@MrsTtobe mine was 2-3 yesterday also so we probably will be due around the same time!

MrsTtobe · 21/02/2020 12:24

@MrsCl19 aww how lovely. Did you say you came off pill in Oct aswell? How strange.
I've just worked it out on the calendar. It's saying Oct 31st! A Halloween baby! ❤

dizzy85 · 23/02/2020 14:26

@MrsTtobe how are you doing? Have you told your OH yet?

@ceebee21 @Jonesbabynumber1 how are you both doing?

MrsTtobe · 23/02/2020 15:40

@dizzy85 I'm ok thank you. Feel like I've got thrush coming on though which I hardly ever get and the worry has set in now. Still no nausea and 1st day of last period was Jan 24th so think that makes me 4+3.

How are you doing lovely?

MrsTtobe · 23/02/2020 15:40

And yes told OH 😊 he cried (happy tears I hope) just doesn't feel real yet

Jonesbabynumber1 · 23/02/2020 18:59

@MrsTtobe lovely news, I can’t wait to experience telling my husband. I’m 9dpo today will be using a frer tomorrow morning but I don’t feel any different than normal so time will tell x

@Jonesbabynumber1 sending lots and lots of baby dust for you in the morning 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

MrsTtobe · 23/02/2020 21:15

@Jonesbabynumber1 thank you so much. Sending you all the luck in the world. 🙏 How long have you been ttc? Dont worry too much about not feeling any different. I felt more 'pregnant' last month when I had a negative than this month. Don't really feel anything out of the ordinary.

dizzy85 · 23/02/2020 22:11

@MrsTtobe aw how lovely 😊 not the thrush part the OH crying I mean.
I'm all good expecting ovulation in the next few days so been getting down to business 😆

@Jonesbabynumber1 good luck for tomorrow evening crossed for you, I'm good thanks, just dtd as much as possible.

ceebee21 · 24/02/2020 07:50

@dizzy85 I'm ok, struggling a bit tbh at the moment. I'm leaning towards feeling like mu hashimotos is causing problems and knowing I may have to go private to get it sorted.

Come to the end of af now, so will give it a few more months and go from there.

@Jonesbabynumber1 how did you get on xx

Jonesbabynumber1 · 24/02/2020 08:32

thanks all but a BFN this morning at 10dpo so feeing deflated I know I’m not out just yet but I know chances are slim.

MrsCl19 · 25/02/2020 06:16

@Jonesbabynumber1 fingers crossed 🤞🏼

dizzy85 · 25/02/2020 06:29

@ceebee21 sorry your struggling at the moment. Won't the drs investigate further into it so you don't have to pay private? Hopefully it's not that though and it's just the stress of ttc. Are you gonna try anything different this cycle?

@Jonesbabynumber1 sorry for the bfn yesterday I really hope it changes soon your definitely not out yet

Jonesbabynumber1 · 25/02/2020 12:46

Thanks @MrsCl19 @ceebee21 yes sorry to hear your having a tough time. I can totally relate this is the hardest thing emotionally I’ve ever had to deal with and the feeling of being alone is hard to get away. I have a stressful job which has been twice as stressful lately and now this morning my cat has a nasty UTI and a vet bill of £202. The vet said has anything changed which it hasn’t accept my stress levels so feeling guilty which is daft I know. I’ve had to call in sick to work for the feeling of being overwhelmed.

@dizzy85 @Jonesbabynumber1 Thank you.

I have had most of the blood tests that the NHS will do, and tbh I really think it is something to do with my immune system; I have booked the appointment for April, but may well push it back to June depending on how I fell next month.

I just can't face waiting and waiting and potentially having more miscarriages when deep down I know there is something wrong; they can't seem to get my thyroid levels right at all, they are all over the place.

I am going to the GP tomorrow and just going to have a moan really and let them know it is really affecting me and I just feel like we are not getting anywhere with the treatment etc

BabyB19 · 25/02/2020 13:42

Hi ladies, I'm so sorry to read you are all feeling so down atm and no further bfp's. I know it's not for everyone but just wondered if any of you had tried acupuncture at all? My friend is trying it at the minute to get ready for when she starts ttc and she said it has made a massive amount of difference to her cycle already, her periods have completely changed etc. It can't do any harm to look into surely?! X

Jonesbabynumber1 · 25/02/2020 21:51

@ceebee21 glad your going to GP, have you seen any consultants about thyroid I think I read before you have?

@BabyB19 how you feeling? Yes very frustrating I don’t know how people do this for so long 6 cycles and I’m exhausted 😩. Af due sat and if the witch arrives I’ll be booking a holiday and having a 2 month break which will be hard but needed.

I had blood results back for iron ferrtin 33 from 9 but still doesn’t seem great but doctors said it’s normal. What’s are everyone else levels?

OP posts:
ceebee21 · 25/02/2020 22:36

@Jonesbabynumber1 no I haven't, so would be good to see one.

Myiron ferritin is 139 ug/L upper end of the scale

Xx

MrsCl19 · 26/02/2020 05:47

@Jonesbabynumber1 mine was 12.5 last time it was checked I think the ok range is 20-130? Not 100% though

ceebee21 · 26/02/2020 12:07

Well some good news, I have managed to get referred to the recurrent Miscarriage clinic (I think) for further tests, due to my existing auto immune issues.

It is quite a relief as at least I can have some further testing and maybe some help for one to stick if I manage to get pregnant again.

The GP was very helpful and didn't hesitate to refer me at all.

x

dizzy85 · 26/02/2020 12:42

@ceebee21 ah that's good news for you definitely a positive appointment, I bet you much feel better. how many miscarriages have you had? That's good they're going to help. Do you have other autoimmune issues as well as the hashimotos? Just wondering as I have a few myself and wondering if it's playing a part in my miscarriages etc.

dizzy85 · 26/02/2020 12:44

@BabyB19 hope your doing good. I was actually doing some reading about acupuncture last week and said to my OH it's something I wanna try.

dizzy85 · 26/02/2020 12:45

@Jonesbabynumber1 how you doing have you tested again?

ceebee21 · 26/02/2020 12:46

@dizzy85 I have had two since starting in July.

I don't know about other Auto Immune issues, that was my main lead when I went, saying I know they test for others so is it worth testing for them on me, given my current one etc.

I have done a lot of research about it all and NK cells comes up a lot, although not really treated or tested for on the NHS - Dr Shehata in Epsom is the one I am looking at, and I may well go there if no luck with the NHS. x
