@mellymoo86 We paid for 3 tries and have now used up 2. Feel really down about it, I know others try for much longer but this is very costly and we are not getting any younger (near 40). Also feeling unhappy about the clinic, might have to change if third time still unlucky. We weren't overly thrilled with them at the time of DC1 either but because it all worked on first try we were willing to overlook the shortcomings.

I've actually been reading the previous post and so glad you continue with a new one!

Congratulations to @stepmumma91!! Oh how exciting! Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy!

I hope it's ok if I join you all. A little story about me. DH and I have been trying for #2 since March - so about 9 months (7 cycle). I had early miscarriage couple years ago and then we got very lucky and conceive our DS - he was a lovely surprise actually as we used contraceptions then and we are both thankful as we were extremely extremely greatful. Somehow after the birth I kind of knew second time around will not be as easy. And after few months of BFN after BFNs I got more and more anxious and stressed out. This TTC is sucks and drives me mad! Jeez!

And I thought I was the only one who is crazy about OPK and symptoms spotting like madness. So I'm really glad to find these thread and reading all your chat somehow makes me relax a bit.

Yesterday I just got my very first STATIC SMILE CB OPK!! And we're trying the SMEP Method this cycle. Let's see how it will go! FX!

Sending you lots massive of baby dust and hope we'll get our brilliant BFPs soon! Xxx

Tested with FMU 2nd line is still very faint but this is the first I've had a 2nd line with FMU. Bit worried as it's not getting darker.

With my last pregnancy I was still getting faint but noticeable at 5/6 weeks pregnant.

Will that be next week if I am pregnant?

@nt1992 I was getting really faint FRERs even after AF was due (So faint that I couldn't see a line but DH could). Was getting clear positives on CB though. Can you go to docs and ask for a blood test? horrible to be limbo not knowing what's going on!

@stepmumma91 my FRER arrive today. I seem to get clearer results at nights for some reason. Did you keep track of your CP?

I decided to try Ovusense this cycle (or what we call the foof monitor 😜). Hopefully it'll be helpful with PCOS and all that.

Now I just need to try chill (easier said than done). "If you stop thinking about it, it'll happen" Ffs. I'm ready to slap the next person who tells me that. 😂

@ciaraJ01 hello! And thank you! TBH I still don't know if I understand completely about SMEP - but it standa for Sperm Meet Egg Plan so we DTD every other day after af finished then DTD on the day we get +OPK and then the next 3 days, and the. 1 day break, and 1 more day DTD. After that DTD during the TWW is just for fun. I still don't know if I understand it correctly but I thought might as well try, eh?

What kind of meditation you're doing btw if you don't mind me asking? Xx

@sojo44 oh my gosh I agree with you! I soooo want to slap people who say that! someone I know who seems to have to just blink then boom she's pregnant said that to me and I so want something bad happen to her! Oh gosh I don't know how I become this horrible person since we TTC! Anyway! Good luck to you! Xx

@nt1992 I was 5 weeks before I got any decent line on an FRER so don't lose hope! If you're past AF date, you could try a digital? I got a positive digital the day AF was due.

@sojo44 thank you! Yeah all good here thanks. Lots of nausea but no sickness. Pretty tired and gone off loads of foods, but I can't complain really!

@Mrssendy oh that sounds interesting. We have no plan 😂 We do it for fun and then once I get a +OPK we DTD as much as possible so more than once a day if we can or every day as a minimum. Might try your method if I don't get a BFP this week! I've had trouble sleeping this last few weeks on and off, falling asleep and staying asleep. So I was listening to pink noise originally to try switch off. But now just a ten minute sleep meditation before bed... does the trick!

@sojo44 Lol it's a 40 min flight so forget the airplane, itll be duty free singing its Chriiiistmas! 😂

@CiaraJ01 I've had lines on FRERs & Asda's own, faint lines but they are there. I think I'll remain on the edge until they are super dark I'm just a worrier😂 thanks😘

I took an IC this AM cause that's all I have left and I am resisting the urge to go buy more until Thursday... BFN not even a sniff of a line.

Still hoping it's just too soon, AF due tomorrow so we shall see if she arrives!! I have this horrid feeling now that she is gonna show. 😞

The only thing giving me a shred of hope still is my boobs, they are ALWAYS sore every single time before AF without fail even on some months when I didn't have an AF bleed on the pill I still knew when I should be having one cause my boobs would be sore... and even now day before they're fine, not a little bit sore or tender.

Dunno what it means but it's different so it gives me hope lol.

@CiaraJ01 40min flight! Ha! Then it's definitely all about those free duty free samples! ✨✨ we fly to Scandinavia (my part of the world) after Christmas so I'll definitely be doing the same if I haven't ovulated by then!

@Mrssendy omg yes! I had a friend as well who got pregnant first time without even trying (and much faster to what she even expected) and she keeps telling me to relax and not to think about it. Grrrrrr! If only it was so easy 😂😂 good luck to you as well! Xx
