Posted on a few threads but think it's about the time I might know what I'm sorta on about! Ha!

Looking for some TTC Buddies I can what's app :-)

A bit about me, I'm 28.. 29 in April.. my husband is a year younger than me. We've been married just over a year and together for 9 years this July.

I came off the pill Cerelle 24th November after years of the pill then implant and then the pill again. Never had periods on any. Just a few withdrawals when I missed a few pills.

Anyway! Been actively TTC since my withdrawal bleed 25-29th November.

Finally after a December of no Flo she's arrived today. So finally I can accurately start trying to track on Ovia!

@Geauxtigers did you just start the tests today? The tests like to have a base line for a few days before it can recognise an increase in the hormone it's looking for...so starting on the day you expect to see a flashy may confuse the tests. That's my understanding anyway, sorry if I've read your situ wrong

I’m still in. AF due Valentine’s Day. I’m having an intra vaginal scan tomorrow because I’m having really heavy periods and have done ever since my c section. Really hope it doesn’t show any problems that might impact fertility

I'm testing this evening, once I've drunk a load of water and my toddler is asleep.

@Needallthesleep cheers to you! I’ve got a scan in a few weeks because I (usually, less this month) get quite a lot of spotting, though it only started when I started TTC. Feeling a bit nervous about it as I’ve no idea what to expect! 🤞 yours goes ok tomorrow.

New to this!

TTC first baby! So any help would be appreciated!

Finished my pack of Cilest on the 3rd January (took my last one in the packet). Had a period or withdrawal bleed on the 6th January for 4/5 days.

Had a whole month without the pill now and have come on again today (4th Feb). Does this count as a withdrawal bleed or a true period?

I'm confused!

Any help?

@Anon87 I'm like @Needallthesleep and testing mid February (15th for me) so 🤞🏻 we will have some BFPs for February....

If it is a true period, it would mean my cycle is 29 days, which I believe it was before I started contraception.

Hello, can I come in? I am 36 and I have 2 kids (12 and 6) from a previous marriage. We have been trying for a baby for 2 months and I am panicking already! I bought some fertility lube and ovulation sticks today. I was taking pregnacare conception but it made my cycles so long... Anyway, good luck everyone, I can't wait to actually get pregnant xxx

Ovulation not due until valentines, needless to say a babysitter is booked and so is a restaurant 😂

Planning to just dtd for two weeks and hope it works and ignore DH’s complaints 🤦‍♀️

@Lushfanatic123 I came off the pill at the end of August and had a couple of months of light bleeding before AF returned with a vengeance at the beginning of January. Part of the way contraceptive polls work is by thinning the lining of the womb, so it kind of makes sense for the first few periods to be quite light and seem like withdrawal bleeds. Hope that makes sense?!

@notetaker yeah that does!

I can't tell tbh if it is different to the "periods" I used to get on the pill or not. It is only day one of it so I guess I'll see.

Fingers crossed that AF doesnt appear tomorrow for you!

Actually, now it's developed I'm sure, bfp

Today is day 8 post ovulation according to FF going by my temp, CM and OPK tests would put me at 11opd. But i'm pretty sure i'm out for this month. I had some brown blood about 3pm, then nothing until 8pm, when i've wiped there is more and it's more pinky/red. Feeling pretty crampy as well.

Expecting it to be in full flow by the morning.

Unfortunately that's me out and unable to try again until March. Feeling rather gutted as it's happen the first time for my sister and that was without any tracking or anything.

@sausage1990 I think 15dpo, period was due today or tomorrow, but I usually spot beforehand and have had nothing. So was feeling quite hopeful.

@supper16 omg!!!! Big congratulations!!!! I'm so happy for you! I was due on today aswell but no sign as of yet.. did you do a test before and get a negative?
