@dizzy85 how did you get on this morning, really feel for you had absolute months of those faint lines etc so heart renching!

I have my scan in an hour... really nervous all of a sudden! Should be 11+3 by my calculation, today is private so my partner can come in and then I have my hospital one on Wednesday

@ArjaD @shelly10111 god knows what's going on, I had another positive Poundland strip today but negative frer, a few days ago I had a faint line on a frer and in between I've had negative frers and positive Poundland strips all from different boxes too it's driving me mad! Like I said we wasn't actually trying but I just feel pregnant which is why I tested in the first place and then having the faint frer I thought it's got to be but now I have no idea. Usually I'd get lines on the frers then the Poundland strips take longer to show. It's either cruel faulty tests or some kind of chemical. I'm thinking to try another brand tomorrow but I don't know which, do you have any recommendations?

@ArjaD I really can't imagine how stressed you must feel it's hard enough ttc let alone having to think of that i really feel for you, will you get the results straight away on Monday? Sending you lots of good vibes and hugs ❤️

@dizzy85 I'd say if it's there hun the frer should pick it up quite soon, the strips can leave bad indents :/ maybe test again tomorrow it could be super early xx

Hi ladies all is well, almost certain it's a boy do OH is one planet moon atm he was so emotional, I'm measuring a week ahead which is crazy but we'll see what hospital measurements say I guess :)

@dizzy85 any idea how many dpo you may be? Hate all these conflicting tests, but it's so hard not to do any.
No on monday it's just a consultation where they will offer me Tests, but then I'll need to go in some other day for those tests, and then another few days or so to get results. So it will be a few horrible weeks at the very least 😔

Thanks @dizzy85 well ... we didn't want to know and she said she had an inkling so we were intrigued but wish we weren't now as obviously it's so early you can be sure, so now thinking we need to do a 16 week one 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ xx

@ArjaD I'm not sure how many DPO I'd be as I wasn't testing but just from my phone app it says I'd be about 12 but that's just the app, I started to get lines from "9dpo". So I've just done some more and I've got a very faint line on the frer and a definite pink line on the Poundland strip which has been getting darker each day, I can't understand how the Poundland ones could pick it up before the frers I've never heard of that before. I don't think they are evap lines the frers def got pink to it and the other def darker I'm so confused as frer was negative yesterday 🤷‍♀️ I think I'll call my dr tomorrow and ask for blood tests otherwise I'm gonna drive myself mad!
Im sorry you've got to go through all that, is your hubby home with you? Hopefully they will get everything done quick coz they must know how stressed you must be. We're always here if you need to let it all out ❤️xxx

@dizzy85 thank you xx I don't want to worry the family so it feels good to be able to talk about it on here with you ladies. Hubby is coming home early tomorrow, so he can watch our wee boy while I go speak to the Cosultant at the hospital. We don't want the family to know so the two of us are just doing what we can between us.

@dizzy85 also, I think you're right asking for a blood test, that sounds very strange 😳 sometimes I wish they just did pregnancy tests at the gp rather than having invented the home ones.... So confusing huh!

@dizzy85 I got more positives on poundland strips than the frer with this baby, without giving you too much hope, the frer was barely there xxx

Well as for me it's looking like another early loss, the faint lines on the frers weren't there today and the strip tests line was lighter and I started spotting, af is due tomorrow so I'm guessing that's just what's gonna happen 😞

@dizzy85 aw I hope not for you but we're all here for you too xxxxx why is all this so hard, you'd think it's the most straightforward human thing 😔
I had my consultation tomorrow, they managed to still fit me in for a cvs test tomorrow but I have to go to Glasgow for it. Not looking fwd to it all as they will need to take a biopsy of the placenta with a large needle... But it means we will know ASAP, hopefully get the results by Thursday. Hubby still can't come in with me, it all sucks so much.

Hi girls! How are you all doing?
We're back home and have to self isolate for 14 days!
Next cycle, on days 5-10 i have to get this new test done. And tomorrow we have an online consultation with an embryologist who is going to coach us and tell us the best options we have.
Here in the UK we are still waiting for DR to call to book hubs appointment for sperm test 🙄 they just don't care!
Anyway...

I had my cvs test this morning and I can honestly say it was horrible. No pain reluf and a needle inserted all the way to the back of the uterus to get a sample of the placenta. I won't sleep tonight, that's for sure. It was so terrible. Three days or so till we get the results too. And every twinge now makes me jump as i keep thinking something is wrong. Aside from feeling impaled and sore still. 😔

@ArjaD yes! Thank god.. i never thought the NHS was so useless 😞
I can't believe you didn't get any pain relief or anything!!!! Just the thought of the needle oh no.. i hope you feel much better today and your night wasn't too bad. One day less to know something.
Have you thought of having a private test too? As i read someone mentioned about getting false results...
after reading all you girls with your NHS experiences i just don't trust it any more... 😥

@Sungirl11, well once we have the test result we'll see where we go from there. I don't think I could go through anything like that again, it was traumatising. But we'll see what they say, I'm so worried about the results.

@ArjaD hope everything comes back ok for you.
There is the harmony test you can have done it's not invasive and gives you a definite answer regarding any issues or problems but they are £500. I suppose it's an option if needed but hopefully you will be ok x

I thought of a test like @Dipsy77 has mentioned... not anything harmful for you.
Try to keep yourself distracted as much as possible, i know it's vey easy to say but i wish i could take you out myself to keep you away from thoughts and terrible feelings.

@dipsy77 never heard of it, I guess I just went with the fastest option the NHS has... Let's hope it's not bad news. Will be bricking it till I know.
@Sungirl11 aw thank you ❤️❤️❤️ trying my best to distract myself and having a toddler does help. Thank God hubby is home as I'm not allowed to do much for the next few days. Trying to keep telling myself 1 in 10 means there is still a 90% chance baby is OK.

Hi ladies, just wanted to let you all know we got really bad news today after the cvs test. Baby won't make it. We are absolutely broken.

@ArjaD I'm so sorry I'm so devastated for you, sending hugs to you and hubby I can't imagine how you must feel. @Sungirl11 I'm sorry to hear about your test results, understandably you must be really upset.
@shelly10111 its lovely to see you are doing well, nice to have some good news. @dizzy85 just caught up on your situation I can't believe again this is happening. They better now do something for you.
So much heartbreak on our chat to come back to.
An update on me... cycles just seems to get longer last month I got a peak on cd22 and this month I haven't bothered charting or checking. Ive booked in for blood tests and asked hubby to give a sample to be checked too and we've argued all week about it because he doesn't want to do it. I said I'd even take the pot in there instead of him having to as they send you the sample pot due to covid. Not like he has to sit in the little room and provide a sample! No point in me checking my bits without him doing his too. Will be a year next month. I know it's not long for some people but I just want some peace of mind. So over all this.
