TTC after miscarriage - May 2020

I'm CD1 of cycle 2 TTC #1 so thought I'd start a new thread for anybody in the same situation who didn't get their April BFP.

I had a MMC found on a scan at 9.5weeks after seeing HB at 7 weeks 🙁 I had SMM on the 19th March but no luck in my first month and AF got me today. Normal cycles are 28days so I hope to be testing around the 20th May. This month I will be tracking ovulation using CB connected and trying out Preseed for the first time hoping this helps towards my 🌈 but tonight I'll just be having a G&T 💁🏾‍♀️

@Lollipop93 Congratulations!! What wonderful news! You sound like me with the 3 tests haha😂 last pregnancy, I couldn't believe that it was positive, I kept doing tests every other day for a week😂

Haha, I will be the same if I get a positive. Trying all different brands 😂 xx

I've a feeling AF may be due early for me too, any symptoms I thought I had are no longer there and I just feel like any symptoms I thought I had have disappeared and the tell tale cramps have arrived x

Hi ladies sorry I haven't been around much I've had a lot of family stuff going on so literally haven't had time to even breath only dawned on me that I was like 4DPO or something in not even sure OPKS went out the window with everything going on so I'm just playing the waiting game and highly doubt this month is my month !

Ladies, I'm feeling pretty shitty today 🙁 a family member who found out she was pregnant at the same that I did, just posted her news on social media today on Mother's Day. Our babies would have been born around the same date. I knew about her pregnancy so this isn't a shock to me, but when I saw the photo of their ultrasound scan, that just sliced through me like a knife 😫 I'm thrilled for them, but this is just killing me that I'm on day 5 of my period when I should have also been announcing my news to everyone😢

My post doesn't make sense but I think you get the idea lol x

@Rainbowhope11 really sorry you're having a bad day. That must have been so horrible to see even if you were expecting an announcement at some point. Just have to think that you will have another go at trying again for your rainbow baby and it won't be long until you too can have that joy. Sending you lots of hugs xxx

I'm going to test Wednesday if I get there before AF shows up I'm just not feeling it though and usually I have a niggle both times now I have had and I was right I hate this wait it's soul destroying wish I was drinking I'd have a large one lol x

Yes it does only take once so not completely out as did manage DTD a few times so we will see !

I'm not stressing at the moment just relaxing and seeing what happens xxx

@Rainbowhope11 have a little cry (or a big cry) let yourself feel sad and then tomorrow is a new day and although you might still feel sad hopefully you feel a little better 😘 maybe you can have a little pamper day/evening tomorrow? X

I had a miscarriage on Wednesday, at 4.5 weeks. Im 33 and it was our first pregnancy, after trying for a couple of months. No idea how... im guessing from maybe because i had a fever from coronavirus shortly after last months ovulation.

I was absolutely gutted, which has just been made worse just finding out some of our friends have announced their pregnancy!!😭

So my miscarriage bleeding lasted less than 4 days (ended yesterday) and i am usually regular at 28 days. My question is... is it likely I will ovulate this month, and if so, is it likely or possible we could get pregnant again this month?.. xx

@mrsblue1986 hi hun of course welcome to the thread xx so so sorry for your loss and to hear you had the virus xx I got to 11 weeks had a scan and saw a tiny little bean which was about the size of 9 weeks as its heart stopped around then xx we can never normally know why it happens but told a lot by professionals its because something was wrong and it's nothing we can have done about it ourselves xxxx it's very raw for you as soon recent and it's tough xxx we all know how you're feeling xx sending hugs xxx you deffo can ovulate 2 weeks after MC and some ladies do get pregnant again straight away so it can happen . Focusing on trying again is what a lot us wanted to do to help with the pain and feel productive xxx be kind to yourself and sending you lots of luck for trying again xxxxxx

I dont know if im going crazy, but today is 5 days since my miscarriage, after stopping bleeding on Friday - but TODAY i have noticed wet CM. Not sure if this is normal so soon? I normally get this a good week after a period. Surely im supposed to be dry now!?

Anyone else notice this!?!? Xx

@mrsblue1986 I found out end of February and had to have surgery 3rd march to have everything removed. So I'm currently in my 2nd proper cycle since the MC. Not including the couple of weeks after MC , I was tracking to see if I ovulated using the clear blue test kits but never got a peak. I think I still had the HCG hormone in my body 2 to 3 weeks after the surgery so messed up trying to track ovulation . The EPU told me to do a preg test to check the hcg hormone had gone as it can take 2 to 3 weeks to go back to normal. It took just over 2 weeks for the pg hormones to go down for me and get a negative test . Xx
You never know tbh everyone is different and our bodies are weird so DTD and you never know could get lucky 🤞🌈 fingers crossed for you xxx

@VP91 cycle buddies this month... im waiting for my static but iv had 3 circles so far 🙄 but my cheapies are getting strong now x

Welcome @MrsBlue1986 and so sorry for your loss. My CM is a little sporadic so can't really advise you on that but it took me over 2 weeks to get a negative hpt (which is good to confirm so you know it's a new pg esp if testing early). As you were 4.5week your period would've only been delayed by a few days hopefully your cycle will return to normal straight away ❤️ 🌈 ❤️

Oh @Hayleylou89 they are! My test line never goes that dark! You still on blank circle? Hopefully you get your smiley over the next day or so. Are you DTD? Xx

Look like I'm out I have cramps this morning and I've started spotting which is exactly what happened last cycle really wanted it to be this month as DP has really done his back in so will be a real struggle ttc next few months x
