Morning all how you feeling? I did join a January due date group but with so many very anxious people it just made me more anxious. So had to unfollow, hopefully I can re join in few weeks. I’m just trying to stay relaxed. Still getting sickness and cramps but it’s weird that it’s good to feel something happening/changing.

@Jonesbabynumber1 I'm usually a chilled person but on my October one, one woman was the same but she was saying some really rubbish stuff 'statistically' doesn't bother me but I called her out as comments some people make really affect others! She then disappeared from the group so I felt a bit bad

Good idea to un follow and then follow again in a little while when they calm down 🤣

@MrsCl19 yes and i know it’s an anxious time but some of the questions just not needed. It’s huge as well like 5 new people everyday. Support chats work best when there’s less people I think as you become confident on the responses you get and your questions don’t get lost of the feed. Yes I’ve got early scan booked for 2 1/2 weeks so will look to going back to it after that. When did you stop poas? Mine are good strong lines but finding it reassuring I think I’ll use why I’ve got and not buy any more.

@Jonesbabynumber1 I got my first positive at 9 dpo and then I did tests nearly every day/other day untill I was 16dpo and then I got 2-3 weeks but I knew I'd just gone onto that so then 2 weeks later I did a digi again to make sure it when to 3+

@MrsCl19 yes maybe I’ll do another digital in a few days. This is my IC test from this morning.

@MrsCl19 tired 😭🤣 the sleepless nights are a killer already. Hot and spicy pizza is now off the menu as I was plugged into a bottle of gaviscon the entire night last night 🥴😴

I've currently got three bottles on the go @Tbug as soon as it nears mealtime it starts like before I even eat anything. Then through the night it's constant 😭🤦🏽‍♀️ I knew it was a thing in pregnancy but had no idea how bad. So word of advice, stock up so you've got some to hand. I didn't have any im when it first started and ended up driving around chemists late at night trying to get some 🤣

@BabyB19 oooo wonder if baby will have loads of hair!!

@Tbug my boobs are hurrendous this time, I'm 14+3 and was hoping they'd get better but they are so painful 😩

We are both unfortunately extremely hairy so I would say it's a given @MrsCl19 🤣 my boobs are still sore now 🥴 xx

@BabyB19 I luckily didn't have any heartburn with my first and she didn't have any hair, in fact she only started getting some when she turned one 🤣
I read online that they hurt more with a boy due to the different hormones - unsure how true that is though.

I really hope I don't! With dd my Ibs disappeared whilst pregnant to- not been that lucky this time.

Yes fine, basically sending me for scan in 10 days and go from there...spotting has stopped for now, so we will see xx

Hey :) nothing new here, have a scan Sunday :) just wondering how strict you were checking your makeup and skincare was 'pregnancy safe'? Feels very over the top 🙈 I know retinoids and vit A are a no go but apparently my foundation is unsafe!

@Tbug I honestly didn't bother with anything topical and the amount absorbs is barely even traceable. It doesn't matter too much atm as I haven't seen anyone for 7 weeks so I'm not bothering with make up anyway haha! How far are you now? How you feeling? X

@BabyB19 @Tbug glad to hear your both well, I’ve cut down my caffeine a lot to safe guidelines and check food is safe but don’t think I’ll do makeup. I’m 5weeks + 5 according to app. Feeling fatigued and breathless but I’m sure that’s my body working extra hard. It’s my 30th birthday on Friday and I’ve already been sent an expensive bottle of champagne I can’t drink but this is best present I could ask for. I’ve cancelled holiday in September as I don’t think I’ll be risking it I’m pregnant. How are you all?
