Setting up this new thread for all the lovely ladies who have been on the ttc after miscarriage journey. And also all the ladies who have had their bfps but still want to stay in touch:)

Hey guys sorry I've been so quiet hope you're all well but got a bfp a few days ago. Couple of things I've done myself and on the other threads so thought it may help you ladies when TTcing

I used conceive plus and managed to catch!
Pre natal vitamins as well and IC OPKS. Tried SMEP as it's great for after MC when some cycles are u predictable - but I was exhausted and gave up sticking to every other day around ovulation

Other things I've heard of people saying
-unbiquinol
-seed cycling
-grapefruit juice for EWCM
-Angus castus to lengthen luteal phase

Just had some bloods done (for something else not fertility) but they check my thyroid as part of it and a blood clotting thing so sort of feels like some fertility things will get checked atleast haha!

@Mococo1 congratulations lovely! I think I might look into agnus castus. Thanks for your experience and advice and best of luck with your pregnancy 💗

@SunnySideUp2020 yep my LP was 10 days last month and even if she arrives today it will be 11 days which is within the normal range so I am pleased about that :)

@scrumdiddly123 we seem to both has lots of days of ewcm before ovulation. U had 7 days last month!

@nuggetlover27 tiredness is a very normal pre period sign for me.....but it doesn't stop me thinking I am pregnant every month when I feel tired 🤣🤣

@Hopesandrainbows I haven't personally researched or know what it is but I have heard of some women using it - what is it and how does it help?

Well my period just arrived at 12dpo meaning my luteal phase was 11 days this month. It used to be so clockwork at 14 days I don't understand the change. So now onto month 13 of trying altogether / cycle 7 after miscarriage. I want the ground to swallow me up and only spit me back out when I am pregnant 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Arghh I got annoyed for you lol we do so much and do things right and cherish the body and give it vitamins etc etc

I watched a video on how to support implantation on YouTube and the fertility homeopath recommends it. I think jf you type in YouTube "how to support implantation" the video comes up. To be honest I might not bother taking them and just stick to my omega fish oil. I'm really hoping this is the month. I have been on such an emotional rollercoaster since the miscarriage and someone at work announced their pregnancy which just makes things harder to cope with. I'm trying to stay calm but only 1dpo 🙈. Also don't know whether we should try one more time today? Ovulation pain has stopped now so I assume ovulation is over. We did it 4 days in a row (day of ovulation and 3 days prior) hope it works 🤞

@Annny27 oh Annny, I'm so sorry. Do you have any treats lined up to get you through? This TTC stuff is a shitter! I'm part way through cycle 7, please don't feel that you're alone in this.

You'll never believe this. I did my first OPK of this cycle on Saturday on cd15, thinking I'd be nowhere near ovulation based on last month's cd23, and I got a peak! I'd had EWCM all week, so think my body may finally be ready to make another baby!

@ejb that's great!! Whenever i test on cd15 i always hope to just straight away get that peak 😄 must have been so satisfying

@annny27 so sorry you're going through this! Totally know how you feel my colleague at work was a week ahead of me in pregnancy and I had a MC and she's still going so I'm glad I'm In lockdown as although she's lovely and supportive I couldn't help but think that I would have been at the same point as her! I also forgot to say..does your partner take any vitamins? Might be worth a try sorry I'm not up to date with the thread incase you've mentioned before!

@abi0795 sorry about your loss hun ☹️ sending you hugs! I didn't take the tablets and had a MC just shy of 7weeks. I personally wish I had as I had the same experience as @sunnysideup the loss of tissue and passing of material Over a few days quite frankly traumatised me...it also took a good 6.5 weeks for my period to return as I still had HCG in my system whilst my body tried to naturally miscarry

Couple of more tips ladies from other threads

• personally I only used half the lube from each conceive plus applicator as it was way too much

-men have a high sperm count in the morning apparently -I think I conceived both times with sofa sex 🤣

@SunnySideUp2020 sooooo satisfying! I was bouncing around the room! 8 days earlier than last month is an incredible change.

@Annny27 I'm so sorry AF has arrived😢I think I'm probably going to be following you tomorrow too. We just need to stay positive tho, we'll get there in the end although I bloody wish that end would hurry the hell up!!! Had bloods today at hospital and the obgyn was smiling and saying just folic acid and keep trying like it was a mantra of his! frustrating and all as it is it must work eventually!!

@Nuggetlover27 no AF yet but have had the cramps and deflated boobs and a slight temp drop all suggesting it'll be here on time tomorrow. How about you, any symptoms yet?

Thanks for all your love ladies 💗 its actually a bit weird and making me doubt whether its AF......well if it is AF then its very slow starting. I had brown spotting 11dpo then yesterday 12dpo had some red so though oh AF is here but then nothing was on the pad only when I wipe. And now its just brown again.

I am feeling quite crampy so she will probably start back up again tonight but usually when I see red blood AF comes in full force!

@Nuggetlover27 yeah shopping was a good distraction! I also sat in my mums garden for a little while too and had a cuppa so that was nice too!

@Annny27 ah I'm sorry af arrived. Hopefully those bloods will be a good starting point tho and will pick up anything obvious with clotting or thyroid which are pretty important when ttc!

@Hopesandrainbows pregnancy announcements are hard. Nobody I knew was pregnant when I found out I was last year and now it feels like all of a sudden everyone (except me) has managed to conceive around me. I have 3 friends now due between aug-dec. I need to start thinking about planning a baby shower for 1 friend and I'm dreading it! And then I feel like a selfish awful friend for even feeling this way.

@Ejb86 sounds like things are heading in the right direction for you!

Sorry that it doesn't sound hopeful @Leok83 but at least AF hadn't arrived yet 🤞🏻 I am still very tired but no other symptoms. Had some light cramping today and yesterday so thinking AF may be on its way 🙁

@fizzl yep I suspect progesterone is my only issue but it will make me feel better if my thyroid results come back all good :)

Back to POAS here with OPKs showing high today so hopefully will hit peak over the next couple of days.

@Annny27 still having EWCM but tests still negative and faint so probably a few days away at least!

@Annny27 any news? the last couple of months for me when AF had arrived I have tried to convince myself it's IB. Mother Nature is cruel! It's so hard to let go of another month.
I've got stomach cramping again today but no sign of blood yet. Today is CD35 for me so I should be due on any day now. See how the day goes but trying to get my hopes up as don't really have massive symptoms.

Morning ladies!

AF has arrived this morning did me 13DPO 😞. Anyways onto month 7 now . Test results won’t be back for 6 weeks anyways so at least if there’s an issue I can maybe do something about it can be treated if I get a BFP in future now. Definitely trying the preseed this month. The applicator sounds very fiddly alright but at this stage I’m willing to try it 😄
