Hi ladies 💕

13dpo today and af is imminent as temp dropped to cover line plus a bfn. So who's joining me?

This will be cycle 13 since mmc (Feb 19) but been TTC since June 2018 so a horribly momentous month for me.

Bought some vitamins recommended by it starts with the egg for this month and also male conception tablets for DH. So we shall see 🤞🏼

@Juno231 That's what I'm thinking, I struggled to get it to even register anything on the 18.25 19th one I think I'm just bad at holding still for the photo takes me a few attempts to get the lines in the right position 🙈 I'm going to test again now anyway and see. I have only recently learnt that it's not positive until it's as dark as the control line I always used to see a line and think that was positive so not carry on 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve got spotting today 🤔 I’ve got today down as CD 22, on a cycle of 35 days so yesterday CD 21 was ovulation day. However, this is based off of the first bleed I had after coming off the pill so possibly not accurate. I’ve read that sometimes ladies get spotting around ovulation? There’s also implantation spotting but I don’t think timings fit for that? Could be AF as my cycle not regular yet? 🤔

@juno321 @lucyrp I’ve ordered conceive plus now!

I guess I’m worried if I buy will use up all the digital tests too quickly. I bought some cheapies off eBay so I think once I’ve run out I might consider purchasing the digital ones as I tested positive on opk a few days before my AF came and the line was just as dark as the control line so I have no clue what’s going on there

@Noble89 yes cycle twins! Really sorry to hear about your molar pregnancy - sounds like your body has been through a lot so hopefully this is a sign it’s now gone back to normal! As I was on the pill I never bothered to track my cycle..
I’ve downloaded glow but the only input I’ve had is the mc period and the new period so it’s showing 6 weeks till my next cycle which may not be true! I have eBay cheapy opks to get me through this month and just logged into flow and my last period tracked was 1000days ago haha but did confirm my cycles were 30days long

Is femometer an app?

@lucyrp yeah I'm hoping the same, last pregnancy OH saw the early scan with heartbeat and then 3 weeks later had the scan with no heartbeat so don't want that to be his last memory 😔 also font think it matters if you change your name you'll just appear in the drop down as the new name 👌🏾 and your chart is all good, 1st half of the cycle is a bit more erratic I think but when you have the post ovulation temps it will become clearer, how are you finding SMEP?

@watermelonwizard I swear they should give me a referral fee for femometer I get everyone on it 😂

@Mococo1 I'll also be doing SMEP for the 2nd month, I found it made it much less stressful last month as I knew whatever happened I was covered. I actually have the preseed lube and used it last month but I've heard good things about conceive plus. Also on CD6 expecting to ovulate next week 👌🏾

@blodyn91 I'm impressed with your workouts, in lockdown I'm shocking just can't motivate myself at home. Pre-lockdown I would exercise upwards of 10hrs a week, now I'm impressed if I manage a walk 🙈

@Ltay2 will you keep testing? I think maybe it could go darker than that on your strips, but I guess you could've had a short surge aswell xx

@SmileyT I'm going to keep testing just to see what happens. I've definitely had lines darker than that in the past with this same batch of strips so unless it was a quick surge overnight and I missed it then I'm not sure. I know we can't try this month now anyway so it's not such a big deal other than me wanting to know more about my body!

@Mococo1 oooo I shall have a look! Fermometer is an app but they also sell BBT thermometers and OPKS to go with their app

@SmileyT I have been pregnant with OH before but never had a full term pregnancy with him so I guess it's similar.
Ooo okay I may change it 🙈 I ghink it's probably like that because it's the first few days of BBT so I guess it doesn't have a pattern to remember?
SMEP is working well we are trying every day instead of every other aswell so that's exciting 🙈

Quick update from me - been having tummy pains all day, had a slight panic that I thought I was ovulating super early. Turns out it was gas! First OPK done of cycle done; teeny tiny line phew!

@Ltay2 @lucyrp I've found the same thing on fermometer with the levels! I actually did an experiment and uploaded the same pic twice and the first time it read as a 65 and the second as a 45 so I don't necessarily think it's that accurate? Mine only ever get as dark as your darkest one you sent but I just take that as my surge!

We're trying SMEP this month too and will be trying preeseed! got a bit carried away and DTD today too even though it was supposed to be a day off! Do you think that will matter? I hope not! Xxx

I've just done another test (19.25) definitely showing a bit of a line again compared to this afternoon where it was nothing. Still can't get Fermometer to register anything other than 0 though I've tried taking it on various white backgrounds with different levels of light and nothing although can tell just by looking at it that the line is there. Going to continue testing tomorrow.

If nothing new happens tomorrow I'm just going to register yesterday as being my surge 🤷🏼‍♀️

@TTCgee god I hope not ?! DTD on a day off ? Me and OH have been doing it every day ?! Is that a bad thing ? 😱🙈

@Ltay2 I've attached here what mine always do! I always get a slightly darker line and then the surge I class as the other one which is the darkest it ever goes!

@lucyrp I'm hoping not! Just the last few months we've done the deed every day through fertile window and nothing so I thought if I did the SMEP and gave a break it might help replenish them! That might be total rubbish but I read it somewhere! Haha xx

Hi can I join I am new to this too.

So my partner and I have planned to try this year for awhile but held off while I did some research around Covid-19 and risk in pregnancy before we tried (my partner is a worrier) which I found helpful and eased his and my concerns.

This will be our first child, I am trying not to get too worked up, but then again I thought I was pregnant last week as my period was 3 days late and I am never late (26 days for the last 12 months) so did a test on all three days, so not doing the best at relaxing and not testing already.

I am now on day 1 of my period, so going to take things easy this month (well try too).

I am currently taking pregnacare which I have used for the last couple of months as recommended and will use Conceive plus lube too as have heard good things about it.

@TTCgee I think I'm better off not using the intelligent recognition thing on Fermometer and just going off what I can see. I know what I'm looking for and it's not really that difficult so I think the app is confusing things with readings 🙈

Yeah it's good to know your body better for when you do try, I use femometer as a place to store the information together I wouldn't worry if it says 10 or 40 it's more about looking for your darkest over a full cycle and then you know 👌🏾

@33Carr I noted last month I got gas a lot around ovulation so could also be a sign.

@lucyrp it's just your hormones are more erratic first half I think, straight after MC mine were really erratic but last month they were much clearer, but femometer picked up ovulation on both x

With SMEP I've gathered they say do eod as a lot of couples struggle to do more than that, and some men have performance issues, get stressed with the sex on demand. But if there is no sperm count issues then it slightly increases chances (think it's like 23% to 26%) doing it every day x

@SmileyT oh okay that makes sense, will be interesting to see how it changes over the cycle !

Yeah I completely understand that every couple is different but as long as its not a bad thing doing it every day then that's fine! I can't see how it would be but worry about everything at the moment! It would be harder refraining from doing it every day than doing it every day!

@Ltay2 I would say yeah just go off your own initiative maybe with these OPKs if you've had that happen and see how you get on maybe ?

On another note my flo is already telling me I'm going to ovulate today just because I put in I'd had a high LH test this morning, I have had some pains on my left side so may be nearing it !

@LittleRa sounds like ovulation spotting to me - def far too early for implantation spotting!

@Mococo1 just to add that femometer will log any strip opk, not just own brand.

Thanks @Juno231 well we’ve been doing SMEP and DTD yesterday and day before so fingers crossed, hoping to tonight as well but DP currently on a curiously race night Zoom call with his friends and is a few cans in 🙈 It’s literally the first drink he’s had since lockdown- typically ovulation day (well day after but still!)

I'm currently sat waiting on the sofa for OH to finish playing on the Xbox with his mates to DTD but can't say I'm feeling like it as the more he shouts about his game the more I feel like going to bed 😂

@lucyrp well if you two have the time and energy go for it as much as you like 😂 just make sure you put into flo that it's a negative test on the ovulation tests otherwise it might throw off your ovulation dates. Then put in positive when you get to static as CB flashing smily is still a neg ovulation test - hopefully you'll get your peak tomorrow 👌🏾

Our plan is to DTD everyday this week but altering mornings and nights 😂 make sure his swimmers are ready to go with a bit of extra rest.

@SmileyT I did not know that ? I though that the ⭕️ on CB was the same as the low, flashing was a high and static was a peak and on fermometer I can input that correctly but I guess on the Flo you can't do that can you 🙈I'm having such an off evening its terrible can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning feeling so much better.

@LittleRa I know right! So rude of them 😂😂 il have to start putting it on the calendar in the kitchen as N/A 😂
