How is everyone today? Just checking in! Nothing to report! Af is finished so a few days then it’s my fertile period! Tried dtd this morning but dp said he doesn’t like it in the morning

Got a busy work week so should keep me busy! Xx

@Sunflower2019 hi x glad that af has cleared off for you I am in my fertile period I would say now my apps are all wrong I'm due to ovulate on Sunday so will be getting busy now starting last night my thinking is if dh goes back off shore on Monday and I do ovulate on Sunday then if we dtd lots this week then there will be lots of swimmers waiting and it won't matter that we can't dtd after Sunday x do you have any plans this month x

@mrssunshinexxx yes go for it! I think you’ll be fine, i heard ovulation is better as the swimmers are already waiting 😉

I’m just spotting atm.. so once that’s gone I’ll be happy and it’s back to the dreaded symptom spotting etc!

I thinking smep this month.. May have a read up! Think we dtd too much the last 3 months and that’s why it’s not happened properly!

Feeling down and bloated all day, but might go have a nap and read. Am currently visiting my parents in rural France, and love them so much, my old papa is ill. I am missing Dp and home though, very badly. Would love to have the comfort of Tesco just down the road, partner, my own space. Me parents' house is very small, and as my mum got pregnant with four babies one after the other, she just doesn't get my stress over this.

Hello all, nothing much to report from me. AF is lasting long for me this time after CP. CD6 today and I'm still spotting. New ovulation tests arrived today along with some more Preseed! So I'm prepared for the next few months!

I just read about smep.. not sure if that’s going to work for me as it’s a little particular and dp would be annoyed if I started turning him down at random times 😂 May have to make my own smep method!!!
CD6 for me.. seeming like a life time away till fertile period 😫 xx

Hey I'm really busy in work at the moment so not getting a chance to even come on here I should be back posting next week should be a bit quieter. CD 6 for me will start the BD tonight hopefully and try do every 2nd day I'm going to try take it easier this month we did so much BD last 2 months and nothing happened so will def do my static smiley day and day after though. So only 2 days together 😁

I have long and irregular cycles so although I'm CD16 I'm unlikely to Ov until ~ CD20. And AF would probably be due around 17 Oct.

Not following any real plan this month. Might take an OPK if I feel signs of Ov, but aim to just go with the flow a bit as we're in no real rush and I don't want to get stressed out about it!

I’m only on CD6 - this wait before the fertile period does my head in!

It’s my last day in my old job today- so, I’m trying to channel positive energy for my new job, which I think will be great!

Hey everyone, AF got me this morning so I've hopped over from the end of Sept bus. Unfortunately this month I'm on a work trip cd11-15 and another one cd18- 29. I usually ov around cd20 so chances are low anyway but I ov very late this month (cd24) and if this happens again then my fertile window will be smack bang in middle of my work trip so I probably have no realistic chance this month. So gutted. Will be lurking on the bus though and keeping my fingers crossed for some BFP!

@NamiSwan gutted for you chick I feel your pain I think I have missed 3 months so far with hubbys work but you just never know it could be the one that happens because you will be thinking there's no chance ! X

@user1471501621 I'm taking Agnus Castus this month its supposed to help with PMS. I've tried eating Pineapple core after Ovulation obviously didn't work. I've done SMEP the last 2 months too. Going to take a way more relaxed approach to DTD this month.
DTD CD 6 so far I'm on CD 7 will get in another one or 2 times over the weekend and then OH is on nights from mon- wed so CD 13 will be next DTD will do day of static and day after. What's your plan?

@mrssunshinexxx Are you doing CB sticks this month? How are you doing are you getting loads of BD in before OH goes off shore?

@pottypotamus I've tried preseed found it really slippery

@Sunflower2019 I tried SMEP last 2 months and find its a bit too planned I think just go with the flow and then make sure you BD on day of positive OPK and day after and you are covered.

@NamiSwan sorry AF showed for you! Hopefully you might O earlier this month and catch it in between your trips. X

Yes it's very slippery, but I've found the amount they suggest using is waaaay to much!! I have been using a third of that. But it worked twice for me! Second time was unfortunately a CP but I'm gonna stick with it

Funny you should say that I looked earlier and I'm cd 11 and haven't even thought about using cb sticks .. might use one in the morning to see if it's flashing or static think I will get static on Sunday if it's the same as last 2 months dtd tues night and last night will do tonight sat and sun xx

@pottypotamus I only used a tiny bit too but I find I get a lot of EWCM so maybe I don't need to use it 🙈🙈

@mrssunshinexxx I'm good glad it's the weekend can't wait for a glass of wine. That's good that your not even looking at what CD you are relaxed approach is best but not always easy x

Hi everyone! New test sticks arrived so I've just used one but using the same holder I've been using this cycle and got another bloody flashing smiley 🤬 7 days of them so far. I thought I'd now start testing twice a day just so I don't miss the surge...

I've only ever used the clearblue opks once before and with that I went straight from low to static smiley...

I don't get much EWCM, so helps. I have been known to use it even when I'm not in my fertile period

@pottypotamus I'm on cycle 9 so obviously loads of EWCM doesn't mean anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Sophieb15 I'm cd17 today, just taken another test and still flashing smiley. I thought it may have been static today because I had a 'hormonal' type headache last night, the type I get with af, so I thought maybe something hormonal to do with ov was happening. I've not had any cramps though and I don't have any real cm today even though I've had lots of ewcm for the past few days...

I'm annoyed with myself now I had forgotten about cb sticks until today and am on cd 12 last 2 months got my static on cd 13 and flashing on cd 12 and it's blank today :( dunno if to test tomorrow or not hubby only home until Monday night so thinking to just dtd and hope for the best suppose I could go for blank to static tomorrow that happened month one of using them ? So consuming :/ xx

Are you using a new test holder or the same one from your last cycle? I read somewhere that even if you're using an old test holder it can still show as blank for at least the first day... maybe test again this evening and the fmu tomorrow morning? I'm going to use another test this evening as I'm on day 8 of flashing smileys 😕

@Tamalama I just wish I had not tested this month which kind of was my plan
I only have 2 sticks left think I'll just do one in the morning and hope it's static like it has been before
We will dtd today tomorrow and Monday can't do anymore than that anyway so trying to be calm this month xx
