@Fredthespider @Missgoldilocks we are usually are 3 times a week couple (sometimes less sometimes more) and honestly, I am so so sick of TTC sex!!! It's so cold and boring? I've done like what you have @missgoldilocks with the outfits etc but still feels so forced. We had the best sex ever on OHs 30th - right after AF, not planned or forced, not in FW and it was amazing. I can't wait for that back....

@Beau2020x yeah! We have great sex when its not forced! We haven't done it since fertile week I'm like um hello don't you like me?! Anyway on period now so that won't happen lol I can't lie I can't wait for Amsterdam we will have goooood sex hahaha too bad I'm not bloody fertile!! He's saying about the sex feeling forced too but what can I do I can't hide it from him because hell never finish 😬🙄 I think I might go down to only dtd twice during fertile time not every day that makes it harder I think

@Missgoldilocks I don't even tell my OH when fertile window is... not worth the hassle. He already feels like sex is forced without knowing so tell him nothinggggg - might be worth thinking about?

@Beau2020x I can't I wish I could!! It's so frustrating but if I don't tell him certain things won't get done. I don't even want to get into it because it's so embarrassing but he never ever finishes unless it's that time. And I can tell you now it's not me because I've never experienced it in my life 😂🤦‍♀️so he has to be told otherwise it'll never happen.

@Missgoldilocks ah okay, I get ya!! So he has to force himself to finish in FW? (Sorry I'm probing) bless him though! It's not embarrassing, it's probably very common. Listen, I've been with 2 lads who 1) couldn't get it up, ever (he was 19) and 2) who couldn't maintain it up! (in his early 20's) so these things are pretty common! It's probably just a perform ace anxiety thing for him?

Thanks @Danni2019! I've been googling lots to try and gauge what to expect but tbh it seems to be an anything goes situation! I might have to suggest to OH that we use OPKs again just for my piece of mind that I am ovulating.

@Beau2020x basically he is blessed and has to go on for hours to finish at any given time so it doesn't really happen through sex normally because it takes too long. But during fertile week he has to, so he has to know lol. No issues with getting it up or keeping it up like everrrr he's a machine that's the problem/blessing 😂 I suppose. When it comes to making a baby it's not the best 🙄.

@Missgoldilocks wow, that is impressive!! See, it's a blessing in disguise. But I suppose you are right for baby making. My Oh finishes after about 5-10 mins BUT he KEEPS ON GOING. I was so shocked the first time he did this. Like hun all other blokes I have been with have finished and then that's it. Done. I'm not sure if it's normal procedure for a man to finish and then keep going for ages after and then finish for a 2nd time but certainly not in my past! hahahahaa

@Fredthespider I'd maybe just do 1 cycle of OPKs just to put your mind at rest, then you can take it easy after then?

Hi everyone can I join you all. I am 36 and I have DS aged 10 so this will be my second and first with my current partner. I cam off the mini pill at the end of November and I had a really light bleed (only on wiping) at the end of January and still no sign of AF (very frustrating)I've been doing the Ovulation test strips, I think I had 2 positives 7 days apart which is a little strange. Any how anyone in the same boat? Or been on the mini pill and still waiting? Will be nice getting to know you all..much love and a speedy BFP x

Hi @Boo2020! I was on combined pill, came off early December. Had a relatively normal period at the end of Jan, but been a bit squiffy since then. This month, I've either had nothing, or a really light period (exactly how you described your last one being). I don't use OPKs, but I did have two instances of EWCM during this cycle so who knows! Look forward to hearing more from you :)

which might well explain my double EWCM, but not necessarily your two positive OPKs, as they measure your LH surge I believe... It's an interesting read though.

@Beau20 eek. Lol. I'm paying too much then. I am grateful for them though as they've really worked for me this month. Pic of them getting darker attached.

@Mumofboys17 that was me last month. Think my cycle was all over the place, opks didn't work either. It's so stressful and really consumes us all. So sorry you're feeling rubbish. Do you temp?

I had lots of wine and then did allll the temping and opks right from a few days after my af. I definitely ovulated Tues last week but only DTD once in the Sunday night, before ovulation. 😫 I'm not holding out much hope on this month. Maybe next month...

Hi @Boo2020 - welcome and good luck! I'm 36 too. Trying for baby 2 as well, but baby 1 is only 6 months. I need to get back on some drugs to stop breast cancer recurring, so the clock is ticking to complete my family.

@Missgoldilocks - we are the same. Don't DTD very often these days but it's great when no pressure. Stress (work and moving house) plus forced BD is not helping things. 😢 We only BD'd once this month when I finally pinned down my ovulation. 🥴

@Langpants no I don't temp.. my OPK's have literally not changed all cycle, if anything they're getting lighter not darker. I think I might actually not ovulate at all now 😕 x

@Boo2020 welcome 😊 sometimes your hormones etc can take a while to get back to normal if you've been on the pill for a while, might have a few odd cycles before they regulate a bit x

Argh, so I updated my app about 2 hours ago having resigned myself to the fact that 7 days of spotting was probably a light period... And now I've just got my proper period 😂 My life is just one long episode of Sod's Law!
So question, as it arrived in the evening, do I count today as CD1 or tomorrow?

Talking of OPKs I'm having a dilemma with them myself. I tested tonight as usually do twice closer to ovulation time but my digital is positive and the other OPK is not. First month of using both as I wanted to see if there was any difference. Which would would you believe? X

@mumofboys17 I'm convinced I haven't ovulated either this cycle. My OPKs have been so weird varying form high to low peak for 5 days and none I would say are 100% positive. I've used a different brand this month and wish I hadn't as the ones I used to use didn't even show a line when the new ones had a dark line?! What CD are you on now?

Ovulation day was predicted yesterday, anyone a pro BBT tracker know when I'd expect a spike?

Still not sure what to do clearly @Beau20 all opks are different including the digital one. I wish I hadn't used 2 different ones but really don't want to miss the right time this month. We will just have to continue DTD I think until the OPK strip is positive if it does turn positive. My results from this morning but still not positive in the OPK strip. Why can't they just make it easy!!!
