I am due AF Sunday/Monday and am determined not to test. Keep telling myself it’s all plastic into landfill if it’s a false negative 😂

I’m pretty sure AF will come, boobs are still massive but not hurting and my cramping has stopped. ☹️

On Monday I had a sharp pain and I thought it was ovulation pain... but because I'm off the pill and no af yet it's anyone's guess.
But then last night I had a migraine which I usually get before af but nothing today 😩

@claireb707 what does the chart mean?

It's telling me it's apparently 11 days till my period is due even though I am 13dpo today. My temp is still elevated

Other than that not a clue, I'm still reasonably new to all of this 😩

@claireb707 well temps are still high so that’s good! I don’t get why it’s put the lines where it has though, I though ov was shown by a dip in temp?

I thought the dip was before ov? I got a positive opk in the day before its put the line

Unless the dip is day 14? And I actually ov'd on day 13

Yep I was doing 2 or 3 as soon as Igot my first flashing smiley. Got peak on the 18th at about 6pm

This is last months, didn't get a dip then either

@CouscousEvaporator I dlnt know the first thing about bbt so can't help...never did it...i fine it too confusing and i am always cold when everyone is hot ajd cece veraa so figured my temp ia prob weird anyway

Still got hints of cramps and brown spotting 😢

@Luxoire I find it confusing too! Your temperature being unusual obviously hasn’t had an impact! 👶🏻 😆

@claireb707 i am still brown spotting so CM woth dark brown...i am not even going to give myself hypertension lol ...cos i coukd worry into overdrive if i started...so as long as it is not pink or red blood /spotting...i think I will just go with the flow... I had brown spotting for 4 days before my period was due and i was convimved she was on her way but she never showed...i am still brown apotting every other day now lol

So many people who have had their bfps on here had brown spotting in the run up to their bfp so Im not losing hope, it's the cramping that's uncomfortable 😢

@claireb707 instill get cramping and even like muscle spasms in my lower belly
