I came off when I started a period on 18th November because I still had periods whilst on the pill. So this is my first cycle off it and everything has felt normal; I think. I haven't had any withdrawal possibly because I came off whilst on my period I did have spotting a few days last week but it wasn't blood like at all so dunno wtf that was. I was hoping it would mean I started a cycle in the best possible state after the pill but I'll only know when/if I get my period when i should on Wed.

Oooo I will have to get one and try it for both AF and after DTD!

@mellymoo86 i hope this month is yours. And try taking yoghurt a lot. My sis in law stopped eating heat foods after ovulation and she was like a crazy eating yoghurt every now and then. And Yes! She got her BFP. She says heated atmosphere of the uterus dismisses the implanted egg. And i read this somewhere as well

@Blondeandbroody Yeah I think it's a good plan. When I take it out I still see cum there so makes me feel better (even if it does nothing lol)

@PrettyGirl5545 Yeah I've heard that your uterus can be hot or cold. Some acupuncturist say your uterus is cold which is why they recommend wearing a haramaki (it's Japanese) to keep it warm making it cosy for stuff to happen in there.

@mellymoo86 and @Blondeandbroody lol yes definitely disheartened with a BFN but if I'm mentally prepared I'm not devastated 😂 I think with not wanting to tell people so soon it's also not the worst timing... although of course a BFP would still cancel all above thoughts 😂

We went way too OTT stressing the first month or two we've totally chilled out this month and it's made the 2ww alot quicker!

@CiaraJ01 Glad to hear you feel better 🤗 And yeah I agree. It doesn't totally take away the disappointment completely but it helps to bring your thoughts together and remain positive for upcoming months. Hope you're all set to go in a few days 🎉🎉

@CiaraJ01 I'm hoping I can chill out a bit next month cause this first cycle has been horrific! The worst thing about next cycle is my OH is working a few night shifts during my fertile window which doesn't help! Luckily I'm off work all that week so I'll just jump on him the second he gets home haha!

Hi all! Been super busy today. Nothing update really. No AF yet or anymore cramps. Had a sore head and that's been about it. Cervix is high & closed tonight.

@nt1992 I would say FMU for sure. Increases your chances as much as possible.

How annoying is it when you do a clear blue one so not a cheapie and it comes up with NOTHING, nothing! not even the control line 😤😩 I'm so annoyed about it I've emailed clear blue in hopes for some freebies so I can pee on sticks till my little hearts content 🙄😂

I'm from a tiny town in Ireland and a friend of a friend who was in my year at school, was horrifically attacked in her own home last night by her ex while their 6 year old watched on. It's unlikely she'll make it through. That poor child and family 💔💔
