TTC ..... those with TWW Starting around 11feb ?come keep me company !!!

Hi all ,

I want some company .... currently in my 10 month of TTC after a miscarriage last March at 14 weeks

Due to ovulate around the 10th so my TWW will start around the 11th

Anyone else in the same boat ? Let's keep each other company

Ps I need support not to test early as drove myself mad last month !

Hi @donnat89 we have similar timings although I ovulated a few days early this month. Are you planning to wait for AF or test only a few days early? I always think I will wait but as it gets nearer I can't!
Fingers crossed for both of us!

@mini84 I am gonna try hold out for testing for as long as possible but I doubt il be able too . Pretty sure I ovulated right on time this month (I don't do OPKS) .

Hi @Donnat89 - I ovulated on the 11th so would be happy to join your wait. Sorry to hear about your miscarriage, fingers crossed you get a BFP this month.

When is your AF due? And did you manage to DTD around ovulation this month?

This is just my first cycle and we only managed to DTD on the 9th and 12th so I'm not too optimistic about our odds but oh well..

Hello all. Ovulation for me was on the 11th..in the TWW. We have been trying for over 2 years so not holding out to much hope but trying to remain positive

@Juno231 hello and welcome I too ovulated one the 11th managed to DTD on 8th and 10th so we will have to see! I hate the TWW it drives me mad . I'm trying to be calmer about it this time ! When are you thinking of testing ? X

@pineapple2 hello and welcome , yes I ovulated the 11th too , we are coming to to a year now of trying so I know how you feel it took us a year to conceive last time so I knew it would happen over night . When are are you going to test ? Xx

@Donnat89 AF is due on 25th so I was hoping I'd be able to hold out until then but I'm not sure how realistic I am! When we're you thinking of testing?

@Donnat89 af is due on the 27th but because I ovulated on the 11th apparently according to my app I can test in ten days although I'm not and hopefully going to wait until af is due.
I drive myself mad thinking this is it, this will be the month and then I text and it's a BFN it's so disappointing..so I'm going to wait this time for as long as possible lol

It's the first month of using opk and preseed though plus taking lots of vitamins

@pineapple2 how did you find pre seed and what vitamins are you taking? I have been taking folic acid for the past few months and also introduced iron and b12.
Next month I was considering trying pre seed or conceive plus.

AF is due 26 but as I ovulated early it might be different I guess? I don't do OPKS but can feel when it happens!

My AF is due on the 25th but I can be a day or 2 either side . According to the app I ovulate on 11th and I'm pretty sure it's correct . I take folic acid and women's multi vitamins only started the multi vitamins this month though . My partner have been taken some sort of d aspheric acid tablets thats are really meant to help as well .

I had a crap time last month I took 4 FRER tests all came up with faint positives but the. Dipped one in water and got the same line I had on the other tests (all within the time frame) so was gutted and quite upset so I'm

I'm taking folic acid, iron, vitamin c and zinc, magnesium, vitamin d, omega 3 and evening primrose oil.

Preseed....felt abit weird inserting a syringe inside me and popping it all in there..TMI sorry...used abit less than what they recommend otherwise I think it would have been a slippery mess...lol
I'm just trying absolutely everything..
I've also kept still and lay down all night after DTD but there isn't that much evidence to say that technique leads to more BFPs.

I had my now18 year old when I was 19 and never thought about any of this..
I believe I have for unexplained fertility as I know I'm ovulating as I've had a test at the doctors..hubby sperm is ok..
I think if I don't conceive within the next 4 months I'm getting a puppy and giving up..
How old is everyone sorry if that's a rude question..I'm 37 TTC my second

@pineapple2 I'm 36 soon and ttc number one. Apparently in our age bracket the average is just over a year into conceive.
Ha good to know about pre seed! The syringe is the bit that I'm not sure of, might try in a few months. Thanks for sharing
I've heard of a pillow under your bum to elevate for a while but I've not done that (yet) and I did think about laying down for a while, but I never can!

Oh @donnat89 that's so strange and frustrating. If I had the faintest line I'd be over the moon so must have been very disheartening. I didn't realise you could get false positives. More reason to wait for af this time.. we can do it (I say!!)

@mini84 I would do a hand stand if I could (but I can't) lol
We have done all we can do for this cycle. I'm even symptom spotting now and need to stop. I'm only 3dpo haha

It's going to be even worse as I'm off work on annual leave till the 26th feb so more time to think about symptoms.

No one knows we are TTC and I usually tell my mum everything...so it's so nice to talk about it freely on here..

Really looking forward to some positive news soon and getting those BFP

Hi all. This is me as well! Ovaulated 11th (so like many of you sat at 4DPO twiddling my thumbs) AF due 22nd though as I have a fairly short luteal phase. I'm 36 and ttc our first. I am already dangerously obsessing over every aspect of my body again. (For example I got my first ever cold sore a couple of days ago. Is it a sign this month is different?? They can apparently be triggered by hormonal changes? - you get the idea I'm sure!) What do you all do to distract yourself through the wait?

I too have tried pre seed and do use less than stated as it is very slippery 🤣

Yea it was odd but I'm honking maybe a faulty batch of tests ? Will never know so that's why I'm Waiting this month can go through that again xxx

@AsSurprisedAsYouAre I literally go on a mad house cleaning spree and keep busy at work as much as possible xxx

@Donnat89 I’m going to test in about 8/9 days when my period is due! But it’s not uncommon for my period to be a few days late so we shall see. What about you?

5dpo for me...keeping busy so trying not to think about it...

Hi there, good luck in the tww all! I had ivf done this month. My eggs were harvested on the 11th so I know my exact dates which helps a little... at the moment I have an embryo that was transferred this morning so now the wait to see if it sticks! My blood test is on 24/2 but I’m going to start testing from the 20th.
Fortunately this is the one month that I can’t symptom spot because I’m on hormone supplements so I’ve already been getting loads of symptoms before even having my embryo transferred lol.
