Well, as I'm on a never ending cycles, I am unable to TTC at the moment, do I count ?

Last 'months' cycle was 50 days and this time I'm on day 46 and counting

is there nothing they canm do for your cycles?

It is a natural side effect of nursing and I'm not going to quit breastfeeding when my DD needs it for comfort, so I'll just have to wait.

I know I am super lucky to have one healthy child already and if I am able I am hopeing to give her a sibling before I get to old.

I need to relax and chill out and try not to 'try' and continue to enjoy my DD and husband...

I'd like to join. As lissie knows, I'm currently recovering from surgery for an ectopic pregnancy, so I can't ttc at the moment.

Not too bad. Physically I'm much better. My abdomen is still a bit swollen, but it's a lot less sore and I walk about quite well now. My HCG was 28 yesterday so it's nearly gone. They're measuring it again next Friday and hopefully it will be

ikewym! and its totally understandable. 2 months will fly by tho and you need to give yourself a chance to recover emotionally and physically. it is tough tho and i wont pretend that it'll be plain sailing but you will feel better eventually.

anyone out there? im really struggling. compounded by the fact that ive been so ill the last few days and my last period being very wierd indeed i (stupidly) decided to do a HPT which came up with a faint bfp. now im confused. surely if i were 5/6w pg (which is what i would be) i would get a clearer bfp? now im too scared to do another HPT just incase.

Was it definitely a complete line lissie? If it was then you must be pregnant. Have you had a bfn since your last m/c? Maybe you should do another test first thing tomorrow morning.

I've always been told that a line is a line even if its faint, then thats a BFP so unless its hormones from a prev pg/mc I'd say that a you may well be pg.

I am trying to "not ttc" at the mo cos of my long cycles (CD70 now...) but I still won't leave my DH alone if we have not had sex for 48 hours ("just in case I am ovulating - not that I am bothered!")

Had mc in March and have felt so desperate recently to be PG again. Not feeling so bad now cos see consultant on Thursday, hopefully he will scan me to see what is going on in there. Anyone know if he will do that (it's BUPA)?

I am worried about you Lissie - do another test and if that also brings up a line get to the doc's.

Hi Lissie just seen this, are you ok? have you tested again? I think you really need to get to the drs as you have been feeling so unwell. Could be hormone level from last mc I hope your ok.

it was a definate (faint but pink) line. i got a bfn after my last mc. i thought it might be a faulty test, i dont feel pg, just ill and im scared to take another test. im such a wimp and im so cross with myself.

I know what you mean. After my m/c I hated seeing bfps and I was so glad to eventually get a bfn. It's weird you getting a bfp yesterday though, I thought false positives were extremely rare. Still if it's bfn with a first morning wee then I guess it's definitely bfn.

I'm already bored of not-ttc. I actually want to get started again. I will definitely wait until my next af, but after that I'm not sure I'll be patient enough to wait another cycle. I'm just a bit scared that if I haven't healed properly inside then it might risk another ep.

Lissie, sorry to hear of your roller coaster bpf/n. Hope you've recovered now.

Hope you are bearing up OK, Jess. I had a mc in March (not an ep, but I can sympathise with your wanting to get going again straight away). My only advice is to try to focus on something else for a while - maybe take up Pilates or plan a nice holiday. Go out for a few nice meals - eat some blue cheese and drink lots of nice wine! It is amazing how fast the time flies by.

The last thing you want is to get PG again before you are ready, although your body will know when you are ready (I think that is why I am still not PG again five months later despite trying desperately! I have just not been ready emotionally or physically)

I have only just begun to relax again (although I didn't recognise that I wasn't relaxed before !) which I hope is going to be the key to getting PG again.

When I was going through it really bad I had a break from MN for a while cos I found that whenever I came on here I was reading about someone else's awful experience and getting really stressed thinking "Is that going to happen to me too? I won't be able to cope if that happens as well or if that is wrong with me!"

you know, i feel really wierd. still feel v sick and bloated (jeans are tight despite not eating properly since thursday- i lose weight vv quickly) have a check up with the nurse tomorrow so might ask for a pg test then. the tests i used were cheapies and the bfp (tho faint) was quite clear. i might be clutching at straws here (in fact im sure i am) but cant hurt right?

Lissie - Maybe you should do a 'proper' test to be sure. I actually got a much stronger line with a clearblue than I did with an ultra sensitive (10mU) ebay test (both tests done on the same day). I thought I was going mad doing tests 12 days after af (and the only symptoms I had were nausea, bloating and indigestion). I'm so glad now that I did the test, then pushed the doc for an early scan. Otherwise I guess my ep would have ruptured before I had any idea what was wrong.

Hi nh101. I had a missed m/c back in February and I was devastated. I was so desperate to get pregnant again and I had 4 really stressful months of trying. Then I gave up trying. I stopped temping and I left MN and then I got pregnant straightaway. Unfortunately it was ep, but I've decided not to go back to temping. It was useful for a bit as I realised that I OV anywhere between CD15 and CD18, but eventually it became too stressful. I think I'll just stick to cm monitoring as I always found that quite useful.

I'm quite frustrated with not-ttc right now. I'm actually having ewcm (tmi?) right now which makes me think my body is getting ready to OV (it's been almost 2 weeks since my op so I guess that would be right). Still I must resist as I don't think it would be good to be pregnant so soon after the op.
