Until this journey I had no idea how small the window was either! I thought it was like mean girls "you have sex once and get pregnant" 😂 so niave.
This is cycle number 3 for me.

Hope this is your month 🥰 I've learned not to overanalyze every little symptom so the only one that'll make me think I'm pregnant is sore boobs because I've never had that before 😂

CD12 for me today. Woke up and had my 4th flashing smile on CB OPK. That was at 0745 this morning. Something told me I should test again just now so I did a IC OPK and it was almost equally as dark. I thought 'what the heck' and did another CB (I have loads as I bulk brought) and ITS STATIC :)

So happy ... I think I've been catching the end of my LH surge the past few months and therefore missing 'my window'. So glad i've caught it early today. Will be DTD this afternoon (DP is on a night shift) then tomorrow lunch time when he wakes up and Saturday morning before we go on a little holiday.

@Blossomingflower94 That's great. Loads of DTD so. Are yo going anyway nice? It really takes the stress off when you go on a little holiday after O day takes your mind off it.

DP said earlier "is today necessary or can we do it tomorrow instead" ... I explained what the static smile means and he is now onboard with today and the next two days :D

Just heading down to the coast for a long weekend. It'll be lovely.

No nothing major planned. My weekends are always busy though because I don't see anyone during the week so try catch up at the weekend and LO has ballet on a sun morning.

Can't believe how much quicker this 2ww is as I'm off work 6 days I'll find out if we've got lucky or not x

@mrssunshinexxx Work is a killer if your not busy because google is right there and you have time to think about every twinge. I'm busy at the moment so I'm finding it easy too but I'm only in my first week next week could be different

Question for you both ... When do you count as 1DPO? Had my static OPK today. Do I count from tomorrow or the next day?

@Blossomingflower94 I'm sure @Sophieb15 usually advises me the day after your static is dpo 1 so yours will be tomorrow x

@Blossomingflower94 I normally O the day of my static about 12 hours later but some people don't O till the following day go by your pains and count that as O day and then the following day is 1 DPO but try not get bogged down counting DPO as it will stress you out and make the TWW longer 🙈

How are those testing during next week feeling? I was doing fine but am now desperate to test! Resisting the urge but in the 6 days til period is it AF or other phase 😬 driving me mad!

Ovulation cramps today make me wonder if I've actually ovulated these past few months. They are so obvious 😱

TWW starts tomorrow 😬😁 Hoping for a BFP this month. Managed to DTD CD8, 11, 12, 13 and 14. Think DP will be glad of the break now 😂

Had the worst cramps yesterday and did a clear blue OPK (pink) which gave me a smiley face, DTD every day this week bar Thursday because he didn't feel like it So hoping that we're covered and that one night leading up to +OPK wasn't a deal breaker!! Having to hide the tests now so I won't go near them for the next two weeks 😂

@katgee welcome 😁 you should be well covered! Were you on any contraception before TTC?

Hey, hoping I can join this post too, currently ttc with my third, I think I am about 5 dpo according to the app I am using to track.. yesterday I experienced some cramping in my left side, and kinda like tingly/shooting pains towards my leg.. could this be a sign of ovulation... just wondering if anybody else had, had this? think I'm just symptom spotting everything lol xxxx

@mrssunshinexxx that's good! Not long now!! I've convinced myself it's a no as sore boobs were in full force during the week and totally gone now. That's usually the start of AF coming along, and has been the pattern the last few months.

Hi everyone, can I please join? I'm losing my mind!
I thought I ovulated on 27th Sept and we decided to start trying on 28th so thought we missed our chance that month and just did lots of practising. Then got lots of watery cm the week later so thought we should have sex again just in case. So I thought AF was due yesterday but it's not arrived. Took pregnancy test that was negative. So now wondering if the cm I experienced around 7th Oct was actually ovulation (we dtd 5th and 6th) so might be pregnant but too early for tests to show. Basically have to wait another week now and I feel like I've been waiting for 2 weeks already and I'm just fed up of waiting!!

Not sure how I will cope if it takes us a while because I'm obsessed and driving myself crazy!

@croissantmonster I've had sore boobs for past few days and don't usually get them til before af shows up but I am really trying to not get excited

@mrssunshinexxx I hope that's a good sign for you!!! my boobs are so inconsistent 😆 one month they'll hurt a lot, another nothing at all but the recent pattern has been painful from 1 week before AF and then about 4 days before it subsides and along she comes 🙄

Anyone know of a patience pill? 💊

@Sophieb15 I was on and off the pill for about 2 years then decided to use more 'organic' methods for the past 6 months so no nasty hormones! My AF is sometimes quite irregular so thought I'd track with OPKs!
