During periods : I'll dtd regularly every other day. I will take folic acid rich foods. I will not stress. I will do this and this and this....
After periods: o god why should i miss dtd for even one day. What if today is the day?

@mellymoo86 your a whizz at this info stuff!! I think I'll totally try chill tonight. I sometimes think I try squeeze too much into my days and it leaves me a bit frazzled so it could be back round stress or like you say not chilling enough before bed...

I've not brought my vitamins with me and I'm not very good at taking them!! But I'm unsure if they have all of the above?!

@CiaraJ01 I can check for you, send me a link to the one you're taking on Amazon. If you eat healthy I wouldn't worry about it but I just don't eat enough of each thing to get the right vitamins, who eats 100g of broccoli 😂

Yeah that's a good vitamin, a little low on the doses but with food combined I'm sure it's fine. I'm ordered a high dose of B6 to take during the 2ww as it supports the corpus luteum. And I'll take a high dose of magnesium. You're supposed to have around 320mg a day.

It's definitely easier to take one capsule compared to like 5 I'm taking 😂

10 DPO today and not feeling any symptoms at all👀 really thought we'd covered all the days this month with DTD.

My FRER will arrive later on don't even know if I want to take it 😞

@nt1992 can't say I really feel any different.
No more pin head blood spot when I wipe, no nosebleed since.
Back ache but think gym related as my abs hurt. No sore boobs, no headache, no cramps, absolutely nada.
I'm not testing (too scared) until probably Sunday!

@FutureMrsSmith at least you've had a little bit of spotting, I have had zero of anything 🤦🏽‍♀️ I'm just over thinking it all

@nt1992 it was literally nothing! I wouldn't even call it spotting to be fair (who knows) it's probably just a bit of glitter that's made it's way onto my hands then the tissue knowing my luck😂
OH is going away with work in July so had to work out if he could say yes or not, my due date would be 22/08 if I was pregnant which is my nieces birthday! 😂

@CiaraJ01 haha yeah. I just checked and have some pregnancy vitamins similar to yours so I'll take that and cut out a few extra tablets. Now I'm taking 3 lol. Yay!

@nt1992 Don't worry, I had no symptoms at all. Do the FRER if that'll give you some peace, if not wait for AF.

@mellymoo86 we are great. It turned out we dont need to worry about my hubby. The doctor said some stuff he shouldn't have said with regards to his referral, and he isnt worried about cancer, so is happy for him to go through the NHS channels as normal! Thank god! But we have had a great few weeks. We have done our xmas shopping, been getting our house cleaned up and ready and just generally looking forward to xmas. Birmingham Christmas market next weekend!!
And we have been having the best sex, without stressing about conceiving! It's been lovely!
