Hey ladies,

Posted on a few threads but think it's about the time I might know what I'm sorta on about! Ha!

Looking for some TTC Buddies I can what's app :-)

A bit about me, I'm 28.. 29 in April.. my husband is a year younger than me. We've been married just over a year and together for 9 years this July.

I came off the pill Cerelle 24th November after years of the pill then implant and then the pill again. Never had periods on any. Just a few withdrawals when I missed a few pills.

Anyway! Been actively TTC since my withdrawal bleed 25-29th November.

Finally after a December of no Flo she's arrived today. So finally I can accurately start trying to track on Ovia!

@hannah17381 ah i have everything crossed for you then, hope it goes more smoothly this time! How have you been? Any stomach aches? I was fine for a couple of hours then everything just started to go wrong haha x

My withdrawal bleed has started today, 4 weeks exactly after coming off my pill. Hopefully my periods come back regularly.

@Hatepickinganame I've had a couple of sharp cramps but nothing major. Little bit pink when I wipe but nothing else.
Going for a run in a couple of hours so could all go wrong then!!

TTC #2, I'm 28 and husband is 30. I've just had my implant removed today so in the same boat as a few of you! Feeling strange about coming to the decision to TTC again, everything was so new and unknown first time.

It only took 2 cycles to conceive our first after coming off the pill so I'm hoping we don't have too long to wait this time after the implant.

@hannah17381 im all good now, and af has finally buggered off so yay for a fun weekend 🤣 hopefully you'll be luckier than me with coil removal problems!!

Me and my husband have been TTC since start of December and AF arrived today...feeling frustrated but know I have to be patient! This will be our first baby :)

Hi everyone! Hope you don't mind if I join, we have been waiting to try for baby #1 a few months and finally starting in February! 😁 Very excited, though I know I shouldn't get my hopes up too much on month 1!

Just popping in to update as I’m getting myself obsessed even though I said I wouldn’t! CD12 today for me so ovulation very close! I don’t actually use kits- I get ovulation pain like clockwork so no exactly what’s going on. It’s horrible but quite handy. Send me lots of good vibes please ladies

@2020wisher fingers crossed! Im feeling much more relaxed this month, i have no idea when i ovulate though. Sometime next week according to my app 😊

@Hatepickinganame my birthday is October too. According to my app I'm meant to be fertile 24-29th Jan so that would be pretty close.

Also trying not to get too obsessed this time round, I did opks and temping straight off the bat with my first, which is probably part of why we conceived so quick but hoping to be more relaxed second go

@2020wisher Good vibes coming your way, I’m cd13 so we’re in sync! Ovulated late for the last two cycles so I’ll be testing just to make sure I don’t miss it.

Can I run a really weird one by you all? I’ve been taking a couple of supplements to increase my EWCM as I didn’t have much at all in November. I’m finding I’ve got a constantly runny nose - am I just poorly, or are the meds increasing my other mucus too? Is this a thing?!

@notetaker i have absolutely no idea? I mean in theory i guess it could be a thing, has dr google turned up any info?

@littletandme its also my dads birthday, my sons birthday and my oh birthday in october 😂 could end up being an expensive month!

@notetaker sorry can't answer your question but curious what supplements are you taking? I didn't seem to have EWCM this month (first month I've really paid attention!) Even though I'm sure I had some ovulation pain!

Just a thought ladies, but are you physically checking? Ive never noticed mine before until i found this forum, didnt even know it was a thing til i read it on here, i got curious and actually checked. @notetaker @Nora11

@Nora11 You can definitely still be ovulating without EWCM so that’s good news. To be fair, I was ill for a lot of November so I think I could probably put it down to that. But I decided I wasn’t taking any chances so I’m taking omega-3 and evening primrose up until ovulation.

@Hatepickinganame Obsessively! But no, I had no idea it was a thing before I started to read up on TTC. I think we need to start some kind of campaign for more education around fertility!

Anyone else still find it weird to be having sex unprotected when you spend most of your life trying not to get pregnant?! We DTD last night for first time since coming off the implant and it felt so odd even though we've already done this before with DC1 lol.

I think I'll test around Valentine's Day as should be at least 15/16dpo by then, that's if I even ovulate this month! Anyone else hoping for a nice V Day surprise?

Thanks @Hatepickinganame and @notetaker! I have been checking properly this month but not too worried since I read it's normal for some people not to have much/any 😊 I already take omega 3 so will keep that up and maybe look into evening primrose oil as well just in case it helps 😁

@littletandme I know what you mean! We also DTD for the first time without protection last night lol 😂 I'm pretty certain I'm not fertile now but it's still kind of exciting and I can't help but hope I'll magically get pregnant even though I'm well past this month's ovulation window 😂

Hi all, hope it’s ok if I join in too! TTC first baby since November last year. CD 5 for me. I convinced myself last month was it - trying to relax about it a bit more this month!

As I recently found out I’ve one tube blocked I’m getting scanned this month to see if I’m getting a follicle on the left side so I can try, if not I’ll know I’m out so will try next month instead. Best of luck everyone

Pretty overwhelmed and didn't think I'd get this many people commenting.

I had my period 5th-8th Jan, been doing ovulation tests but it's so confusing... anybody got any advice and know when I could possibly ovulate? Says I'm at my peak now on ovia... but nothing shows on tests 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I've already ovulated I think. OPK showed high on CD 10 on Thursday (never hit peak), but low since. BBT puts me ovulating on Wednesday though? Ovulation spotting started Thursday night. So I'm not really sure when it happened but I wasn't expecting it so early! However, we were DTD luckily prior, so there is hope. So now its just waiting for me!

@Elmlee it really depends on your average cycle length. Most apps will look at your average cycle length and predict ovulation 14 days before the last day of your cycle. Do you know how long your last few cycles were?
