@DisneyMummySince2010 I started proceive max the last cycle before I conceived and started again post MC and started hubby on the men version much to his protest! I said if I’ve to take them he does too as us women have a lot of heavy lifting in this dept so that’s the least he could do..he hasn’t protested since!!

@Whiffle77 aw sorry to hear that. I also found first AF a bit emotional as kept thinking it shouldn’t have been there for months had everything gone right. But it is a bit of a reset so best to see it that way!!

I recently had a MC 21/02/2020 and we are now trying again, my HCG levels dropped quickly to 3.5 on the 24/02 the bleeding stopped 25/02 so hopefully my body has done well coping with what has happened.

Hi all, so I've gone from the Jan to the Feb and now here
AF arrived yesterday.
Also at work theres 2 pg girls the same gestation I would have been and its killing me listening to their chats. I'm truly happy for them but its so hard
Think I might have a month off. Or at least not be so obsessed. Its killing me.
I have my recurrent mc appointment at the end of April, so maybe I will find out why then.

@SweetpeaOrMarigold Really sorry AF has arrived 😫 dont have a month off just try to keep calm, i was really relaxed last month (fed up if stressing) no OPK's, no symptom spotting and just dtd as much and often as i wanted, i was caught but sadly ended up in a MC.

Im doing the same again for the forseeable, just trying to stay positive 🤞 x

@Anny27 Hope you're okay today hun. Can't believe that chemicals are a thing, it's just so cruel.
Haha - I managed not to test early because AF showed up a lot earlier than I thought she would!! So I didn't get a chance haha! I did do one test which I KNEW would be negative at 10dpo cos I did it in the evening but I just couldn't help myself . I just didn't feel pregnant at all last cycle (compared with Jan when I had convinced myself I was) and because I'd had BV around ovulation time, so I kind of expected AF and wasn't as disheartened as I was the first month. Can't believe I'm on cycle 3 already though, genuinely thought I'd catch again straight away! (how naive!) xxx

@SweetpeaOrMarigold so sorry AF arrived lovely. This whole process is killing me too, so much so that I'm now seeing a private therapist because the waiting list for the NHS mental health services is too long. Just hope you're okay and know that you're not alone xxxxx

@Anny27 so sorry to hear your news :( I'm going to test early this month even though I know it can be heartbreaking... I just don't want to wait an extra 4 days to see if af shows up - month 6 ttc after mc and I just can't handle this wait... if it makes you feel better about testing early (which is perfectly understandable thing to do!) I did something REALLY dumb 3 months after the mc. I didn't have any tests in the house and I thought I'd read somewhere online that you could use an ov test as a pregnancy test? So I did that, BUT I hadn't done an ov strip in so long I forgot the line has to be dark! So I did the ov strip and got a faint line and thought that meant I was pregnant. I went around for about 12 hours thinking I was pregnant until I got my hands on a real test which was negative, after which I googled the ov strip thing and you CANT use it as a pregnancy test! I felt like such an idiot but even though it wasn't real I was heartbroken!

Just jumping in here as I had a miscarriage in October 2019, that pregnancy was conceived first month of TTC but since then I've not gotten close to a BFP

I was right and AF is here. That makes it a 29 day cycle with MC as day 1, which is odd as i thought it would be end of next week - I might have got when I ovulated wrong, despite doing 50000 opks. Giving me quite hideous flashbacks to MC as well which I hadn't considered, bought lots of chocolate in for tonight and might even have a Monday wine...
Hoped I would catch straight away, and we put our all into it - so much dtd, acupuncture, concieve plus, vitamins, less caffeine, less alcohol...cant wait to heap the pressure on myself again this cycle.

Sorry that was a very self involved message hopefully once I've got the first day of AF out the way I will be less of a grump!

AF arrived for me today. I knew from temps yesterday that it wasn’t my month but still so so sad. Somehow manage to convince myself every month that it’s happening.
Facing into cycle 5 trying (cycle 6 after Mc) and finding it so hard to believe I’m still stuck in this limbo.
@SweetpeaOrMarigold I know what you mean about obsessing, I spend so much time thinking about it, but don’t know how I would make myself stop. It’ll always be there in the back of my mind. Anyway sorry af got you too.

It is so so faint what I can see but not sure on it.

@Sparkl I'm in month 6 too and I feel you, I feel like I've just been suspended in the same horrible feeling for months and going nowhere.. it's hard to stay positive when it's not happening. For me it took 16 months the first time so I shouldn't be shocked but after being pg I just want it again so badly : when are you due af? I'm on Monday now, fingers crossed for us both xx

@EssJayyCee I see something but I'm not familiar with those tests that look like ov strips but I do see a line!

I can see it on the third pic @EssJayyCee 🤞 and it looks pinkish too so hopefully not an evap line! How exciting 💕 how many dpo are you?

Hi everyone, can I pls join here too? MMC on 7th Feb. Finally got what looked to be two postive OPKs. Surge was much shorter than normal though and late. Keen to get pregnant with no.2 asap. Just in the TWW now. Wishing everyone waiting luck x
