@mellymoo86 of course. Been using the CB advance fertility monitor. Would defo recommend. Very easy to use and worth the money I think. Did all the thinking for me so I wasn't stressing about when to test and what the OV readings were! I got my first 'high' reading at CD9:
CD9 high - DTD
CD10 high - DTD
CD11 high - DTD
CD12 high - no DTD
CD12 peak - DTD x2
CD13 peak - DTD x 2
CD14 OV - DTD

No notable symptoms. Had a some little bouts of nausea and light headedness in the first week after OV but I was also redecorating so that could have just been paint fumes tbh! Some period like cramps 10-14DPO and that's about it really. Been very tired this week and slightly more emotional at stuff on the telly too 😂

No idea if any of this helped but I was taking 900mgs CoQ10 a day, plus folic acid and DHA tablets (have a look at Luisa Zissmans blog) Hubby also been taking some Zita West Vitamen supplements too (when he remembered!). I tried to wait about 15 mins before getting up after DTD and we used conceiveplus which I think is pretty much the same as preseed.

Hope this helps. Will stay on here and watch you all get your BFPs if that's ok!

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 10:19

@stepmumma91 thank you so much, that's useful to know. Ahhhh I'm so happy for you!! 🎉🎉

FutureMrsSmith · 16/11/2019 10:24

@stepmumma91 what cycle # are you on?

stepmumma91 · 16/11/2019 10:26

@mellymoo86 thank you lovely 🥰

@FutureMrsSmith cycle #1. We've been very very lucky, just hope everything stays ok!

Skygirl1983 · 16/11/2019 10:33

@stepmumma91 Congratulations!! 2 BFPs now! The start of a few more hopefully!!

@mellymoo86 I'm good this morning. CM is still EW like this morning, 4dpo (or so I think) I though it had dried up yesterday but not this morning! Have no other feelings of anything else yet. How are you feeling?

stepmumma91 · 16/11/2019 10:43

@Skygirl1983 thank you 😊

Tamalama · 16/11/2019 10:45

@mellymoo86 yes that's true! I'm on cycle 9 now so I'm just feeling a bit disheartened. Plan to dtd tomorrow so hopefully Tuesday, yesterday and tomorrow will be enough.

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 10:53

@Tamalama don't feel bad, I know this whole process is super stressful but we will all get there soon. 🤗

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 10:55

@Skygirl1983 hmm have you had this cm in your previous cycles round about this time? I'm good, nothing to report other than my cervix has risen up, I can barely feel it. That's about it. Currently packing for Barcelona and thinking how I'm going to get this lot into a cabin luggage 😂

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 10:56

@Skygirl1983 my make up, shoes, toiletries aren't even there yet

Skygirl1983 · 16/11/2019 11:01

@mellymoo86 it usually thickens up after OV like thick and creamy. I have had a read and it could be a good sign but it could also mean missed OV. All the signs pointed at it happening early in the week. Suppose I will have to just wait and see!
I don't envy your packing. But will be worth it when you get there! It's a DIY day in our house today! I'm bored already!

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 11:57

@Skygirl1983 a lot of what we go through can be a good or bad sign, just confuses the hell out of me. I swear I've googled and the read the same stuff a million times now 😂 Ew I don't like DIY, hubby is good at it though so that helps.

CiaraJ01 · 16/11/2019 12:36

Just took a test cause was too impatient till Monday 🙈 BFN for me 😕

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 12:42

@CiaraJ01 what's your DPO and what test did you use?

CiaraJ01 · 16/11/2019 12:54

Cheapie one step test but says can detect 4 days before AF. I'm 11 DPO but have AF like cramps 🙄

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 12:55

@CiaraJ01 when is AF due?

CiaraJ01 · 16/11/2019 13:01

Tuesday if the OPK and premon app are accurate, they both predict much earlier than woman log I've been using till now..

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 13:03

@CiaraJ01 there's still time...implantation could only be happening now which is why the strips aren't picking up on the hormone. Try again in a few days 🤗 I know it's hard...I'm 5/6dpo and don't have any symptoms at all which is annoying me lol

CiaraJ01 · 16/11/2019 13:05

How late can implantation be? I thought it was alot earlier?
I've convinced myself from last week its BFN this month but not sure why!

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 13:17

@CiaraJ01 from what I've read it can take place from 8-12 DPO. I've seen some happen earlier and some happen way later, so depends on the person.

I know what you mean. I don't know if it's me trying to soften the blow I'll get later or if I just know my body well enough to know nothing has happened. My best friend keeps saying not to think that way as she had no symptoms at all with her first two.

CiaraJ01 · 16/11/2019 13:30

@mellymoo86 that's exactly how I feel! I think I'm playing it down to avoid the disappointment - but now AF is almost here I've little choice!
Hopefully the cramping is implantation them, but I'll not get my hope's up anyway!!

I looked up the CB ovulation monitor @stepmumma91 and although I really would like to increase my chances with it, I dont want to part with £80+ just yet, maybe if we've not been successful a few months in.

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 13:40

@CiaraJ01 I had a look at the monitor to but then thought I use the cb ovulation sticks, the cheapie ones, cb pregnancy sticks, apps, so I don't need that.

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 13:47

@CiaraJ01 is this cycle two ttc for you?

CiaraJ01 · 16/11/2019 13:50

I used the cheapie OPK sticks, are the CB ones any better?
Yep cycle 2 although slot more focused this time compared to cycle 1.

mellymoo86 · 16/11/2019 13:51

Need your help ladies. I'm planning a 2 day mini break for me and OH in between Christmas and new year. Nice hotel, nice place to eat, lots of relaxing. Anywhere in the UK you recommend?
