I never seem to quite fit into any of the existing posts so thought I’d create my own.

Feel free to join me.

I ‘think’ I’m due af around 17th May, but knowing me will start testing from around 11th onwards as I’m a total poas addict.

I say I think that’s when my af is due because in the past my cycles have been around 37 dats long. Ovulating around cd22.

But thus cycle I took soy isoflavones after researching about them, hearing they can bring ovulation forward, and amazingly I got my positive ovulation test on cd14! So if my luteal phase remains the same which I think it’s meant to, then I’d be due af 14 days after that (my luteal phase is 14 days long).

I’ve been known to test from 7dpo though so not holding out much hope of me staying strong 😂 that’s the trouble with having a ton of ic tests burning a hole in my drawer!

Good luck to everyone else.

@Naylor19 that's a pretty good looking chart good luck

BabyDust13 · 08/05/2020 21:25

@Moominmiss thanks I'll let you know what my OH dismisses when I show him 😂

Naylor19 · 08/05/2020 21:27

@BabyDust13 thanks lovely, I'm hoping my temp continues to rise. Was so disheartened yesterday when it fell again!

notyetamumbuttrying · 08/05/2020 21:31

@DressingGownofDoom haha!! I more meant u seen any in your knickers? I had way more than usual today so thought I'd ponder with you gals.

BabyDust13 · 08/05/2020 21:34

@Naylor19 I don't think it's an exact science so I wouldn't read to much in to it

BabyDust13 · 08/05/2020 21:45

I can't remember if it's already been said on this thread but don't you think some people's responses on other threads are so harsh. Especially when responding to eye line posts. It really annoys me sorry just venting

Blondiemum1980 · 09/05/2020 07:26

I agree @BabyDust13, it’s shocking how harsh these women can be! I guess we all leave ourselves open for it a little bit by posting, but that in no way excuses the way they speak to other people. We’re all here for the same reason - I’m a big believer in supporting other women & not tearing them down! I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re struggling so much (understandably) with their journey that it comes out as jealous & a bit venomous. Although, I think there are far more lovely people than not on these groups! This is definitely one of those lovely & supporting threads - we can be honest how TTC drives us bonkers and how addicted we are to POAS!! 😂😂😂

Blondiemum1980 · 09/05/2020 07:35

I’m 6dpo today. Woken up with a massive headache that’s been there about 3 days now. I’ve saved my FMU in a little pot & I’ll test when OH is up so I don’t wake him with rustling - if he knew I was testing so early & googling the shit out of ‘symptoms at whatever dpo’ then he’s definitely think I’m bat shit crazy (which of course I am 😂) I’ve had a few twinges, boobs tingle every now and then, a bit more cm than normal for this time of cycle, but definitely no ‘I think I’m preggers symptoms’ but I know it’s still too early. It’s just that tiny bit of hope that It’ll happen sooner than it actually will.. anybody else testing today? Any new symptoms?

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 08:22

@BabyDust13 I agree too / I don’t think you should say something online you wouldn’t say in real life. And I know if my best friend was in my living room asking my advice I’d be honest but I would never be rude. Some of these threads are wild. Xxx

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 08:25

@Blondiemum1980 we are all officially bat shit crazy. Lol! I’m 5dpo going to wait until 9/10dpo because I know even if a test is negative I’ll eventually see an indent line and convince myself there’s hope (and there might be) but it’s crushing then 4/5 days later when it hasn’t developed. But other people dump their tests after the time frame , I end up rummaging through the bin to see if anything has appeared 🤣🤣🤣

My symptoms -

3dpo - vivid dreams
5dpo - vivid dreams and woken really moody for no reason

Xxx

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 08:30

Morning lovelies so 8dpo today 🥳 I have refrained from testing I only have 1 cheap test left. I'll probably cave and do it later when there's absolutely no point.

I have had some twinges not really strong enough to be cramps. My RHR has gone up by 1 again. I've attached a pic I thought I ovulated where I highlighted yellow but the dip was way to soon but the purple arrow shows 2 other rises so maybe I ovulated early no idea probably overthinking it

@Blondiemum1980 my OH knows how long I sit looking through MN and I'm sure he thinks I'm crazy but at least it's not all directed at him 😂

Good luck any one testing today 🤞🏼

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 08:33

@Mrsi2020 I'm trying to wait until Monday to do a FRER 🤞🏼I've been doing cheap ones for a couple of days not really sure why 😂

I've seen so many BFPs lately so hopefully it's our turn too

DressingGownofDoom · 09/05/2020 08:43

BFN today! Bit annoying, I'd convinced myself I ovulated early and that's why I could spot a line yesterday but must have just been me convincing myself of something that wasn't there.

7dpo then, sore breasts, a snotty nose and v thirsty which is a good sign as that was my biggest symptom with DS.

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 08:50

@DressingGownofDoom still early days and all good signs

I was looking back to when I my chemicals and I didn't spit anything until 10dpo so I'm not worried I don't really have any symptoms apart from the ones in my mind 😂😂

Hopingfor2021 · 09/05/2020 11:45

So excited for all the testing coming up! Are you going to use FRER for the first “big shot” of a BFP?

What do you think of this progression? 9dpo and then today 11dpo? So 48hrs. Although now I’ve spent too long on MN and have read good progression really doesn’t mean anything. Although with my 3/4 miscarriages all had bad progression? Do you think it’s a good sign? I’m trying to be hopeful Flowers

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 11:48

@Hopingfor2021 🥳🥳 that line has got so much stronger this can only be a good thing

I'll be using a FRER when I test properly thinking Monday at 10dpo would be best

Can't wait to see everyone's tests 🥰

Moominmiss · 09/05/2020 12:56

@Hopingfor2021 that progression is fantastic! I’d be over the moon if I was you!! Will still keep everything crossed for you!

I’m 7dpo now and itching to test. But I won’t. Well I probably will. But not yet 😂

My rhr has dipped by 1 at the moment although still a lot of the day left yet. Hoping/wishing it might be an implantation dip 🤞🏻

DressingGownofDoom · 09/05/2020 13:26

@Hopingfor2021 excellent progression and 3 out of 4 of my losses had poor progression (4th one had a chromosome disorder that wasn't picked up until much later)

Hopingfor2021 · 09/05/2020 13:31

Thank you lovely ladies. So reassuring Flowers

@DressingGownofDoom our experiences sound so similar!! I had three losses between 5-6 weeks (all slow progressions) and the other was our girl lost at 13 weeks due to Turner Syndrome. She died only few days after our 3 month scan! Progression and earlier scans were all normal. Want to give you a massive virtual hug as I know how heartbreaking it is to suffer losses, and then to make matters worse struggle to conceive afterwards. How long since your last miscarriage if I can ask? Xx

DressingGownofDoom · 09/05/2020 13:47

@Hopingfor2021 that is a strange coincidence! My first pregnancy was fine and I had a healthy son (he's turning 3 next week!) then with my second pregnancy I had slow progression and mc at 8 weeks, then 2 slow progression and mc between 5-6 weeks like you and the third I lost him at 9 weeks, he died 2 days after a scan same as you! But not as awful a situation because it was earlier so couldn't see him waving at me etc. He had triploidy. That was a year ago now and since then we've been not trying not preventing. This is the first time I've really thrown myself into symptom spotting and testing with gusto.

How long ago did you lose your baby to Turner's? I'm sure you're feeling all kinds of emotions today Thanks

Hopingfor2021 · 09/05/2020 14:10

@DressingGownofDoom
Big hug, that is heartbreaking. 9 weeks or 13 weeks isn't a massive difference. Once you see that heartbeat the baby truly feels like its yours. My only son is also turning 3 this year! Straightforward pregnancy and birth. We lost our girl in June a year ago! So so similar!! I really hope you get a BFP very very soon.

Baby dust to all and happy testing xxx

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 14:41

@DressingGownofDoom @Hopingfor2021 sending you both hugs - if it helps I have a really good feeling that this is a lucky thread 🍀🍀🍀🍀

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 16:50

I really want to test on a FRER but I'm only 8dpo I might just use a cheapie see if that makes me stop thinking about it not much point in the afternoon anyway

How's everyone else doing this afternoon?

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 16:51

@Moominmiss did you test?

Hopingfor2021 · 09/05/2020 17:25

@BabyDust13 I would wait and do a FRER tomorrow morning! Or if you can’t stop yourself try to hold your wee for 3-4 hours and do it right before you go to bed tonight! Cheapies probably won’t show anything right now... although you never know!! Could you be more than 8dpo? X
