@claireb707 that's exciting, are you normally late or on time. When do you think you will do a test?

claireb707 · 03/02/2020 06:22

And there it is 😢

PieAndPumpkins · 03/02/2020 18:16

@claireb707 I'm sorry! Try not to feel discouraged x

Zm2019 · 04/02/2020 12:47

I'm sorry, fingers crossed for next month xx

Kitchen is almost finished 😁 worktops being template in Friday, radiator being fitted Monday, floor finished Tuesday. All we are waiting for then is the worktops so the hob, sink and splashbacks can be fitted....

I absolutely love it so far 😁😁

How is everyone else going?

OP posts:
Doubl · 13/02/2020 08:06

@claireb707 that kitchen 😍 love it! And get going with that flashing smiley, good luck! 🤣

claireb707 · 13/02/2020 08:10

@Doubl thanks, we had a set back with the kitchen, Friday and Monday.
Friday the templating got aborted as the sink was too big for the unit with our tap so we've had to swap the sink for a smaller one and re book the templating.
Monday the plumber said there's no way that radiator will stay on the wall. Plasterboard wall, 50kg radiator + 15kg water 😩😩 so we've had to cut holes in the newly plastered wall to put strong wooden supports in to strengthen the wall. Plumber is hopefully coming back Monday.

Why is this thread not showing up in the 'I'm on' section?

I created it and have commented but keep having to go and search for it...

How annoying

OP posts:
claireb707 · 13/02/2020 08:16

Ah sorted it, apparently I had too many threads already in there, removed some and it's shown up, who knew you could post too much 😂😂

Shit shit shit today is going from bad to worse...

Partners gran has been in hospital for 2 weeks, they found out onmonday that it turns out she had a tumour taking up 2/3rds of one lung and it was pressing on her spine. She died this morning 😢
And now I've just been referred to gynae for tests as I found a lump on the end of my cervix 2 weeks ago, 1st doc I saw last week thought it was a nabothian cyst but referred me for 2nd opinion, that was today and she said it's not a cyst but she didn't know what it was and referred me on.

Not sure much work is going to happen today now, I'm struggling to concentrate

Well he thinks it's all ok and it is an ectropian en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cervical_ectropion but he has done my smear early (was due in October) just to be sure.

Ah I got that when I was on the mini pill years back!
Fingers crossed that’s all it is 🙂

Mumnttc · 18/02/2020 19:13

Hi Ladies!

So I've just come off the mini pill (Cerelle) on the 15th Feb. Last time I was ttc I was on the normal pill (loestrin) and had a withdrawal bleed straight away, then 28 days until a period. I then fell pregnant a couple of weeks later.

I was hoping I would get a withdrawal bleed straight away again, but I'm guessing the mini pill is different! Just worried about how long it will take to get a period to start tracking properly!

claireb707 · 18/02/2020 20:10

Thanks @CouscousEvaporator

Hey @Mumnttc welcome

I came off Noriday mini pill in August and had a withdrawal bleed within 3 days of my last tablet. Guess everyone is different

OP posts:
Mumnttc · 18/02/2020 20:25

Thank you @claireb707

How long have you been ttc if you don't mind me asking?

claireb707 · 18/02/2020 20:28

Since August, due to ovulate tomorrow on cycle 6, will be going to the docs to get checked out if we aren't lucky this month as I'm 40 now so running out of time

claireb707 · 19/02/2020 07:51

Last night was thinking I'd missed my peak as my opk was very negative, this morning 😮😮
Just need partner to get over his manflu 😂

How are people doing? We've decided we're going to try next month! My Ovia app says my fertile window starts 9th of March. This is our first time trying what is the usual advice for when to start DTD and how often?!
