TTC ..... those with TWW Starting around 11feb ?come keep me company !!!

Hi all ,

I want some company .... currently in my 10 month of TTC after a miscarriage last March at 14 weeks

Due to ovulate around the 10th so my TWW will start around the 11th

Anyone else in the same boat ? Let's keep each other company

Ps I need support not to test early as drove myself mad last month !

So bloody typical @Donnat89- hopefully though no sign of AF in morning and you can test again then properly.
I have to laugh @Adrianoska and @Juno231 I am the same worry about everything! It's so hard not to! I get excited and then I have to stop myself in case its a BFN and I will be gutted again. I've told my DH that if AF arrives this month that I am taking the day to let myself feel sad about it and then will pick myself up again. To be fair to him he's really understanding. Think I'm going to have to test tomo I will be (I think) 12DPO. I feel symptoms of AF today though so I'll prob test unless she shows up. Then again I have other "symptoms" too so who knows?! Ha ha!!

@Ivoryjane it's so annoying but nothing I can do at least I've give myself another day so if a BFP should be a nice strong line and if not well least I can trust the result

Also means AF has another day to show if she's going to .

I've got really bad cramps , feel like AF cramps and back ache I really do think AF will be here tomorrow

Ttc sucks- I'm so glad we have the internet and this forum to be able to talk out my brain which would sound so stupid in person. It's really reassuring to hear how we all go through the same rollercoaster of emotions, I feel less crazy at least!

@Sammyclaire22 I'm gutted but I never did get to hopeful as it was so faint , I'm just sort of hoping AF is here when I wake up rather than giving me hope and turning up in the middle of the day !

I do really feel she's on her way though , if not here in the morning I will test just to put my mind at rest then I can sit back and wait for AF .

Yes I'm So greatful for this forum I do not know what I would do otherwise ! Stops you feeling so alone and a little less crazy

I'm still very optimistic for you @Donnat89 yesterday was a clear pink line.

I stocked up at wilkos I'm my way home from work for more opks and pg tests. Sure the woman thought I was bonkers! Hidden them from the hubby as I'm sure he would agree

@Sammyclaire22 😩😩😩 started spotting I think AF will be in full flow next few hours . Looks Like I'm taking my seat on the May bus ! X

Accepted it's not to be this month and think I may try not to test early going forward it's not worth the heartache, it'll be hard and may not be able to resist it but I'm gonna have to try xxxx

Aaah that sucks!! I'm so sorry :( I'm still hopeful these are just early pregnancy symptoms for you, I really don't want it to be AF! Take care of yourself in the mean time, you deserve it xx

Morning all, well BFN for me here this morning on a FRER. 😔 I reckon AF will arrive later today. Feeling very disappointed but have to get myself on the May bus now and think what I can do differently next month. Opks, temp etc. Best of luck to all still to test this month I wish you all lots of baby dust xx

@Donnat89 and @Ivoryjane sorry to hear about impending AF, I wish she would stay away for you. I know exactly how you feel with hopes going up, and then down, then up again... And then wanting AF just to turn up to put an end to it. It sucks every month. But we will get our month. Let us know how you get on x

Bfn here again too so jumping on the May bus. Hormones and disappointment are not a good mix in lock down. But crampy today so pretty sure AF will be here on time tomorrow.
Oh well- at least I won't inflict a new years eve birthday on anyone!

Could be implantation bleeding? Have you done Any other tesr today?

@Sammyclaire22 yes I did think that but I've just gone to the loo again about an hour after I first checked and now bright red blood when I wipe still nothing in underwear so I've put a pad in should be full by the time I check next so think I'm defo out now . Don't know if it was a dodgy test or a chemical but not my month this month !

Sorry @Sammyclaire22 about your BFN I completely agree that hormones and lockdown are cruel. My DH still has to go to work so gonna find it hard not to dwell today but I'm wfh with a toddler so I guess that's enough to keep me busy 😆 @Donnat89 sorry this month has been another disappointment. 😗

@Ivoryjane yep taking my seat on the May bus and no more early testing for me ! As hard as it may be it's just not worth the stress !

@Donnat89 I know that lots of people test early and I can see the temptation but I never have. Too much roller coaster stress on what is already a rocky time.

I dream of a cycle where I'm a couple of days late, and only then test to get 2 strong lines. However over 1 year in and my AF is always on time or early! One cycle it will happen...

So tempting but it's not helpful , my periods are so irregular last 2 cycles , so I've ordered a femometer kit so I can see exactly when I ovulate and also try the SMEP plan . At least it will take the guessing out of when AF will arrive and if it's late I know I can test and be confident of the result .

Onto next cycle with a new determination! Xxx

I did smep for a few cycles last year. It's good because you know you are maxing your chances of success!

@Skyla01 yes I've read good things about it also sick of thinking AF is late so I need to track my Ovulation and get a better idea of what's going on .

I've got all My bits ordered ready for next cycle so will see what this month brings !

What's SMEP?

I'm 8dpo, not gonna test until 13/14dpo of af hasn't shown up xx

@Bic501 it's the sperm meets egg plan - google it as there's lots of useful stuff about it. It's basically about DTD throughout your cycle at prescribed intervals to maximise your shot at conception. Especially useful if you don't necessarily know exactly when you ovulate.

@Bic501 what @Juno231 said I've seen a few people talk about it and think it's worth a shot , seeing as my cycles seem to be so unpredictable at the moment i just think why not !
