on holidays abroad, lots of talk of a second wave happening from this.

@SunnySideUp2020 are you not doing an opk at all until CD15? Would you not be worried if there's an earlier ovulation?

@Ejb86 that's good to know about the cheapies. I also found that there was a big difference between the two when waiting for hcg to drop post MC, definitely the FRER the way to go when testing early! Hope ur doing well!

Morning, AF due yesterday and I had quite a lot of spotting all day and she’s here full force this morning! Horrible cramps and backache 😖
it’s my birthday weekend though, one of my sisters and her family are coming to stay today- haven’t seen any of them since January so can’t wait! Going to have a takeaway and wine so that should cheer me up.
We might take a break from TTC now, my recurrent miscarriage appt should hopefully be in august or September which would give us a couple of months off all the stressing and heartache. I don’t know, that’s my thinking at the minute but maybe when AF is over I’ll change my mind. That seems to happen a lot 🙄

@Annny27 is it sad that I kinda like going to b&q and then redecorating? 😂
I'm not too sure after last month but before that usually around day 20-22 I think. Last month being a long cycle threw me off but based on cm I think I may have ov around 10-14 days before af arrived

@Leok83 sounds nice to be socialising again. Where abouts are you ? Hoping there won't be a second spike!

@Leok83 yes you are only a few days ahead :D I had cd17 ovulation this time and its a little bit later than my norm

@Nuggetlover27 yeah I have slightly irregular ovulation so I have to use opks from around cd10 to make sure I don't miss it!

@scrumdiddly123 sorry that AF arrived :( gutting! Yeah perhaps take a break from the tracking and you never know, you might fall pregnant with the relaxed method!

@Annny27 definitely had no plans to be at the pub or restaurants this weekend (and judging by what I've seen happening where I live last night that was a wise decision. Why can't people just be sensible in the circumstances?!) But it's been nice to spend more time with family and it's reassuring that we're getting back to some normality and hopefully it will carry on getting better. I've started getting out more to shops because I don't think it was doing me any good to stay in so much. We've been doing quite a bit of work to our house recently so there has been a few trips to b&q and other house shops. Everywhere has felt quite safe with hand sanitiser everywhere and some places even taking temps before going in.

CD17 is pretty good for ovulation! Did you manage to persuade DH? I hate how much of a chore it becomes after a few days on the trott 😂

I'm expecting AF to arrive either tomorrow or Tuesday if my LP stays the same. Not sure the acupuncturist has worked her magic on that one just yet so pretty sure it will still be 10days this time. I've never been so eager for my period to arrive 😂

Morning everyone! 5DPO here so trying to keep occupied to take mind off TWW..busy on call so it helps although I've a full house to clean and a big garden to weed so have plenty to keep me occupied if I can get a break from work!

@Nuggetlover27 I'm in the west of Ireland so our case numbers here are pretty low and overall population is low too so places don't tend to be too packed anyways. Although saying that I've seen a huge amount of Irish tourists in the area this week..obviously they're coming west from Dublin on holidays as they can't fly out..I really hope it doesn't cause a resurgence!

@Annny27 welcome to the TWW! Hope you managed to convince DH to go for 1 last shot but don't worry as it sounds like you have it very well covered if not!

@Fizzl finally your nightmare coming to an end when AF comes! Would be good to get a longer LP in compensation for that horrendous cycle!

@Annny27 hopefully the 3 days covered it 🤞🏻 did you manage to convince DH to DTD 1 more time in the end? I always try to DTD every other day before and during ov. I think if I'm able to pin point ov this month I might DTD 2/3 days in a row too.
I'm gonna start POAS tomorrow (CD10) just one a days for a few days then 2 a day. I'm insistent on catching it ! Haha

@Leok83 that's good that your case numbers are low.
How's TWW going for you?

Can someone please disable my Google? I genuinely just googled "can my cat tell i am pregnant 2dpo" .......because he is sat on my lap haha. Honestly its embarrassing just writing that I cringe myself sometimes

@fizzl AF will be welcomes and celebrated by you for once haha! And let's hope for an on time ovulation next month for you!! I live in the South East and seeing the photos from London soho yesterday is frightening!

@Nuggetlover27 yes we managed to do the 4 days in a row....the 4th day was definitely the least romantic 🤣 cd10 sounds like a good place to start the opks:D
