@Mumofboys17 I’ve been suffering loads since being pregnant, just finishing a course of antibiotics! Lots of cranberry juice and water and a hot water bottle helped a little!!

How is everyone else? Had a few bad days with partner, he hadn’t seemed very happy or supportive about my pregnancy has been quite upsetting for me, he says he’s just scared but I feel like I’m doing this alone. I told him I’ll have the first scan in 3/4 weeks and he said nothing 😫 think he’s worried he won’t be able to do anything anymore or go out and it’s change but it’s an exciting change, hoping he changes after scan or at least once baby here! Xxx

Yep good news, definitely a BFP for us! I'm so excited, I was shaking so much I could hardly get into the wrapper!

We have a birthday meal out for SIL tonight so we'll have our own little secret for a few more weeks before we tell anyone.

@Sunflower2019 I'm sure he'll come around at the first scan. It will be scary for him, if he hadn't realised before that life was going to get a lot more interesting! X

@Mumofboys17 i had that yesterday to i haven’t had uti since before i had my little boy so i’d say about 5 year and i today i woke feeling like i got chest infection
would it effect you ttc if you have antibiotics as my ov day tomorrow anyone ?

@Sunflower2019 it's your DP's first isn't it? I felt a bit like he is when I was pregnant with DS. DH was so excited but I was so anxious, negative and convinced myself I'd lose the baby that it ruined the excitement for us both. We had a private scan at 12 weeks (NHS one was running late and we'd been recommended this private clinic from family) and it changed everything. Obviously everyone's different but for me it just made me feel SO much better and made it real to see DS wriggling away in there. He'll come around 😊 xxx

@Mrslane2019 no we haven't seen them yet they ended up going out yesterday. I tried to slyly drop it into convo with MIL last night and they hasn't told her anything yet so hoping it won't happen!

@Sunflower2019 hey lovely! Oh noooo, sorry to hear thing have been a bit shit! Honestly, I've heard all this before, it's so so common for men to effectively loose their shit over a pregnancy at first! My dad did it and he was married and they planned my sister. AND they had 3 year old me. My OH totally lost his shit last time, it wasn't exactly planned but we weren't preventing. This is what ended up in a termination (there were other issues too). Im not condoning it but it's really normal. You are right, he will feel helpless, it's you carrying the baby not him. I think once you have had your scan he will totally change and be all excited. Try to keep strong and remind yourself he's probably still in shock (they always are even if you do plan it) and that very soon he will be wanting to talk about it all the time etc etc. We women were put on this earth to have babies, we have all the maternal thing in us, men don't have this and it takes longer for them to get it. Sending you a huge hug xx

Not an f'ing clue what's going on with my OPKs! They haven't changed all all in a week and I'm CD13 today!

I normally get pure white negatives until about CD12 and then CD13-16 they get really dark.

@Beau2020x I don't know?? Maybe you'll ovulate later than normal?

Hi all, first time posting can I join the crazy gang? 😂 Feel like I have gone a bit crazy on this TTC journey!
TTC baby #1 since January 2019 with no luck yet. I just love how everyone is so supportive and I feel like a need a bit of support at the minute! I am also 30 and have longer cycles, like someone of you on here, hoping for a BFP soon 🤞

Cramp have gone but my boobs are killing me! This is unusual for me as boob and tummy pain normally come & go together. I also feel yuk today can't quite put my finger on it. Trying not to link it to possible Pg symptoms but it's so so difficult not to!

@Ellsbells112 yeah I've not left the house today. Pot roast sounds yum! I will probably end up having a freezer dinner as I am not very productive.

Last day of AF today. Really hope this is my cycle. Been 6 months now and although that isnt that long I am starting to think about getting tests done if it doesnt happen in next couple of months and lying to doctors and saying it has been over a year. Next AF is due on the weekend of a hen do, so if I am PG that could be awkward as there is no way it wont go unnoticed by my girl friends.

@Ellsbells112 I took a test on Friday. BFN but can feel AF coming. Knew before i took it I was out. Still didnt stop me getting the little glimmer of hope!

Well girls, thank fuck for that. No pregnancy announcement phew. Of course I would be over the moon for them but the initial announcement would break me. Glad it never happened. As soon as I get a BFP pregnancy announcements can come at me at the millions honestly 😂😂

@Beau2020x oh phew!! Don't worry I totally get it. Most of my close friends have had a baby and are trying for their second already so I feel like I'm always waiting for an announcement every time I see them. My sister has just had a baby too.

Hope everyone has had a fab weekend. I went on an absolute bender last night. Had a babysitter for my 5 month old baby boy and my OH did the night shift. Still freakin' tired and a little delicate. 😂 Am satisfied now and won't need another party for a while.

@Dreamz00 my cycles went from around 33 days and are now closer to 40. Soooo painful. Still waiting for AF to arrive - hoping tomorrow or Tues so I can get back to trying again.

Boobs killing me still (could be pms though) shattered & a little nauseous but tbh it's my first week off in ages so I could just be decompressing from work stress!
