Haven't seen an October bus yet so I figured I'd start one as AF showed up today for me.

TTC 1
Cycle 3
Age 31
AF due around 5 October

7 October is my birthday so would not be opposed to a bit of a present in the form of a BFP 😄

Not sure yet if I'll do anything special this cycle other than taking follic acid and DTD, contemplating buying Clear Blue OPKs though I'm hoping to stay as relaxed as possible (completely failed at that last cycle and obsessed about everything so hopefully I got that out of my system...)

Im freaking out as I'm planning to test tomorrow but last night and this morning I'm getting dull cramps like I would around AF time. No blood when I wipe but I'm freaking out! 😭 I just want to stay in bed all day and play video games 😂

@MrsMeow2019 the strip test i could definitely see a line.... also test in a few days. Just think we're over the hump now, 5 sleeps to go!!! We can do this

Out of curiosity, what is CM meant to be before BFP? Dry? Colour...? (sorry TMI!)

@SSC92 well according to the app I'm due Monday but I'm usually all over the place . According to the doc the Clomid should have knocked it along with the ovulation into normal but who knows!

@SSC92 it’s not over until AF arrives so don’t give up hope yet!

I can’t bare to test as I don’t want to know if I’m not pregnant only if I’m pregnant so I’m holding out until after AF is due on the 3rd.

I just can’t bare to see the negative result and then wait for AF to show. Hoping I can keep busy until the 3rd to try and forget about it!

I'm trying to think what is worse, having a BFN and then waiting for AF to arrive, or not test have hope then AF arrives Sad

Getting impatient now..........
I'm worried DH is wanting a child number 4 but with only one tube which was removed 5 years ago ( youngest child is 4- so did have a baby afterwards) plus my age I'm worried.

Please give me some advice tips....

I finally (after 5 days of flashing faces) got a solid one in the CB OPK this morning. So here's hoping.

I have come to the realisation that I totally lack the patience for this. I hate waiting and not really knowing or being able to influence the result much. I am, however, resolved not to test until the 14th because I just cannot bear the thought of an early inconclusive negative test. That feels ages away though.

Luckily work is likely to be manic over the next few weeks. So that might help take up all my headspace.

First time on a forum like this for me--first time for everything pregnancy-related, in fact: decision to start trying for a baby, and first cycle of trying!

I'm using Natural Cycles - up until this week I've been using it for over a year as birth control, and now I've switched from "Preventing" to "Planning" mode!

I'm due to ovulate tomorrow and AF is due on the 14th!

@MrsMeow2019 Glad you've kept busy, I've also been somewhat busy at work so happy to be halfway through my TWW - it's simultaneously been quick and dragged I feel! How many DPO are you at the minute?
