Thread number 4!!

Hey ladies i haven't posted on here in a while but i always find this thread so helpful. I need some input. I am currently about 19 DPO CD34. Im not long off the pill but my last two cycles were 29 and 32 days. I track my cervix and CM. The only difference this month is my cervix is quite high and hard. I dont have much CM but when i do its like water. I have much symptoms. I am guessing AF is late due to me being out of my normal routine. Any thoughts??

@debbs77 I felt exactly like that. I got pregnant the first month with my first. Then when I didn't get pregnant the first month this time I was like what the hell! I've turned 35 since having my son and my cycles felt different this time so I started panicking that we might have issues. I have ended up getting pregnant on the second cycle when we only DTD once and I thought we might have missed O! I know it's easier said than done but the best thing you can do is try and relax about it x

@Lucy5546 were you tracking ovulation with either opk or temping? Or are you just going by the dates O on an app? Have you taken a HPT? It's really impossible to say what CM or symptoms mean. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and the only symptoms so far are slightly sore nipples and some very mild cramping on and off x

No i just tracked CM, cramping and cervix. OPKs and temping would just stress me out. No i haven't tested yet because i am so afraid of another BFN. My nipples are slightly more sensitive than last month but i know they can differ from cycle to cycle. I have had a bit of cramping on and off the last two weeks but i was away and eating things i dont normally etc so i haven't paid much attention!

@Lucy5546 thank you. If you weren't doing opks or temping then it's possible you ovulated later I suppose but if you were tracking CM that's usually a good indication. I understand your reluctance to test and be disappointed. But at the end of the day it's the only way you'll know. x

@mrsio yes according to CM and a little niggly cramp i think i ovulated day 17. I have followed SMEP this month so even if i ovulated later i doubt we could have missed it. I know the only thing left for me to do is to test. I will tomorrow so which will be CD 36. I keep running to the bathroom to make sure AF isnt here because i feel like she is!! Why do we do this to ourselves haha!!

@Lucy5546 you're very restrained. I tested at 9dpo 🙈

@mrsio still no AF, now cd35 and no sign. I havent tested since the 31st as I just know it's going to be negative

@MrsC89 i am CD35 too with no AF. Whats your usual cycle?

@Lucy5546 my usual cycle is 30 days, I havent had a period this long since I was a teenager!

Hello all. I haven’t updated in a little while. I’m CD43 today. BFNs galore and no sign of AF. Not had a cycle this long before. I’ve booked a doctors appointment today but can’t get in for a couple of weeks so if AF still hasn’t arrived by then I’d be CD56 by that point. Fortunately the doctor I’m booked in with specilises in gynaecology. I’ve had intermittent cramping on my right ovary since before Christmas. Sometimes the pain is quite intense, And a burning sensation in my nipples on and off but boobs themselves are not sore. Had very slight spotting on CD24/25 (never had this on a cycle before) which was just brown/pink to wipe and not worth putting a liner in for. Wondering if that was late ovulation or some kind of early period. Actually loosing the will to live waiting for AF to arrive...

Thank very much. I just want to say that i have followed this thread for a long time and i am sorry if i have upset anyone who is finding it hard or is trying for a long time. But i am sending my positive vibes to all of you!!

@mrsio thank you, used an IC this afternoon, bfn, will use my final FRER on Sunday assuming nothing from af tomorrow. Feeling kinda off colour too, sick, heartburn, lightheaded, so it must just be a bug I have picked up

Hey guys.

So I’m 3 DPO according to Flo App. Have been trying to track ovulation with OPK, unsuccessfully. I haven’t tested positive on one at all. I find it difficult to test more than once a day as work 13 hour shifts so quite often it’s my first wee of the day, does that make a difference?

Really hoping this is our month for a BFP, feeling so down as I feel like every single person I know is announcing their baby news at the moment 😢😢

Yep...bfn but period is two days late and mine are normally like clockwork so no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️
