@BFP2020 hopefully she will put your mind at ease and it wont be an issue. Have you more than 1 IUI through insurance? If not I would wait until after lap and dye so you know any issues there can be dealt with and it has more chance of success. If they will cover you for more than 1 then you have nothing to lose by going for it? That would be my take. But hopefully it wont come to that. I am dying for lap and due to just come. I am hoping it will solve all my problems! Have you a number for the booking secretary? I rang her a few times and last time I rang to "tell her I was away" (I.e. remind her I existed!) incase she scheduled it for that week coz I was meant to be in February and she gave me date there and then. Not til 11th March though coz of all the surgeries that had to be cancelled in January with the flu. They are still dealing with backlog she said.

@ellsbells112 yeah I've had a faint 2nd line for like a week now wtf. Not even a sniff of it getting any darker. Last month it went from faint line about CD12 to full on peak gradually by CD15. I didn't even get a 2nd line at all until CD12. So confused. I had really bad ovary pain yesterday but been doing OPKs twice a day so won't have missed it her surely??

@Beau2020x that's so odd! I don't know what to make of it!? Hmm 🤔 if you don't get a surge though maybe it's a anovulatory cycle? OR because you had a cp last cycle perhaps you will ovulate later?
Unfortunately it's one of those things that you have to wait out x

@Beau2020x ffs that is absolutely hilarious. Good job we all have a sense of humour during the trials and tribulations of TTC!!

I work for a travel company and been offered a 3 week trip to Argentina in April all expenses paid. Will have to do a lot of meeting suppliers and inspecting hotels but it will be mainly experiencing the hotels and trips and excursions that our clients would. Exciting but I'm worried about the whole TTC as if I am pregnant it will be exhausting and small chance of zika?? But if I am not pregnant that is another month of not conceiving and being away from OH during FW. But also... will be annoyed if I miss out too. Gahhh decisions!!!!!

Oh @symptomspotter86 that sounds fab! Would trips like that come up often? I say go! Cant be putting our lives on hold! But I do LOVE travel so I will always say go!

@waitingonthepositive usually about once every 18 months, so not that often! Love travelling too, hence my job. It's a hard decision. OH just says "you decide" and gives no advice. So annoying as this affects him too.

I am ttc baby 4, hasnt gone as expected so far. I have 3 boys @Mumofboys17 and I'm originally from Ireland @BFP2020 and I know the clinic you are attending! He's good. I am pretty far over seas now though. Sorry if I've skipped a load of other people but the chat is vast on this one. I'm 1DPO now and tbh I feel a bit relieved that the pressure is off for this month, I can sit back and wait and see how it pans out. I'm in my 4th month of ttc and as the first three were crap I decided to hit up my old friend Agnus Castus which worked so well last time, and so I'm taking whopping doses of that. Fingers crossed eh!

Firstly @BFP2020 don’t worry too much about morphology mine dp is 3 and a one off semen Test can be out at times, we still only took around 6 months in the end so didn’t make much difference as long as everything else norm :)

@Ellsbells112 so do you think you’ve ovulated? Keeping it all crossed!!! 😘

So had midwife check, took looooadddss of blood 😞
Went over a million questions and decided on where I’m going to have birth but they kept trying to make me have a home birth, Christ that would stress me out 😂
Should get a letter for scan in next 2/3 weeks :) partner and I had a massive row and he went to his sisters after I explained he was being off, since then we’ve sorted it and told his parents so feeling much better and hoping we will be okay ♥️

Ttc is so stressful and when you finally get there you think that all worries will be gone but then there’s more anxiety around the corner!

@Sunflower2019 bless you. Totally right though. After we'd tried for so long the first time once it actually happened I completely freaked out and panicked I'd ruined our lives forever! And I SO desperately wanted my baby!!
My friend at work had a home birth for her last -and 4th! -baby. She said it was amazing, but it's really got to be your choice, do whatever you're comfortable with. I'd love to have a home birth but we had complications with DS and I'm terrible at dealing with pain 😂😂 I didn't have an epidural last time and I am DEFFO getting one this time!!!! so I'll be in hospital drugged up to the eyeballs thank you very much!! 😂😂😂

@Symptomspotter86 I agree with others here, absolutely do not put your life on hold. If you get a BFP it may mean you need to make a few changes as needed along the way but you cannot stop living life!
I'd go for it! ❤️

@Symptomspotter86 I'd 100% go, the best thing we can all do is not plan for being pregnant I think 😬 I think the Zika thing is really really slim, my OHs family are Brazilian and they have all had hundreds of babies over the last few years and no issues what do all with Zika. In fact they don't even know a single person that caught it.

@Sunflower2019 glad you managed to sort everything with your OH even if it got worse before it got better. Hope everything is a smith ride from here on 😘

Speaking of planning to not be pregnant, we currently only have one car (as we work together) and due to OH getting a company car we are selling the Mercedes and downgrading to a smaller cheaper one for me (fucking yay). I only drive 10 mins to work and back and there's no point keeping the expensive car. AND GIRLS I am seriously considering buying a 3 door car just to try and trick my brain etc etc. I'm a fecking lunatic!

Just realised I sounded like a right up my arse cock there with the Mercedes 😂😂😂 I'm not rich honestly we had have one nice car because we share it 😂

@Symptomspotter86 definately go, I'm on the same boat, been offered to go to Oslo for 3 weeks in May which made me think oh no because if I'm not pregnant that's another month gone, but then thought I can't let this stop me from living! TTC is hard enough, don't let it stop you doing the things you love 😘

@Sunflower2019 sorry you're having a tough ride. Your dp will feel differently once he sees the scan. My DH is the most supportive guy on the planet wants a huge family etc but I don't think any pregnancy has seemed 'real' to him until he sees that little heartbeat ♥️
My ds2 was born after a short labour & we live very rurally so the midwife who did my home visit says I should prepare for a home birth if I have any more 😱😂 I actually quite fancy it but both my boys have been back to back so not sure I'd risk it! Getting a bit ahead of myself lol ;)

@Symptomspotter86 absolutely sign up for the trip. Nothing encourages a bfp more than bad timing 😂

@Beau2020x I booked flights last year thinking that would encourage a badly timed pregnancy - the things we do 😂

@Beau2020x haha we had a car situation too before DS was born. I had a Mini Cooper S and I LOVED that car. Me being stubborn I point-blanc refused to get rid of it when I found out I was pregnant, but once DS arrived it became very apparent I needed a 5 door 😅 I have a bigger car now and have never looked back!!
We share cars too, DH has a work van though AND his own car. But DH prefers to use mine on days off 🙄 men!

@Beau2020x I'm laughing so much at that pee thing. Hope your pooch didnt get a golden shower.

@Sunflower2019 Home birth?! I can't imagine that. Id be surrounded by cats screeching "oh em gross, what are you doing". Hope DP shapes up soon

@Sunflower2019 hey girl, it wasn't me about the ovulation it was beau2020, my af just showed up Sunday so no where near! Going doctors tomorrow to ask for sperm test.

Aww a home birth would be lovely, I always wanted a water birth but I'm. High risk as I had a c section prior, they'll want to do a c section again. Xx

@Sunflower2019 hi there! Glad everything is going well x sorry about your row with OH, hope it's all sorted now x I think men don't deal with any kind of stress very well, nevermind when they're expecting a child - imagine if they had to carry it for 9 months!!
I'm CD9 today and opks now show as low, so it looks like I'll be entering my FW tomorrow with O around Sunday/Monday so planning on some quality valentines DTD :) what are everyone's plans for the Valentines? are you doing anything? x

Did another test bfn of course. Feel as if AF is on her way though - unmistakable pms cramps this morning. I'd order a cm triple check kit too so I'll just have to save that for next cycle. Got my spa weekend to look forward to for next few so would just like AF to arrive on time now so I can get on with the next cycle.
