@ArjaD I am staying in Spain with mom for xmas, she can't be alone as she can't take care of herself so I have to stay. Hubs will spend xmas alone :(
I'm so sorry you feel like that and I completely understand, it's such a tough time. I hope you stay really strong and absorbe all that energy your little one has. ♥️♥️
Hope your mom makes it into the UK too. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Hey how's everyone getting on? Hope your all good. I just took a Poundland strip test and there is a faint line 😬 I thought my period wasn't due for a week but just checked my calendar says 5 days so I'm thinking shall I go and get a frer. Trying not to get too excited for obvious reasons and we only dtd once in my fertile week coz OH had sore balls bless him, so wasn't expecting much but just tested like you do to check. 😬😬😬

Well I did a frer 2 hours later and it was negative, to be fair I know I shouldn't have bothered doing it then but you know what it's like. So I'll just try another in the morning and see. Let the madness commence 🤣🤪

@dizzy85 oh I think we all feel you 😂 I have no clue still when hubby will be home but it may be May or June now. Uggghhhh stressing.

@ArjaD ahh that must be so hard I dunno how you do it! He needs to get a new job so he can be home more that's what I'd tell him😄

We are actually considering checking with a fertility clinic if they would freeze his sperm for insemination for me. That way if we don't get pregnant when he's home I can go for insemination when he's away. Just conscious of the fact that I'll be 38 in August...

@ArjaD aw absolutely🥰 and I bet it makes your time together feel so much more special aswell.
That's a good idea about freezing the sperm, that did come to mind when I was thinking how hard it must be with the time he's away, I think I would do the same, at least that way you have more chances.

@dizzy85 have you done another test? How are you keeping anyway?

@ArjaD it was a negative this morning so I'm guessing it was an evap line 🙄 bloody things drive you crazy!
I'm doing ok thankyou, I'm working a few hours a day so that's something, but fed up with all the lockdowns just want to go visit my family and friends, like everyone does. How are you keeping? How's your little one?

@dizzy85 those evaps are the worst, I have had plenty of em, uggghh! Aw glad you can still do some work. I still have to keep my massage business shut, it sucks so much. The wee guy is OK, just hate that he's missing out on nursery. He's not the most social so it always used to do him the world of good to be amongst other kids.

@ArjaD they are the worst! Oh that must be so rubbish not being able to open I really hope this ends soon. Poor little guy, hopefully it won't be long and he can get back there. Are you in Scotland? The nursery's here in England are still open which I find strange as all the schools are shut. Tbf none of it's made sense all along really.
I had a weird thing this evening, I was cooking and felt a weird gush sorry tmi, so went to the toilet and it was a gush of blood so thought period come early but then nothing since🤷‍♀️ I'm not thinking anything pregnancy related but I just found it unusual so thought I'd share lol. Our bodies do like to test us that's for sure!

@dizzy85 yes I'm in Scotland, they just extended our lockdown till mid Feb too. I guess all we can do is wait...
That sounds odd, was it lots of blood? I tend to get some blood first day of fertile week, I think (disgusting) I always have a bit of old period blood that comes away when the cervix opens again.

@dizzy85 i just love it how you don't loose hope! How positive is that? I feel you are one of those that never ever gives up! And it's soo good! 🔝🔝🔝🔝

@ArjaD i think it has to be hard to be away from hubs for soo long, the sperm freeze is a good idea as he is away for really long 🙈 I would ask see what a clinic suggests.

On my side it has been a sad week... on the 9th hubs arrived to Spain (he drove down with the dogs) as he was going insane on his own in the UK and with our big boy sick... a week after, last Saturday, our furry baby left us😞 we tried everything possible but didn't manage to stop the infection he had... we are so so sad...
We are now at my moms, who is also quite poorly, taking care of her and recovering together from our loss.
We will start again IVF treatment when we are back to the UK (March/April) if nothing goes wrong.

@ArjaD I think it's looking like our lockdown will be extended too😕
The blood was really strange it was about 6drops of bright red then I've had nothing since, my period is due today but nothing yet and I've done tests everyday driving myself crazy. I keep thinking I can see faint lines on the Poundland strips but now I've decided they are just evaps as I had 3 frers and not a hint of a line. I usually have regular spotting each month before too but that's normally really light when I wipe but that's not happened yet. Another mystery 🙃 I'm sure I'll just keep testing until I have an answer. Hope your ok xxx
