Despite my TTC last month, it resulted in my AF arriving Christmas Day (deep joy!) it's round 2 this month! I'm due to ovulate on Monday (6th) so anyone else wanna join me, with the overthinking, being excessively paranoid, mystery pregnancy signs and taking PT's when you know you shouldn't be! 🤣🤣
Feel free to jump on the crazy train with me!

@Gastonimo this is fabulous news!!! All I've done is whinge all week so it's about time the mood was lifted!
How many days DPO were you?

OP posts:
Gastonimo · 15/01/2020 19:43

Thank you all. I think I'm 16dpo but not 100% on when I ovulated.
It was a very strong line though. I am 3 days late for period. But have felt so tired all week and boobs hurting a lot so was hoping.
We actually only DTD twice this cycle so there's definitely hope for everyone as it sounds like most of you have been doing it every day!

Wiggleyfingers · 15/01/2020 19:43

Huge congratulations @Gastonimo!! Fingers crossed you are the first of many! 🥰
7dpo...getting twitchy already. Just had to talk myself out of wasting a one step cheapie tomorrow. 8dpo is FAR too early I know. I got my bfp at 10dpo last time so will try to atleast hold out a couple more days!

Ginge35 · 15/01/2020 20:11

@Wiggleyfingers I'm 7DPO too and itching to take a test, BUT I SHALL RESIST! 😬😬
My boobs have really started hurting today, but that's another sign of my AF looming.
I'm going to do my absolute best to wait until my AF is late, but I may test at the weekend if I have anymore symptoms!
I'm excited to test but also convinced I'm out this month! So annoying haha!
@Gastonimo im so happy for you! I applaud your perseverance not to test too early! I think my lack of patience will be my downfall!!
Though I must say this time last month I'd already taken two tests! 😂😂

MrsD1990 · 15/01/2020 20:24

Yay so happy for you @Gastonimo!!! Amazing news!!

Wiggleyfingers · 15/01/2020 21:21

@Ginge35 I have promised myself I won't test until you do! So you now have to stay strong for both of us okay?! 😂

Ginge35 · 15/01/2020 22:01

@Wiggleyfingers I shall let you know when I plan to test! I'm definitely going to hold off testing for a few more days at least! The only way I'll take a test early is if I start throwing up! Haha! 😝😝

HighlandMam1 · 15/01/2020 22:22

Congratulations @Gastonimo

No symptoms here at all and AF is due this weekend! I've just ordered some proceive lube and the clear lie OPKS 😂 I know I got rid of my last ones but they were IC and I found them difficult to read I like the clearer sounding smiley faces!

Baby dust and wishes for more positives on this thread! ✨

DustyDiva · 16/01/2020 08:55

Morning All
Weather is a shocker again ( no post again), and now I have Thrush!! Hope everyone else is feeling fab and able to keep mind off symptom spotting 😁

Bethwox · 16/01/2020 08:58

@DustyDiva oooo I had thrush at the beginning of my pregnancy with my daughter! Good luck

EffRam · 16/01/2020 10:35

@Gastonimo congratulations great news!

@Ginge35 and @wiggleyfingers I think we are all the same DPO and I stupidly tested thi smorning and got a negative so learn from my errors haha!

There is obviously still hope but I don't have any signs like sore boobs etc. Going to try and hold out until I'm late now...but I'm terrible doubt I'll manage!

DustyDiva · 16/01/2020 11:38

@EffRam yes it's early to be testing so fingers crossed your defo not out of the game yet!
I rarely get thrush, so my immune system must be very low this week with the cold sore too, what an attractive sight I am!!

Gastonimo · 16/01/2020 11:55

@dustydiva I have also got thrush!

DustyDiva · 16/01/2020 12:21

Oooh!! Apparently Thrush is a common early pregnancy sign....

Flowerpot26 · 16/01/2020 12:39

Anyone getting restless legs, was so annoying last night, I had it with my last pregnancy but late on! Not before I even took the test!

DustyDiva · 16/01/2020 12:51

@Flowerpot26 I forgot about that joy! I also had restless legs with DS but not till later on, it's awful!!! Poor you, are you keeping well hydrated?

Ginge35 · 16/01/2020 13:57

@dustydiva my friend had thrush with hers! This is all positive! I'm excited for you!
My cold has officially taken hold of me, so I can't differentiate from potential symptoms and illness! Not a bad thing though as it's keeping me rational! Haha! 😝
How's everyone else doing today?

OP posts:
Wiggleyfingers · 16/01/2020 14:17

I'm doing fine, no symptoms at all here so feeling a bit deflated. Are you using an app to track your cycles? I'm using Ovia and it says I can test from monday so not much longer to wait!

ablisha · 16/01/2020 14:33

@Wiggleyfingers I've been using Glow

Gastonimo · 16/01/2020 14:52

@wiggleyfingers I've been using Ovia

Ginge35 · 16/01/2020 16:07

Ladies I'm in bits! 😭😭😭

My boobs are absolutely killing me! To the point where I can't touch them. My CM has gone really dark yellow and thick, stomach cramps that are just not going away! I can't keep my eyes open and my back (all over) is killing! 😩😩
I think I'm going to take a test tonight and see what's what. If it's a BFN then at least I can throw some drugs down my neck and get myself better! I don't want to take anything too strong just in case.
there is no way I'll get a BFN if my symptoms are pregnancy related????
What do you think?
Guidance required!

ablisha · 16/01/2020 16:49

@Ginge35 my only worry with doing one this eve is your urine will be really diluted

Ginge35 · 16/01/2020 16:55

Very true @ablisha but I need night nurse!!!!
I don't know what to do! 😩😩😩

OP posts:
BecauseReasons · 16/01/2020 17:44

Personally, i wouldn't risk it. Take some paracetamol and apply a hot water bottle?

BecauseReasons · 16/01/2020 17:47

Then again, I'm such a worrier that I'd test first and only take the paracetamol if it was negative.
