Anybody 3DPO that wants to ride the TWW together?

@SunnyFlover thank you, I'll order some of these. I hate running into people when getting them in the shops. A few weeks ago I bumped into another mum from school and quickly hid them under my armpit and continued walking around that way as the shop is too tiny. The shop staff must have thought I was a thief. I didn't even have a basket with me 😂

@lilice I've had them on and off now since 7dpo but I feel like it is going to be AF this time!

@lilice thanks for the advice... I always thought it was the 5 days previous! Timing isn't always easy as my oh works shifts so will have to see what we can manage!

I hope you manage to get some answers quickly, or at least on the path to some.

@Sammyclaire22 exactly as @lilice said. I’m on cd7 today so started early as my cycle was really short last month so want to keep an eye on things. Previous two months I waited until my Fitbit said fertile window and tested and worked fine. Using Ovia this month and a thermometer too as well. All angles covered haha

@Sammyclaire22 a positive opk means you are about to ovulate so about 12 to 48 hours after you get the positive. To add confusion to this I usually get a positive for a couple of days so pinpoiting my actual day of ovulation is quite tricky!

Haha I use clue and ovia! They have my details for the last few years so I can cross check spotting etc. Not that it stops me overanalysing.

I'm so out of practice with opks and temping. Ive stocked up again on conceive plus too so I plan on next month (or two) will try just opks then will dig out my thermometer after that if nothing has happened. I will need a lesson in what the temps mean then too!

A few days positive must be so hard to guess your cycle :(

Does anyone using opks get a line in the morning? I’ve been testing 2 times a day and yesterday morning there was a strongish line and then it goes back to no line in afternoon. So I tried earlier this morning and it looks like the same as yesterday. Also last few times my control line has been pretty weak. Think these tests might be dodgy? They’re from the same pack I’ve used the last 2 months. Last two months I had no line until ovulation.

I know we have lh in our system all the time and we can get a surge before AF. My original AF date was tomorrow until I counted last week’s spotting as a period in my app. Also had some brown spotting yesterday (just a tiny bit). So now I’m wondering if AF is going to show tomorrow as well. Not the most happy with my body right now.

@quiffy I don't use them so can't offer any advice but had the same thing happen the cycle before this one. Had midcycle spotting then AF showed up as usual. It's like your body knows that you're TTC and just thinks it'll be fun to play tricks. So frustrating!

@quiffy no sign of AF for me again today after last nights cramps so God knows what's going on with my body either!

@quiffy the control line does look a bit dodgy. I have a couple of days when mine show positive and they will do anytime of the day. Your test line seems a bit faint to be a positive but maybe the strip is dodgy. Does the control line always appear this way with the other tests in the pack? I'm thinking of using digital ones this month, the ones that show your 4 day window. They're quite expensive so I'll get them on eBay.

Waiting for my AF now. Last cycle it showed up at 11pm so I really hope it will come earlier today!

@Lilice Had the same control on any of the ones I've used this week but the control was fine when I've used them before. Think I'll dump the rest of these and open my new box as the control just doesn't look right at all.

11pm is annoying. Id be asleep and wake up like it was a 1980s slasher flick! Hopefully a little quicker than that.

Not sure if my body is being cruel or I had implantation bleeding. The bleeding never came back. It was literally one wipe. I would of tested after work this morning however I have ran out of POAS tests.. typical.

@quiffy @lilice AF is due tomorrow / saturday. Think I will hold out until I'm at 30 days though because that's what my cycles used to be.

Agree with the comments about Xmas helping to keep your mind of TTC. Maybe we'll all get our BFPs over Christmas when we least expect it!

@mystie Halloween then Christmas fever for me. Although my hubby doesnt think we should be talking about until after his birthday (Nov 10) which never happens. It really is the best time of the year.

I'm thinking next week too @Lilice, Dec 1st for the tree

Very much up for Santa leaving a BFP in all our stockings this Christmas. As dodgy as that sounds hehe
