Setting up this new thread for all the lovely ladies who have been on the ttc after miscarriage journey. And also all the ladies who have had their bfps but still want to stay in touch:)

Morning everyone :) bleeding is now brown and like the end of AF as opposed to the start of it which is weird - and my boobs are still bigger so AF definitely hasn't arrived yet so its either implantation bleeding or its a slow cruel start to AF (I'll take a wild guess at which one it is haha.....🙄🙄) so I am either 14dpo or cd3 😆🤣

@Leok83 so sorry AF has arrived:( always gutting! Especially when it gets further and further along. Can't believe we are onto months 6 and 7 now! This is my 6th month and if AF arrives properly it will be month 7 Aswell.

@Nuggetlover27 I wish I never knew implantation bleeding was a thing haha. Wish it was blood = period and not anything else:p when will you be "late"?

@ELM7 not too far away from Ovulation hopefully!

@scrumdiddly123 I wonder why we get so many days of ewcm compared to others!

@SunnySideUp2020 I have some FRERs arriving so if AF isn't here by tomorrow morning I'll test.....

I know it’s weird isn’t it. Before my miscarriages I would have a day or two and then get a peak! It’s frustrating not knowing whether we’re DTD in vain if OV is still a week away! My opk looked a bit darker this morning so hoping that continues and I get a peak soon!

Just want to give up on this TTC shit.

Just got peak on OPK but hubby has hurt his back and can barely move so don't see any chance of DTD.
Last did it on Sat so doubt there’s any chance this month of a BFP. At least I won’t be symptom spotting in the TWW.

Hands up if your body tricks you every month making you think oh potentially is this the month? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

AF arrived just as I had started to get excited that maybe I was pregnant. Month 7 here we come.......

@SunnySideUp2020 do you have wattery cm in your fertile window then?

@scrumdiddly123 same, before miscarriage I would have wattery for a week or so then few days of ewcm. Now its just ewcm throughout haha

@ELM7 ah that sucks! There still is a small chance!

This might be too much for you but have you considered self insemination? I have seen a few threads of women whose OH have issues dtd but they can still ejaculate and then the woman will insert the sperm with a syringe/pressed applicator. Its quite out there haha! But if he can't dtd it might be an option

@ELM7 can you get on top and do the work?
Or as any said self insemination. I mean a home one just to not lose this opportunity...
But i feel your pain.

@SunnySideUp2020 ya it seems to be getting a bit longer which is good! Even longer than pre MC. When are you going to test do you think?

Yep had a big cry to my husband as we're ready for another month now haha! March baby here we come! He is also putting me on his works private health care so hopefully I can get some private tests done as cba to wait till November when the NHS want to refer me haha. Awkward thing is is that the consultant who does the private tests is also the NHS consultant who told me to wait till November 🙈 so not sure if he will advise me against seeing him but surely he won't say no to private fees

@leok83 yes cycle buddies let's hope our bodies cooperate haha!

@Annny27 @Leok83 sorry AF got you! We are well overdue some BFPs on here! Hope you’re both having wine and chocolate!
Even more EWCM today so guess we will be DTD again tonight 🙄😂 I know its good really and I always feel happier knowing that my body is at least capable of making a nice fertile environment! Just waiting on a positive opk now 🤞🏻Cd14 today and this is my 8th fertile day according to FF!

We've all had our fair share of rants.......here's mine 🙈

Just bloody Covid! If I am childless I wsnt to be able to LIVE and enjoy every second of it. After every period arrival I want to be going to the theatre, a comedy show, a spontaneous weekend trip to Paris, a two week beach holiday in the Maldives. But no....how did I treat myself today? A fricking trip to home bargains. Honestly 🙈🙈🙈

@Leok83 I'm good thanks. Still absolutely nothing happening here tho! My poor uterus seems to be in a right pickle 😒😂 i have my next lot of acupuncture on Tuesday so let's see what magic can hopefully be worked.

@Annny27 i wouldn't care what they think and like you said they won't grumble if your paying privately. I don't think they can say no to seeing you privately - that's what you're paying for 😁

@Annny27 sorry I was about to type I'd treated myself to a trip to the supermarket! Its about as exciting as it gets these days, especially when I've not really been shopping for 3 months. To be fair, I do love home bargains! Last time I went I came out with sooo much stuff I didn't need but couldn't resist!

@Leok83 sorry I'm not sure what LP is , but if you mean my cycle then it's been messed up since my MC. I used to have 30/31 day cycles but since it's more like minimum of 35

@Annny27 ❤️ it's so tough mentally. People who aren't going through what we all are just don't understand (I know last year I never used to!)
I'm sure there's no need to worry about that consultant , hopefully you will get a different one though - who is more helpful!
Home bargains is good but it's no Maldives! Haha

This is my daily internal rant and self-pitying session: can't even produce a pregnancy and can't even make the most of my life right now.
Or in other words can't even be pregnant during covid to be able to be home and rest all day.
Instead i am like a lion in a cage... on one hand waiting for a bfp and on the other hand waiting to be able to enjoy like without a bfp.

Miserable.

But once the rant is over we go back to hoping for a bfp soon/next cycle/in a few month blah blah blahhhhh

@Annny27 i think the consultant will have a different attitude with you being private.
Nhs has limited resources so that's why they tend to send you away or tell you yo give it time but privately i am sure they will be much more understanding and proactive..

I'm currently 4dpo and no symptoms yet but I don't expect there would be. I can't help but compare to when I was pregnant when I had the miscarriage and I had sore nipples by now but maybe that was a coincidence. Here's hoping 🤞

@Hopesandrainbows 7 dpo here and nothing!! Also comparing but i dont think it works 😅

@Nuggetlover27 sorry LP is a literal phase.thw time between ovulation and AF..the longer that is the better as more time for a bean to get settled before the womb lining starts to shed. Think average is 14 days but normal is over 10. A few of us have shorter LP here, mine was 9days post MC initially so was a bit worried it was too short but lengthened to 12 days now (af arriving 13 dpo puts it at that) so even tho disappointing AF arrived have to take solace in that my LP is more normal looking now as short can suggest issues such as low progesterone.

@Annny27 I wouldn’t worry about the consultant, they’re just going on rules of when they’re allowed to go further with tests but if you are paying they’ll be more than happy to oblige!

Only 5dpo but have backache and pms like cramps 😞 already feel like I'm out. Last few months I have had cramps a week or so before AF c
