I never seem to quite fit into any of the existing posts so thought I’d create my own.

Feel free to join me.

I ‘think’ I’m due af around 17th May, but knowing me will start testing from around 11th onwards as I’m a total poas addict.

I say I think that’s when my af is due because in the past my cycles have been around 37 dats long. Ovulating around cd22.

But thus cycle I took soy isoflavones after researching about them, hearing they can bring ovulation forward, and amazingly I got my positive ovulation test on cd14! So if my luteal phase remains the same which I think it’s meant to, then I’d be due af 14 days after that (my luteal phase is 14 days long).

I’ve been known to test from 7dpo though so not holding out much hope of me staying strong 😂 that’s the trouble with having a ton of ic tests burning a hole in my drawer!

@Littlepeas2 the only “symptom “ I’ve really had if I am preg even, is vivid dreams. It’s so random. No sore boobs or nausea xx

@Baileys123 aww love that, I’m on like three threads and they’re all similar but I have seen some horrid ones. The girls on these ones are all lovely, I literally haven’t seen anything negative.

I do find it v reassuring, I have two kids from a previous marriage, my dh has a son , so 3 between us, I’d like one more, he’d like 2 more kids. I personally think 4 between us is plenty but we’re both open to discuss it down the line. Good to know it might be an option for us.

I’m glad they were careful with you. I still can’t get over that, I’m sure your heart just longs to be preg again. I really hope it happens soon for you xxx

So my OH finally took the time to look through my baby name lists and we are down to 3 girls and 2 boys one wasn't even on there when we started 😂😂😂

I realise I have loads of time but picking a name seems so daunting

The people who already have kids did you have there names already picked for them or did you wait to meet them first?

We’ve chosen our names - well we think.

I have a madison and a Makenna, I wanted to call madison Peggy after my granny and didn’t and have loved the name ever since. Dh loves the name too so thinking Peggy For a girl and Albie for a boy xxx

@Mrsi2020 they are both super cute names.
Boys: Archer (my fav) and Ethan
Girls: Erin Melody and Violet ( my fav but pretty popular now)

Did you find out you were having girls at the 20 week scan or did you wait and have a surprise?

New here and just spent the last god knows how long reading this thread!
I just had to post as I’m bursting emotions for you guys. Congratulations to everyone that has had those positives!

I’m currently 10po and itching to test! Never come across a group of ladies who like to test so early and now after following, I feel like you have all egged me on! I’ve not been an avid tracker by using kits etc I just use a few different apps to see roughly if they line up. Been doing this for about 4 months now?

My question to you guys is do I test in the morning 😂🤞

@Smp321 hey nice to have you with us. I assume you are asking about testing because you 100% know the answer will be yes if you've read all the thread.

@BabyDust13 I love those names! Violet is just beautiful. I have a list I love and hubby hates them all. Maybe it's a good thing I'm not pregnant as I can see the arguments already over names 😂

@BabyDust13 we shall see! 🤞 And also like yourself, we have been obsessing over picking names. I don’t know about anyone else but it really stressed me out knowing that we are trying but not having ANY names chosen.

@Baileys123 it’s so nice to hear you say that you felt you wanted to join this thread. Like you I’d read so many but never quite felt I fitted anywhere rise which is what made me start this one. I’ve found all the girls in here so unbelievably supportive, and obviously helps that, like me they’re as crazy and obsessed as I am too!
Thank you for taking the time to talk about your c sections and your experience in hospital. I also wondered if they might have cut away some of the older scar tissue during my last section, but nothing was mentioned to me. I’m so glad the doctors were supportive of you in hospital. Really hope you get your rainbow soon 🤞🏻

@BabyDust13 I love your final few name choices!!! My oh is on board with our boys choice (mainly because the first name is his choice) lol, not so much on the girls choice, but I’m not changing my mind (at least I don’t plan to) so he’s going to have to get used to it 😂 tbh though he’s not all that fussed either way, he’s pretty easy going so will happily agree with whatever I was to choose really.

I have 3 daughters, all who’s names begin with an S. but as they are with my ex, I don’t want to continue the S theme lol. I picked all their names while pregnant as I found at at each scan that I was having girls. I’d secretly love another girl but equally I know my oh would like a boy (what guy doesn’t), so I’d be happy with either.

@Mrsi2020 I love your name choices too!! My friend has recently had an Albie and he’s just the cutest little thing!!

I’m 10dpo too, and like the true crazy poas addict I promised I was I began testing from 4dpo 😂🙈

I’ve not had any luck yet. Bfn’s up until now and if I’m honest I just don’t ‘feel’ pregnant this month so I’m not shocked. But the fact remains I will still continue to test right up until af makes her appearance (due on Saturday I think).

But in answer to your question, absolutely you need to test in the morning. The really naughty side of me would tell you to also test now just for good measure, lol. But I really shouldn’t encourage such irrational crazy behaviour!!

But absolutely, tomorrow!! It should almost be stated at the start of this thread that there are rules to follow....namely that in order to join you must be willing to test early at the demand of other members 😂

Just want to say congrats to everyone that’s got their bfp’s, and good luck to everyone still testing!!

The rate the bfp’s are happening I feel like I’ll be Billy no mates here on this thread pretty soon, you’ll all be leaving me for the preg threads 😭

@Moominmiss my OH is pretty chilled too so I reckon I could pretty much get away with any name I liked.

@babydust13 I don’t blame you, I sometimes think the ttc parts of forums are nicer naturally, less competitive. Tbh a lot of people with struggles are in ttc and I think that probably makes them a little “softer” . I find the preg ones can be very judged and harsh etc? But that’s just my experience. Xx

@Mrsi2020 haha, it’s funny how it works out. I never set out to plan to use S names, but after my first, the next name I liked just happened to also begin with an S, and then with my third I felt like I had an urge to pick another S name 😂

@BabyDust13 yeah same, I think I could pick the most ‘out there’ names and my oh would probably just roll his eyes and be like ‘whatever will keep you off my back’ 😂 think he’d do anything for a quiet life lol.

Ahhh of course we don’t mind, I’d love for you to stick around here. Wouldn’t be the same without all of us here that have made this thread what it is! I always found pregnancy forums way scarier and judgier (not a word but you know what I mean!).

Maybe if we all eventually get our bfp’s we can head over together and just start our own little thread again and carry on our positivity over there!

Yikes this is crazy progression over the course of like 8 hours. This little guy or girl is getting comfy!

Not too much in the way of symptoms, bit of backache and mild period cramps, sore boobs but I always get that before af, always thirsty is the main one and was my first clue.

I hope you don't mind if I stick around the thread. I don't feel like I'm pregnant anyway until I've passed AF due date and I want to see how things work out for everyone!

I’ve just popped back after a couple of hours off obsessing about weeing on sticks, only to be massively excited now about tomorrow’s tests 😂
