Hello everyone,

I am 37 going on 38 in December. TTC baby number 3. Came off the pill on the 1st may (2020). Previously I was on syanna press( depo).
I ovulated yesterday 😊
I only just finished my period on the 9th so didn't expect ovulation just yet. Also I am very new to using ovulation test. This is my second time using it. I am using the easy@home brand.
I have two boys ages 15 and 3years.❤️

Please join on this journey with me, so we can cheer each other up, share advice and information etc..

@Happyhappy37 thanks for the nice comment. I get vibes from you re mindfulness etc curious to know if you work in this area or similar? You don’t have to answer that of course.

Also I have been achy recently- keep saying feel like I’ve done a lot of exercise when I def haven’t! I did do a run 2 days ago that added to achy bones but I’ve had this too. Mine is def not ttc related though as I’m onky 2dpo now. Wonder what it is though as I’ve been so agitated by it!

@Matilda19 you have actually committed well it’s Bfp or... a bloody bug!!! Hoping for the bfp for you!

Agreed that I'll probably try and keep it under wraps for as long as possible too!

Hey @Happyhappy37 yes im good thank you for thinking of me. Had a busy day yesterday having a clear out and the kids were crazy yesterday. 🙄🤣
Also... been busy dtd! Like I've said I don't track at all so all I know is that I'm on CD 9 and I usually ovulate around day 8/9. I have always had fairly short cycles. My daughter was 100% conceived on CD 9 as that was the only day we dtd.🤣

Lovely to see how busy this thread is. Such a lovely bunch and all so supportive of each other.

Hello ladies - can I join the thread please :) I turned 36 last month and am ttc. My hunny and I were really lucky and when we tried first time round in Jan, we fell pg straight away, but sadly had a mmc that finished bleeding at the end if Feb. My temps and test were high/positive until mid March, and my final scan showed that my lining was still pretty thin, so although we tried on that cycle I clearly wasn’t ready body wise. Have tried for the next 2 cycles and still nothing. AF got me this morn so will be onto the 4th cycle now - still trying to stay positive but those niggling doubt creep in!

Morning all.. Done a cheap b and m test and another bfn nauseous remains. Af due tomorrow so i suppose its not over yet! Pleased we all have each other xx

Welcome to @bellabubble sorry to hear about your MC. Don't stress too much, it's hard but, stress does affect us up, physically and mentally. Good with TTC . Sending positive thoughts and energy.

We skipped DTD last night and now have a static smiley on OPK. So will def be getting on the case tonight and hope we don't miss it! Feel oddly proud of my uterus 😂 only 1 ovary left, 1st cycle without IUD and I'm peaking on day 14 like the books say 🙈 (how sad). Now just have to hope there's actually an egg in there! Have a nice day all!

@MrsTtobe can I ask how long your cycles are usually? I have short cycles too... always feel I ovulate around day 10/11. Last cycle was 25 days but they can be 23-25. I always know anyway as after I ovulate my sex drive wains hugely! Whereas from af-ovulation I am practically jumping off the wardrobes! (🤣that’s def an exaggeration... slightly 🤣)

@Happyhappy37 yes I can tell you are in to meditation. I am too but it obvs doesn’t work on me 🤣 well it works for calm mind but you are much more happy and positive in nature I feel. Good for you! I do advocate things like that (kindof compliments my work), it will def help you in this process. Positivity is key. I think with last time taking 3 years- I’m just airing on the side of caution here. Self protection measure really.

Hi ladies, I'm 37 and ttc number two, this is our second cycle of trying.

Last month I went a bit crazy symptom spotting and then felt a bit silly when my period arrived!

I'm due on 28th May and trying not to overthink everything!

@Loladoodle you make me laugh 😄 positivity is the key, it is sometimes a struggle, but it really helps that my partner is very much like me and picks me up when I fall 😊.
I’m just airing on the side of caution here. Self protection measure really that's also a positive thing to do. We have to be both positive and realistic

@Szalinski welcome good luck on your journey. Symptom spotting is not easy to not do. I am on 8dpo and as much as I am not symptom spotting, I am still aware of some out of the ordinary things my body is doing. I am trying really hard not to dwell on them, but hey the key word here is try 😂

Hi Happy, tbh I've no idea when or if I've even ovulated but I've promised myself that I am not testing early this month! I will be so cross if I cave in

@Happyhappy37 I'm not too bad, thanks for asking I'm wondering what my hormones are up to, I think they're just clicking back in after a couple of years back on the mini pill, I thought I might be ovulating the other day but did a test and nada. How are you today?

Soooo... I know we all just want healthy babies... and will be happy to get pregnant with a boy or girl... howevvvverrrrr... if you could have one or the other... what sex would you prefer?

I have two boys... I’d love either of course and all I know is boys. But I can’t help but think how lovely it would be to have some pink around the house. I’m such a girly girl... I never imagined that I wouldn’t have a daughter ever. It would be nice. But my 2 sons are my world, and if I am meant to be a mum or boys that’s just wonderful too.

Hi Ladies, mind if I jump on board? I'm 38 TTC #1 - just finished taking the pill and am on the Seven Seas supplements. Going to try and wait a cycle or to before using my CB Ovulation tests - if I have the willpower! but did invest in some Pre-seed lube and think we'll likely start with something approaching a 'lite' SMEP while I work out my cycle... Although DH has done his back this weekend! typical ;)

@Loladoodle I think if I could choose I would have another boy... my two are totally different shapes so I've got SO many clothes, if I did have a girl she'll be in blue I'm afraid!
