Hello everyone,

I am 37 going on 38 in December. TTC baby number 3. Came off the pill on the 1st may (2020). Previously I was on syanna press( depo).
I ovulated yesterday 😊
I only just finished my period on the 9th so didn't expect ovulation just yet. Also I am very new to using ovulation test. This is my second time using it. I am using the easy@home brand.
I have two boys ages 15 and 3years.❤️

Sorry that should have said rhe blood tests ready for fertility tests, all the HIV, hepatitis thyroid, progesterone etc
For some reason they had to be repeated but doesn't look like the repeat progesterone is back, although it was normal first time round.
Once partner has done his tests then we will be referred to fertility clinic

Started feeling nauseous yesterday worse today and some heartburn and burping?
Anyone else ever had this? Think im getting my hopes up x

I am 5dpo not really symptom spotting ATM. I'll probably start paying more attention to my body at about 10dpo. 🤞🏾 Crossed I don't start obsessing.

@Matilda19 I had the heartburn last cycle it was so bad- So many pregnancy symptoms are the same as pre period symptoms due to the rise in hormone levels. So hard not to obsess though! I’m going to try not to but I know in reality that’s not going to happen

Hi everyone. I'm 35 (36 in September) and TTC. Got pregnant for the 1st time in February after 1st time trying but sadly ended in mmc in April. Size was 8 weeks and 4 days but I didn't find out I'd miscarried until a day before my 12 week scan when I had a massive bleed. Had a natural miscarriage the same day which lasted 3hrs and bled for a further week on and off.
Got my AF a few days ago which was 2 days after I would normally, so I'm guessing my body is back to normal, so going to try again in the hopes it happens as quick. Was really looking forward to a 2020 baby.

And this cycle is finally over - day 44 and period has arrived along with horrendous cramps 😩😩

So hard not to keep thinking about it all. Annoying myself tho with it. Af due sunday so suppose wait and see good luck all xx

Okay so I am definitely not symptom checking but... I am having the strongest pulling/the tightening sensation in both my boobs. I can also feel tingling sensation in my areola/nipple area.

I'm happy today as finally got a flashing smiley face on my OPK- started testing on Sunday (CD 9) even though was- and am still -bleeding a bit. AF not usually over a week long so wondered if it was just due to having IUD removed last week, and didn't want to miss tracking my window so started testing anyway. Just very relieved to know there's still hormones in there doing the right things and I can start to get an idea of what my cycle is.

I'm actually quite relieved period is here, was getting a little concerned about the cycle length, just hope it's not a sign of things to come though.

Am so ready for the next cycle now 😀🤞🤞🤞

Recently turned 36 and only just started TTC this month. I have been with DH almost 13 years and my reason for leaving it until now, is that I have always been extremely ambivalent / on the fence about having kids.

My age sort of made the decision for me, so here I am.

I only just realised that my cycle last month was only 23 days. Possibly because I stopped the 2nd of may and it triggered a period. If I hadn't stopped the pill my period was due the 12 of may I think 🤔. I defo ovulated the 15th of may. I got a positive ovulation test 15th and 17th. I am bit confused about all this. 😟

I hope everyone is well today, I'm on a course all today so I'll check in tomorrow probably. Did get a reply from a donor this morning so looking forward to talking more with them. Still annoyed that other donor isn't "ready" emotionally to start trying now when he was the one to contact me.

You know, he's the third guy in my life to say he wants a kid with me and then back out. Not impressed lol

@Lynnysong how does it all work? Why does the donor have to be emotionally ready? I am a bit naive re this but interested to know how it works

@Loladoodle he wants to coparent, that's why he's gone a bit shaky.

The other guy who is just listed as a donor wants to know what I look like which irrates me as why does it matter. I talked more about what I want and he's not got back to me. Also irrates, as these men approached me wanting to donate.

Hopefully third guy will be a bit more giving. He has two kids of his own. But may live further away.

@Lynz2020 your story is so similar to mine. I'm also 35, 36v in July! Got pregnant early Feb, miscarried at 11 +2 weeks pregnant. It was Easter weekend. 😔 It was awful and I was very down. Finally got my AF 38 days later. My last day of it today so feeling positive and determined and ready to jump on my OH.🙈🤣 I'm relieved my body is back to 'normal'. Good luck lovely xx

I'm ok with either donor or coparent tbh. That's me emailed 50 men in Glasgow where I live. Hope I get some replies, I'm very tired now, been doing my counselling course all day.
My temp was down this morning so af probably tomorrow, oh well

Lynnysong I didn’t realise that... wow... do you worry about co parenting with someone annoying? Just wondered as I have to do that with my children/ex husband. He’s a pain in the arse but as long as the kids are happy you just do what you gotta do!

I’m having a beer in the sun whilst dp is on the trampoline with my 4 year old... the laughter is making me brooooody!!!! Hes such a great step dad.. and would be delighted if we had one together! Want this for him so much!

@Loladoodle aawww enjoy it. Came back from work fell asleep on the sofa. My lil one is fast asleep so didn't get to take him to the park. My eldest is at the park.

I think this might be my place too. I'm 37, nearly 38. Been trying for no. 1 for about 7 months now and no luck yet, obviously! I was with the wrong person for many years and only realised I wanted to have children recently. I'm now worried it's too late
