I ate very pink roast beef yesterday without thinking now I'm freaking out 😩 my midwife doesn't seem to fussed! X

You will be fine @Tbug it's custom to eat it like that in other countries and they have happy healthy babies so don't worry xxx

There's a book by Emily Oster that really put my mind at rest over things like this, it's a bit sciency but it's good as it shows what these 'risks' are all actually based on and the numbers are minute x
