Tracking your cycle and possible bfp with rhr on Fitbit.

I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

This is my rhr for the last week/month. When is af gonna show?! Will test again tomorrow and if this preg isn’t viable I’m praying for a bfn !! Xx

@Mrsi2020 I don’t think we will 😩 I have two children and would love a third but I don’t think DH is 100 percent sure. It’s been a strange one for me today. Cramps aren’t as bad and I’ve had some very light brown/pink streaked cm which is not the norm for me. Only on wiping aswell. I still think AF is right around the corner tho.

I have everything crossed for you!!!! I so hope your line gives you the answers tomorrow and I hope it’s a nice strong line. Must be so tough atm for you. I can’t help with the chart because I still have no idea what it all means. Are you having any symptoms?

thanks! I just wanna know now. I’m a bit crampy this evening but no pregnancy symptoms. It’s hard, preg symptoms and af symptoms are so close! I don’t feel preg tho. I have 2 kids aswell, dh also has a child from a previous relationship. This would be our first together xxx

@Mrsi2020 I’m fully expecting full on AF in the next 24 hours 😩. Just so out of the ordinary with the cm. I’m clinging on to hope but I know that’s stupid.

Yes I bet you do, one way or the other. How do you usually feel with AF? The lines look to of definitely got stronger tho? Yes they’re basically the same aren’t they which doesn’t help at all 😩.

Still got a bfp on frer but digi now saying not preg. So patiently awaiting af too. 🙄 xxx

My RHR dropped by two overnight. No more spotting tho. Only happened a few times on wiping yesterday.

It changed its mind and went back to 63 after being awake for a little while. Hope everyone is doing ok. Especially @Mrsi2020. No more spotting for me today. Still having cramps and nausea. Also temp is a bit raised. Felt hot and it was 37.4. According to Flo my AF is due in 4 days!

I've attached my chart. Am CD8 but rhr has really spiked already. The last three cycles have been less obvious and I've ovulated from the right ovary on CD16. Pretty sure I haven't had a spike like this since I ovulated from my left side, which happens to be CD13. It climbed to 72 back then! But yeah it's making me wonder if it'll be the left ovary's turn again :)

@Juno231 yes AF is here now. I am gutted 😩. Wow that’s really interesting, yes I’m intrigued aswell. Our cycles seem to really show on the RHR. I’m really hoping this is the lucky cycle for you. Just wanted to say a big thank you for your advice and support.

Dug up the last cycle where I ovulated on CD13 at 72 bpm and I was on 65 RHR with a similar climb on CD8 so will be cool to compare the rest of the cycle!

Thank you @Juno231 I have had a good cry. We are going to chat about TTC hopefully sometime next year. I’m going to continue trying to track my cycle via Fitbit.

Very similar so far. Wonder if you are right and it is indeed going to come from the left! I will continue to follow the thread and hopefully see some BFP news!

My HR is still rising compare with April and May it’s quite odd.

My rhr is just aiming for the sky at this point! Almost tempted to test even though I know full well I'm on CD9 😅

I’m really confused and don’t know what is going on as I said previously my partner didn’t complete the task once this month.
Maybe I’m coming down with something or stressed.

@Kona84 have your RHR patterns been consistently the same all your other cycles?
It's odd that this one seems so different for you!
I think sometimes RHR patterns are a bit unreliable. Mine is usually like yours is this cycle - going up immediately after Ov and peaking, coming down around when AF starts. This cycle mine is like your previous ones have been! 🤨 Maybe the changes are stress related.. I've been super stressed and actually unwell for the last four days so maybe that has some merit.

I've been thinking watching this group with fascination. I have a Garmin watch and I think my resting HR looks to be going up. Does this look promising at 11DPO? I'm waiting for some ICs to arrive so I can test with some saved FMU. Thank you 😊

@fran2020 that's one heck of a jump for 11DPO! Unless you've been boozing yday I'd say that looks really promising. Fingers crossed for you and let us know what the test says!

@fran2020 it's so hard to tell with RHR but I'm reading it as a good sign for you 🤩
Mine shot up 2bpm today too (probably about 10/11dpo) and it's got me excited...soooo tempted to test when I get home from work but I'm trying to hold off til Thursday 🤣
If your ICs turn up I might end up joining you testing today haha! I've got more FRERS arriving Thursday/Friday so I'll maybe use my spare one.

@Juno231 Nope, no boozing at all! Feels promising! Thanks, the ICs were supposed to be here today or yesterday but annoyingly haven't arrived! 😩 Apparently they are coming by Royal Mail and that's been now. I'm trying to be patient but it's hard!
