@ArjaD so sorry that I've only just seen this, I am unbelievably sorry. Stupid to ask how you are, but how are you both coping? Have you had support from midwife etc ? Absolutely devastated for you.

Hope everyone is well ladies, looking forward to seeing some bfps, I shouldn't really be on this thread anymore but haven't found another thread as nice as you lot ;) xxxxx

little update with me, I still havent had my period! Now 65 days late, called the doctors this morning waiting for a call back this afternoon.

Hope everyone is as ok as possible.
We have been put on a bit of a diet to help improve the quality of hubs sperm 🙈 will see if it works if not then we go straight on to fertility treatment. That is it on our side for now.

@Bbutterfly sorry we've just been taking some time away from things, trying to come to terms with it all. It's not easy but we're getting there. The big question now is whether we want to try again or not. It's all been horrible.

Morning @ArjaD for now just do nothing, don't put any added pressure on yourselves by making any decisions about trying again etc. Totally understand about taking time out I do that a lot and nothing like that has ever happened to me so I can't imagine don't apologise.

Hi ladies, sorry I went quiet again, I ended up having another early loss.

Anyway I've just read back through and omg @ArjaD I can't believe it I'm so very sorry for what has happened, my heart goes out for you and your family it's truly awful❤️ if you ever need anything or anyone to talk to I'm here. Why is life so cruel sometimes it's really not fair 😢 sending you all the love and hope you start to feel better in time xxxx

@dizzy85 what happens to you is just soo strange! Have you checked your uterus? The test i'm having this month is to check fallopian tubes are not blocked but it's also to check that uterus is sticky and ok.. (not a Dr so just saying out of veeeery general knowledge of this test).
@ArjaD now you have to get well and go through these sad times life has put you both through. But don't think about not trying again... you were very excited about having another baby and i'm sure you will have a beautiful rainbow baby in the near future to keep you all entertained and happy again. It's an awful situation and unfortunately a lot of women go through it... i have three friends and i never thought it was so common... the three of them are pregnant again ♥️ and full of joy. So try and stay positive and you will see how you will be blessed and full of joy again xx♥️♥️

@Bbutterfly it's actualy nothing out of this world! Literally she cut on fast food and ready meals (which during lockdown we have eaten a lot 🙈), drinking more water... avoiding red meat and fish with heavy metals (not sure that translation is correct).
A lot of fruit and veg in all colours.
I follow an insta acc of two spanish ladies who cook healthy food.. so i do their recipes which are delicious! (Fit happy sisters, in Spanish but if you want to give it a try haha)
I also have started taking BBT as she said this is the safest way to know when you ovulate (rather than the sticks).
It's basically that. Which we have done really well for two weeks, i have lost 1.8kg of pure fat haha So happy in both ways as we are eating healthy and also loosing that extra weight. Xx

@ArjaD thankyou ❤️ I do wonder that every single time, it's such hard work. It really does take it out of you and make you question if you should just give up, but then I always seem to get back to that place where I'm ready again, and I get the excitement back which I'm glad for coz after 4 I'm glad it's not put me off. I just stay hopeful that it will happen when it's supposed to. Stay strong xxx

@Sungirl11 I am still waiting on the first appointment to see anyone it's honestly taking forever! I might call them today and see if there's any updates. Glad your feeling nice and positive, that's good your eating healthy and lost weight, I've actually thrown myself into the same kind of thing, I've been trying to eat as healthy and whole as possible and I've been cycling too, I've lost 11 pounds in 8 weeks and feel really good about it. We've put trying on hold again until we get some tests, so in the mean time I'm just gonna try to lose as much weight and get as healthy as I can. I actually have a Spanish chicken recipe on my meal plan this week I might look at that Instagram thing as I love getting new ideas 😁 I hope the new ways work out good for you xxx

Hi ladies sorry I've not been around much after that test 2 months ago it really messed with my head so needed a break from TTC as was finding it all a bit much

I'm currently on CD29 and came on last cycle on CD26 so I have no idea what's going on with my cycles I plan on calling the doctors next week just to get it checked out

I'm waiting until tomorrow CD30 before I test as I haven't ever had a longer cycle that 30 days but I'm pretty certain I will come on got all the usual AF symptoms and cervix feels hard and quite low and slightly open so
I'm now holding out hope but will be back TTC next cycle so just want this out the way now

@Donnat89 it's all such a rollercoaster, no two of us seem to be going through the exact same thing. It's all so strange. Hope it works out for you. I'm waiting on getting a bit of an understanding of my cycle again as I've finally stopped bleeding after two weeks. Still not sure whether we'll try again though, and time isn't much on our side so it's stressful.

@ArjaD it is a roller coaster hun , I really do feel for you it's horrible what your going through and just leaves you feeling broken I remember the feeling all too well .

All you can do is look after you and then see how you feel xxx

I got my af yesterday so another month out (even thought i knew it was practically impossible... 🤦🏻‍♀️) but hopes are still there every time. Aw well!
And my test is postponed to next month due to covid in Spain getting bad where i'm from.. so a big bag of patience i just ordered on amazon.. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Hi ladies this thread has been very quiet hope you are all coping and doing OK - really excited to see some BFPS soon and have everything crossed!

I'm still not at work as no children in schools so looks like September :( missing it all now, currently 15 weeks and we find out gender on Sunday xxx

No AF still here for me although feel her coming did test this morning and as expected BFN so literally just got to wait for AF to arrive this is CD30 for me now I just want to move on from this cycle

@Sungirl11 sorry AF arrived and your apt had been delayed that's so annoying !

@Donnat89 oh new month new cycle!! Fingers crossed !! Yes I am now, the private scans have been amazing, obviously the sickness wears off at 12 weeks and I've been left just feeling totally not pregnant, I only have a small bump so it's so reassuring to see little one as I just don't feel pregnant at all! Xx

Yes new cycle when AF arrives so want her to hurry up now !
